通过测量职业兴趣、职业自我效能,以及职业熟悉性、性别认同和价值判断,用路径分析法探究三者对职业兴趣、职业效能的影响,并重点分析后两者的相互影响关系。研究发现:职业自我效能和职业兴趣相互影响,3个自变量相互之间没有显著相关,但通过职业兴趣和职业效能的相互作用产生影响,且主要通过职业效能作用于职业兴趣。  相似文献

为探讨大学生人格特质、职业价值观和职业兴趣之间的关系,采用整群随机抽样的方法,从平顶山学院等高校随机抽取620名在校大学生,并对被试进行了问卷调查。结果表明:大学生的人格特质、职业价值观和职业兴趣之间存在复杂关系。人格特质和职业价值观对职业兴趣有较好的预测作用。最后,将研究结果和实践相结合,对高校就业指导工作提出了建议。  相似文献

采用霍兰德职业兴趣问卷对高职女生职业兴趣进行调查发现,高职女生职业兴趣发展由高到低分别为:社会型、艺术型、常规型、企业型、研究型、现实型。高职学生职业兴趣存在明显性别差异。除艺术型外,地域、年级差距对高职女生职业兴趣影响不明显。除社会型、企业型外,不同专业高职女生在其他职业兴趣类型间均有显著差异。  相似文献

In US, the political leadership draws disproportionately from lawyers, thus it is important to understand the political perspectives of students attending law schools across the nation. This study examines these variations in and across race and ethnicity. We ask, “How are student aspirations for careers in public interest law and government and political positions related to race, ethnicity, and social and political ideology?” Data for the study were collected in 2004 from 6,100 law students attending 64 US law schools. Results reveal significant differences in social and political ideologies by race and ethnicity and further demonstrate the correlation between race and ethnicity, political ideology, and career choice. We argue for greater representation of racial/ethnic minorities and individuals with a broad range of social-political ideologies in the nation’s public interest sector and political leadership class, and further, more studies examining the career path of lawyers and law students.  相似文献

为了解学生的职业兴趣,便于学生未来选择适合自己的职业,让教师有针对性地开展学生职业生涯教育,指导学生科学就业,采用问卷调查法分析影响学生职业兴趣的相关因素,并提出相应对策。结果表明:学生性别、专业、家庭背景以及社会舆论都会影响学生的职业兴趣。因此,应充分发挥学校教育的主体作用,教师在对学生开展职业教育、职业生涯规划以及相关职业实践活动的同时,要充分调动学生的个人主观能动性,让学生在校期间积极主动地形成科学和稳定的职业兴趣,提高学生职场竞争力,提高毕业生就业率。  相似文献

以高等教育利益体系复杂化、质量多元化为研究背景,通过对影响高校生涯辅导各相关利益主体行为的主成分分析,结果显示,高校生涯辅导供给不足的原因是高校供给能力与供给愿望不强。其中的深层次原因是,在多个契约中,由于信息不对称,高校存在逆向选择的动机与可能。高校生涯辅导系统与其他子系统相互脱节,在理论上还由于职业生涯的个人规划与组织管理的研究存在“裂缝”。  相似文献

本研究采用巴雷特(Jim Barrett)的职业调查测验量表,对青海民族地区的618名高中生进行了职业兴趣问卷测查。结果显示:(1)民族地区高中生的职业兴趣特征倾向依次是:实验型→文字型→组织型→艺术型→商业型→社会型→自然型;(2)民族高中和普通高中同一年级的学生、同一学校不同性别的学生、同一民族而不同学校的藏族学生,均在职业兴趣类型上具有显著性差异,但差异性程度不同。文章还分析了民族地区高中生的职业兴趣类型差异及其成因。  相似文献

The Educational and Career Interest scale, a self-report instrument measuring high school students’ educational and career interest in STEM, was developed and validated in two studies conducted during 2010 and 2011. Study 1 included data from 92 high school students, in which exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was conducted with an initial item pool of 20 items. EFA identified three factors: educational and career interest in science, educational and career interest in technology, and educational and career interest in mathematics. Study 2 utilized data from 658 students to revisit the three-factor model using confirmative factor analysis. The two studies provide strong evidence that the scale is both valid and reliable.  相似文献

The career development of students, demonstrated by students performing appropriate career developmental tasks, is important to institutions of higher education because career developed students are more likely to have career objectives, persist in their academic goals, gain career-related work experience, find employment in their chosen fields, and graduate. The purpose of this study was to determine if the career development of students by class level had been enhanced by participation in a career management plan specifically prepared for undergraduates. The intervention of a career management plan (i.e., the Career Success Club) was successful, especially for seniors and middles, in enhancing the career development of undergraduates. Career management plans may help students that are academically undecided to become more connected to their majors by focusing more on academic and career matters.  相似文献

This study examined the applicability of Gianakos’ [1999. Journal of Vocational Behavior, 54, 244–258] typology of career choice—stable, conventional, multiple-trial and unstable—to emotional coping with career indecision. Three hundred-twenty (Men = 203, Women = 117) Korean undergraduates were classified into Gianakos’ four career choice types. The Coping with Career Indecision (CCI) scale was administered to measure the emotional coping ability. Results indicated that the stable and the unstable types, respectively, received the lowest and the highest scores on the CCI. Results also demonstrated that overall differences between the four types of career choice in CCI were significant, however, the differences between the conventional and the multiple-trial were not reliable. These findings suggest that consideration of emotional as well as cognitive variables needs to be considered in constructing an ideal typology of career choice.  相似文献

Ninety‐one instructors reported their attitudes toward teaching a master's‐level career development course. The participants represented counseling programs in 41 states. The areas of focus included the theories taught, activities and assignments used, course evaluation processes, and advice the participants would offer to other instructors. A career dilemma is a hypothetical or real situation in which a character is confronted with several career options each of which has advantages and disadvantages. The main purpose of presenting and discussing a dilemma in career counseling groups is to confront several appraisals of the situation in order to promote more complex thinking about career choices. Another important aim of this technique is to enhance interaction between group members and to analyze similar career dilemmas that the group participants have experienced in the past. The use of the discussion of career dilemmas is described, especially the role of the career counselor, and some suggestions for future research are presented.  相似文献

Career academies promote smaller learning communities within high schools, creating personalized learning environments while promoting students’ readiness for college and careers. After describing the career academy structure, we present four research-based aspects that can assist school leaders and teachers in developing and implementing academies. We include practical examples from the Metro Nashville Public Schools, noting how educators have collaborated with civic agencies, businesses, and postsecondary partners to increase the graduation rate and improve student learning outcomes. Career academies can be effective in preparing students for college and careers, while also providing economic benefits to the community.  相似文献
