为了探讨大学生心理需求、网络控制自我效能与网络成瘾行为的关系,选取五所大学的1183名学生为被试进行研究.采用的问卷有中文网络成瘾量表、大学生心理需求网络满足问卷、网络控制自我效能问卷.研究发现:心理需求现实满足、心理需求网络满足与大学生网络成瘾显著相关;心理需求现实满足对大学生网络成瘾行为有负向的预测作用,而对心理需求网络满足有正向预测作用;网络控制自我效能是心理需求现实满足与网络成瘾的中介变量,而非心理需求网络满足与网络成瘾的中介变量.研究结果对大学生网络成瘾的预防和干预具有一定的意义.     

团体辅导对“90后”网络依赖大学生的干预研究

随着信息时代的飞速发展,大学生的网络依赖引起人们越来越多的关注和研究。本研究试图通过团体辅导对"90"后网络依赖大学生进行干预,并探讨团体辅导对"90"后网络依赖大学生的网络成瘾戒断反应、网络成瘾耐受性、人际关系与健康问题、时间管理问题四个方面的干预效果。结果发现,通过该模式团体辅导训练,"90"后网络依赖大学生在网络成瘾戒断反应、人际关系与健康问题方面得到显著改善。这表明该模式的团体辅导对"90"后网络依赖大学生的网络依赖行为是有效的、可行的。
