论辅导员工作的内涵与实践

如何做一名合格的高校政治辅导员,首先要理解辅导员工作的内涵:其次在实际工作中牢记工作使命,以学生为本,处处为学生考虑;还要不断地加强政治理论和相关知识的学习,不断提高自身的综合素质;只有这样才能更好地发挥辅导员的作用,为高校学生的思想政治工作做出应有的贡献.     

WITNESSING IN THE CLASSROOM: THE ETHICS AND POLITICS OF AFFECT

A bstract .  In this essay, Michalinos Zembylas explores the meaning of affect and its importance to educational efforts to create the classroom conditions necessary for students and teachers to become critical witnesses to trauma and oppression. Zembylas draws out some of the ethical and political possibilities that emerge through such efforts, and extends our thinking about the affective possibilities of witnessing . His aims are threefold: (1) to discuss the nature of affect and the affective economies of witnessing; (2) to show some of the ways in which classrooms and affect interact to produce a particular politics and ethics, especially in contexts of historical trauma; and (3) to provide a sketch of how progressive pedagogies based on witnessing can educate toward an understanding of affect that may encourage a transformative political response.

作为刘劭的后期著述,《人物志》标志着魏初政治理论开始发生转变。虽然《人物志》的政治理论是由才性论思想家的质疑所促成,但刘劭在回应后者的过程中开启了新的理论视阈。在探讨圣人的德性与选官标准的过程中,《人物志》一方面揭示了德性的实质与类型,另一方面也从功能、所产生的效果以及天性等多重向度上为德性原则提供有效性论证。尽管《人物志》的德性理论在很大程度上被限定在政治领域,然而,它关注圣人、综合儒道的主张却成为随后玄学的主题。

研究了电介质在外电场中极化微观过程中的功能转换关系。对于无极分子电介质，外电场对介质位移极化时所作的功等于原电场能量的增加；对于有极分子电介质，外电场使电偶极矩取向极化所做的功等于介质中电场能的增加。     

'THE POLITICS OF FAITH AND THE POLITICS OF SCEPTICISM': MICHAEL OAKESHOTT, EDUCATION AND EXTREMISM

ABSTRACT:  This paper considers a distinction between two types of politics developed by Michael Oakeshott in his book The Politics of Faith and the Politics of Scepticism (1996) and argues that the theoretical framework proposed supplies an illuminating and productive perspective for examining the notion of political extremism. These positions are linked to two other important aspects of his work, namely his account of 'enterprise' and 'civil' association and his differentiation between abstract philosophical entities and concrete political situations. There is also a discussion of the idea of 'perfectionism' which is central to the politics of faith. The paper concludes with a consideration of some of the implications for political education arising from this analysis.     

高校思想政治工作中的若干辩证关系

思想政治工作是党的生命线,高校思想政治工作既是实现社会主义人才培养目标的重要保证,也是大学生成长成才的必要条件。笔者就如何做好新形势下的高校思想政治工作,对远大理想与现实矛盾、理念要求与现实行为、思想政治工作与心理健康教育、思想政治工作与学生全面发展、思想政治工作与学校整体工作以及思想政治工作专职队伍与兼职队伍、传统方法与现代方法等七个方面的辩证关系进行了初步探讨。

高师学前教育专业女生心理与生活现状对班主任工作的启示

随着茂校在校女生比例的不断增加,女生的管理工作日益受到重视。本文通过访谈法和调查问卷法,对高校女生中的特殊群体——学前教育专业女生的“思想政治追求”、“学习与生活状态”、“就业心理趋向”及“对班主任的看法”四个方面进行调查,并将调查的结果与班主任工作相结合,通过对学前教育专业女生在思想、学习、生活等方面反映出的心理状态与现实生活状态的分析。提出了作好学前专业女生班主任指导工作的启示。     

信息时代变化着的工作

新技术的发展正深刻地改变着工作的性质 ,引导着就业和工作的转型 ;与此同时 ,也对教育提出了新的要求 ,潜在地导致教育的转型。在信息时代 ,知识和信息成为将个体重新整合入高生产率工作场所的基础。新的信息经济呼唤新型工人 ,因而正规学校教育和在职培训的重要性日益增加。学校教育与劳动过程都需要增强弹性、合作和参与性 ,并且二者之间应加强相互联系。
