试论高职院校学生就业力的提升

一个时期以来,在高职院校学生就业问题上出现了就业数量与就业质量之间的矛盾,主要表现为高就业率、低就业力。本文在分析探讨了就业率与就业力关系的基础上,提出了通过提升学生的就业力以提高就业率和就业质量的观点。     

首都经济贸易大学 质量为先,服务为本,切实推进和完善毕业生就业工作

首都经济贸易大学就业指导中心多年来一直秉承"以学生为本,不断提高毕业生的就业质量,完善和提升就业服务水平"的工作理念,就业工作取得了出色的成绩。近三年,学校的就业率一直保持在98%以上。2008年被评为"北京地区高校示范性就业中心"、2009年被评为"北京地区就业工作先进集体"、2011年被评为"教育先锋先进集体"。总结近年工作,主要经验和感受如下:
