考试标准的设定是一项系统工程,本文介绍了选择切点的六个步骤和四种比较常用的方法。六个步骤是确定标准的类型、确定设定标准的方法、选择评判者、举行设定标准的会议、计算标准和确定以后要做的工作。四种比较常用的方法是相对的方法、以试题评判为依据的绝对的方法、以应试者个人评判为基础的绝对的方法和折衷的方法。     

A User Interface Design for a Video-on-demand Service Trial in an Educational Setting

Video-on-demand (VOD) is one of a series of emerging interactive broadband services. VOD provides users with the capability to access a vast variety of interactive programmes on demand, and give them full VCR-like control over their programme selections. This paper presents and describes a user interface that was designed for a business VOD service trial operated by Stentor, which began in January 1994, at two universities in Ottawa, Canada. It describes the service architecture and trial setting, as well as presents some trial results. Finally, some recommendations based on these results, and future enhancements to the VOD user interface, are described.

The Reflecting Brain: Reflection Competence in an Educational Setting Is Associated With Increased Electroencephalogram Activity in the Alpha Band

Teachers' ability to critically reflect classroom situations in relation to their own actions constitutes an important prerequisite to improve teaching performance and professional behavior. This study investigated electroencephalogram activity in the alpha band during a reflection task before and after training in a sample of preservice teachers. Reflection was associated with stable brain activity patterns over two separate time points of assessment. Increased alpha power during reflection of pedagogically relevant scenarios was found at occipital sites, especially in participants with higher reflection competence. This is consistent with prior studies that showed increased alpha power during mental imagery among other tasks. Training of reflection competence, administered in a subsample of participants, was accompanied by increased reflection performance, while no intervention‐related effects were found at the neurophysiological level. The findings of this study provide first preliminary evidence of increased alpha power at occipital sites as a neurophysiological indicator of reflections of pedagogically relevant educational scenarios.

试论高校网络道德教育模式的构建

网络以其迅捷的速度、生动的形式和浩瀚的容量向人们传递着知识与信息,但同时也引发了一系列道德问题。所以,高校应迅速建构起一套行之有效的网络道德教育模式,以切实加强青年学生的网络道德教育。     

Case Study on the Implementation of School-Wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports in an Alternative Educational Setting

School-wide positive behavior interventions and supports (SW-PBIS) can effectively reduce problem behaviors and simultaneously increase pro-social behaviors in general education settings. SW-PBIS is not a “packaged” intervention, but a framework through which schools create systemic changes for promoting expected behaviors, while also monitoring and intervening with students who have behavior concerns through a tiered model of service delivery. A case study documenting the SW-PBIS implementation process in an alternative educational setting is presented. Alternative schools typically serve students who qualify to receive special education services, have a lower staff-to-student ratio, and often warrant more intensive student interventions as compared to general education settings. These differences from traditional environments pose unique challenges to the SW-PBIS implementation process. Suggestions for neutralizing these challenges such as providing enhanced Tier 1 supports and extensive staff training are explained in depth in this case study.

教育智慧的呼唤与生成

时代发展、新课改、教师专业发展、教师生命质量的提升呼唤教育智慧,但教育实践中教师教育智慧处于缺失状态.文章提出通过创造教育智慧生成的外部条件:创建共同愿景、创建校本培训模式、创设终身学习的氛围,以及内部条件:认识教育智慧的价值、对学生的爱、反思、参加创造性实践,来促进教育智慧的生成与提升.
