知识经济与创造性思维的关联分析——高等教育如何培养创造性思维人才

知识经济是各国经济发展的必然趋势。知识经济的核心———高科技产业与创造性思维有着密切的关联。我国高科技产业水平不高的原因主要是：国家在Ｒ＆Ｄ和教育方面投入太少；有限的教育投入使用效率低；教育体制、教学方法和教学内容的陈旧落后使科技人员创新能力较差；人文精神、科学精神的流失。人才队伍建设是知识经济发展的关键。中国的高等教育必须改革才能符合即将到来的知识经济社会发展的需要，必须把培养学生的创造性思维和创新能力放到突出位置。这就要求中国的高等教育：更新观念，营造积极探求真理的氛围；确立适应社会发展需要的培养目标，调整课程结构，使之达到整体最优化；从制度上要求教师进行教学方法、人才培养方式的改革；改革现有的考试制度、考试方式和评估体系，使其有利于创新型人才的培养；加强美育，培养学生对美的感悟与欣赏的能力；构建一个现代化的图书资料运行机制和管理体制
