本文通过对黑格尔和马克思世界历史理论的分析、考察,认为黑格尔的世界历史理论对马克思产生了很大的影响,它所包含的合理内核是马克思世界历史理论最直接、最重要的理论来源。但是,马克思的世界历史理论并不仅仅是对黑格尔世界历史理论合理内核的简单继承,而是依据近代资本主义的历史现实,立足于无产阶级的立场,在唯物史观的基础上对黑格尔世界历史理论扬弃的结晶。其结果重塑了世界历史概念,赋予其崭新的内容。据此认为,那种只是从哲学基础、性质方面来理解马克思对黑格尔世界历史理论扬弃的观点,以及把马克思的世界历史理论解释为隐含着“欧洲中心论”的观点,都没有真正理解马克思的世界历史理论,没有真正地把握马克思的世界历史理论与黑格尔世界历史理论的关系
