关于我国银行业税收政策的思考

银行业的稳定和发展,对国民经济起着重要作用.现行的银行业税收政策是1994年税制改革确定的,明显带有计划经济的痕迹,不适应我国加入WTO后的经济形势.文章阐述了现行税收政策对银行业的影响,提出了完善银行业税制的建议.

我国的农业政策主要包括产业政策、农业产品购销政策、农业财政信贷与税收政策、农村土地政策、农民收入政策、区域发展政策、农业科技教育政策、农业人口与就业政策、农业环境政策、国际农业合作政策、国际贸易政策等。这些政策大部分是与WTO规则相一致。但也不一致方面。我们应积极采取对策。第一，积极推进农业结构调整；第二，充分利用WTO的规则；第三，建立农业保险制度和保险体系。
