社会资本对大学生就业质量的利弊影响探析

社会资本对大学毕业生就业质量的影响具有两面性,积极影响在于社会资本能提高大学毕业生的工作搜寻效率、增强职位匹配性、增加进入主要劳动力市场工作的概率和提高大学毕业生自主创业成功率,消极影响在于社会资本易妨碍大学毕业生在劳动力市场的自由流动、产生大学毕业生就业竞争的不公平现象和诱导大学毕业生产生错误的就业观念.     

工作找寻与学用匹配——对高校毕业生的实证检验

在高校毕业生的工作找寻过程中,是否能实现学用匹配对其个人及整个社会都具有重要意义。如果高校毕业生的学用不匹配状况比较严重,那么大学教育培养专用性人力资本的功能就会受到毕业生、雇主和整个社会的质疑,而且这也将是国家和社会在大学专业性教育方面花费的巨大人力、物力资源的隐性浪费。通过借鉴、整合已有的工作找寻理论流派,利用北京大学课题组2005年进行的全国范围内的高校毕业生调查数据,对毕业生的工作找寻准备、努力程度与初始工作学用匹配情况之间的关系所作的经验研究发现,那些愿意去西部工作的毕业生更有可能找到学用匹配的工作;那些兴趣与所学专业匹配的毕业生更有可能找到学用匹配的工作;那些在工作找寻过程中有越多工作单位愿意接收的毕业生,越容易找到学用匹配的工作;同时,那些求职于越多工作单位而且求职费用花费更多的毕业生却未必能够找到学用匹配的工作。这些经验结果表明,在高校学生进入实际求职前,就应该开始帮助他们进行求职准备。     

商务英语专业与就业匹配性对工资和工作幸福度的影响研究

以包装印刷专业为参照,了解商务英语专业毕业生的教育产出结果。衡量教育产出结果的两个重要指标分别为毕业生的工资收入和工作幸福度。研究结果发现,商务英语专业毕业生比理工类包装印刷专业毕业生更容易出现专业与就业不匹配的问题。但专业与就业不匹配的商务英语专业毕业生工资和工作幸福要高于包装印刷专业毕业生。这为提高高职毕业生就业质量提供了新视角。     

高校毕业生工作与学历匹配情况及其影响因素分析

本文使用高校毕业生就业调查数据,研究了我国高校毕业生实际学历与工作所需学历的匹配情况及其影响因素.总体来说,样本中约有57%的高校毕业生工作所需学历与自身学历相符,在剩余毕业生中,向上错配和向下错配的比例相当,不能认为存在过度教育.计量分析的结果表明,学校类型和学科门类等是影响学历匹配情况的重要因素,进一步的研究表明,专业不匹配和学历不匹配同时发生的可能性较大.因此,本文认为提高教育质量和调整学科结构是改善学历错配情况的有效措施.研究还表明,各影响因素对向上错配和向下错配的作用具有非对称性,有关部门在制定相关政策时,要考虑到这种差异.     

专业匹配对高校毕业生工资起薪的影响--基于倾向得分匹配法的实证研究

高校毕业生就业与所学专业的匹配情况是影响就业质量的重要因素。基于2015年全国高校毕业生就业调查数据,本文考察了毕业生就业与所学专业的匹配情况,以及专业匹配对毕业生工资起薪的影响,并使用倾向得分匹配方法(PSM)对内生性问题进行了纠正。研究发现:有56.1%的毕业生所学专业与工作匹配,有11.7%毫不相关;OLS方法得出专业匹配情况下的工资起薪比专业不匹配高3.4%,使用PSM方法得出专业匹配的工资效应为5%,传统的OLS模型低估了专业匹配的工资效应。进一步的研究显示,相较于“211工程”高校和高职高专院校,专业匹配对非“211工程”本科高校毕业生存在显著的收入效应;与专科和硕士以上学历的毕业生相比,专业匹配对本科学历毕业生具有显著的正向影响,专业匹配比专业不匹配工资高7%左右;经济学类毕业生专业匹配对工资起薪具有更加显著的正向影响,专业匹配比专业不匹配的起薪高15%左右。基于此,高校的专业学科结构设置和人才培养模式应该在专业匹配上做出更加精准的判断,以有效提高大学生的就业质量。     

教育与工作匹配性研究：本专科毕业生就业差异

本研究运用大学毕业生调查数据,比较分析了当前本科、专科毕业生就业中的教育与工作匹配状况、影响因素、工资效应等方面的差异.研究发现:超过四成高职高专毕业生的教育与工作不匹配;教育与工作匹配性在两类大学毕业生之间存在显著差异,普通本科生的匹配性明显高于高职高专生;教育与工作匹配性还受到性别、专业以及实习经历等因素的显著影响;教育与工作不匹配给两类毕业生均带来工资效应,但两者的差异并不显著.     

我国高校毕业生实习、求职与就业状况的调查研究

对全国20余所不同类型高校的2570名毕业生的网络问卷调查表明,86％的大学生有实习经历,超过40％的大学生在开始求职后1个月内找到了工作,52％的大学生对就业结果不太满意。据此建议大学生毕业生应有选择性地参加实习实践,加强自我和职业探索,树立正确的就业观念,努力实现人职匹配。     

高职毕业生就业质量的调查与分析——基于工作搜寻理论视角

高职毕业生就业率和就业质量事关高职院校的生存和发展。通过对温州市3所高职院校2014届毕业生的工作搜寻行为进行随机调查,结果表明,高职毕业生就业存在工作信息不对称、搜寻能力不胜任,高职院校人才培养不匹配等问题。为提高高职毕业生就业质量,高职院校应加快就业信息网络化建设,提高高职毕业生就业竞争力,实现人才培养与企业需求对接。     

基于性别差异的我国高校毕业生就业特征研究

本研究基于北京大学2009年度全国高校毕业生就业抽样调查数据,针对社会科学研究中的高度复杂性、非线性和不确定性特征,运用复杂性科学研究中的神经网络拟合仿真方法,较好地分离出性别差异对我国高校毕业生就业工作特征和流动特征的影响。研究表明:性别因素将会导致10.89%的薪金差距;男性获得就业地户口的机率比女性高出9.27%;从整体上看,男女大学生就业单位性质的差异并不明显。相对上述就业工作特征,毕业生流动特征的性别差异较为显著:男性毕业生比女性具有更强的流动性,除了就业流动以外,上学流动、毕业流动的性别差异度分别是19.5%和23.77%,全流动差异更是达到了40.57%;而男女毕业生就业流动概率的差异度仅有2.77个百分点,其主要是女性的流动惰性所造成的。     

高职高专院校毕业生学用匹配影响因素分析

运用量化研究方法分析当前我国高职高专毕业生就业中的学用匹配状况,结果发现:高职高专毕业生的学用不匹配程度较高;毕业生学用匹配受其实习经历的影响显著;毕业生学用匹配受学科专业的影响显著;毕业生的学用匹配状况、所在地区以及个人特征等方面的因素均对其工资收入具有显著影响。
