中等海况条件下起重船起吊作业时的稳性分析

随着陆上资源的开发趋于饱和,海洋资源尤其是深海资源成为了开发的热点,而开发所依靠的大型海上工程设施,需要起重船作为重要的辅助船舶。在起重船的起重量不断提高的同时,对其在各种工况下的稳性和浮性也提出了更高的要求。起重船在工作时的稳性和浮性是保证其作业安全与质量的重要前提。本文针对船舶在作业时的稳性问题,利用船舶原理中的计算方法,研究"徳瀛"号回转式起重船在起吊作业时的稳性并得结论     

使用卫星导航仪定船位的误差分析

文章系统地介绍了GPS导航仪的工作原理和误差,着重从理论上分析了GPS导航仪与卫星信号传播有关的测伪距误差、卫星和船舶相对位置夹角有关的几何误差、海图坐标系和海图所引起误差的来源和大小。根据这些误差的特点,提出一些减小误差提高定位精度的方法以及利用本船的GPS卫星导航仪进行数据实测,验证实测结果是否在理论误差范围内。

In order to test the possibilities of the desert as an educational resource for ecosystem study a development programme was started at the Institute for Desert Research in Israel in 1972. The objectives of the investigation were:

(1) To study the structure and function of a loessial plain and rocky hill‐top ecosystem in the Negev desert highlands.

(2) To develop an ecology course for teaching the concept of the desert ecosystem. The course should demonstrate the structure, function and methodology of desert‐ecosystem investigation.

(3) To evaluate the ability of high school, teachers’ training college and university students for modelling and analysing desert ecosystems.

The investigation showed that the teaching of a field‐oriented ecology course in a relatively simple ecosystem improves students’ understanding of principles and concepts of system ecology and assists them in the use of investigatory systems approach. Participants were able to choose the main entities which compose the system, define the relationship between them, specify the mechanisms by which changes in the system take place, and to model and analyse the system.     

船舶轨迹跟踪研究综述

船舶轨迹跟踪属于广义上的船舶动力定位,具体来说,是船舶在规定的时间内通过轨迹跟踪系统的控制到达原本设定的位置上。回顾近十几年来船舶轨迹跟踪的研究成果,对全驱动船舶与欠驱动船舶研究做了详细的阐述,包括理论分析、数值计算和实验验证等。轨迹跟踪运动模型保持非线性,还考虑附加质量、科氏力和向心力、非线性阻尼以及风浪流外载荷等。船舶的控制系统非常复杂,是轨迹跟踪的关键核心,从反步法到自适应反步法、全状态反馈、输出反馈、滑模控制再到神经网络控制,对船舶轨迹跟踪的控制效果越来越好。轨迹跟踪的稳定性也是研究重点,用李雅普诺夫方法来保证轨迹跟踪效果的稳定。最后,指出目前船舶轨迹跟踪的主要研究方向,为进一步研究作参考。

Seeding HPT in the High Desert

A passing comment at a chance meeting led to students from the University of New Mexico's (UNM) Organization, Information, and Learning Sciences (OILS) program participating in the University Case Study Competition (CSC) at the 2013 ISPI international conference. The teams’ involvement in the contest resulted in many lessons learned and in the transformation of an academic program. This article discusses the benefits accrued from CSC participation by a student team, one of the team's professors, and the OILS program. The article also illustrates the impact that a single individual can have on others, a program, and a community.
