《中国高教研究》编辑部自 2 0 0 3年 3月起 ,组织进行了全国范围内有关高等教育科研论文成果的汇编统计工作。统计范围为 2 0 0 0— 2 0 0 2年在《中国高等教育》、《中国高教研究》、《高等教育研究》(武汉 )、《辽宁教育研究》、《学位与研究生教育》、《高等工程教育研究》、《清华大学教育研究》、《江苏高教》、《高教探索》、《黑龙江高教研究》、《现代教育科学·高教研究》(吉林 )等 11家全国中文核心期刊上发表的高等教育科研论文。本次统计共收录论文 82 71篇 ,剔除无作者工作单位、境外作者及署名非高等院校的论文 ,有效论文为6…     

新时期以来的“革命历史小说”——研究述评（1978—2008）

论文对1978—2008年的“革命历史小说”从总体研究、重要作家作品研究、史料整理等几个方面进行了梳理,把30年的研究划分为三个阶段：重建与恢复（1978—1990）、延续与开拓（1991—1999）和繁荣与深化（2000—2008）阶段。并对当下的研究提出了对策和展望。     

教育技术学研究的现状和趋势——2004～2008年《中国电化教育》载文分析

本文以《中国电化教育》2004～2008年所刊登的文章为研究对象,采用内容分析法,从论文课题研究的目的、研究领域、研究方法以及论文所属类型四方面进行分析统计,旨在从中探寻出教育技术学研究的现状和趋势,并对未来的研究提出相关建议。

博弈论视野中的素质教育政策探究

本研究以《中学生物教学》、《生物学教学》和《生物学通报》三种生物教育类期刊为研究对象,通过文献检索统计2008-2013年发表的有关高考研究的论文,并从论文的发表量、内容、作者及所在单位等方面进行分析,了解当前生物高考研究者的主要群体、研究方向及存在的问题,为高考的相关研究提供参考。     

《四库全书总目提要》补正二则

《四库全书总目》为王栐《燕翼诒谋录》、费枢《廉吏传》所作《提要》颇有误漏,余嘉锡《四库提要补正》亦未之及,特作补正。     

论析《四库全书总目》对明代学者杨慎的评价

《四库全书总目》为中国古典目录学集大成之作,既是四库馆臣学术思想的重要内容,亦是中国古代书籍与文化的大总结.蜀籍学人杨慎作为明代开考据之风气者,受到了四库馆臣精审之批评.指出其著述“瑕瑜互见,真伪互陈”,其学术“博洽冠一时”“只成杂学”.四库馆臣在继承并理性辨析杨慎考据工作的基础上,揭示其学术源流概况,表彰其考据中强调“博学”与“博征”.通过梳理《四库全书总目》对杨慎的评价,说明了清代考据学启蒙于中晚明的观点.     

教育政策分析与当前教育政策热点问题

公平、法制、科学和效率是现代教育政策的价值基础。从这一思想出发,文章分析了教育改革过程中政策议题的选择、政策决策、政策执行及政策评估等环节中的理论问题,进而提出了当前教育政策研究的若干热点问题。     

计算机编目数据错误对读者查询的影响

计算机编目系统是图书馆计算机网络管理系统的核心环节。本文结合我馆的实际情况,就计算机编目数据的错误问题及其对读者查询的影响进行了探讨。最后为完善计算机编目数据提出了几点切实可行的建议。     

Making sense in the city: Dolly Parton,early reading and educational policy‐making

In this paper, we present a case study of a philanthropic literacy initiative, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, a book‐gifting scheme for under 5s, and consider the impact of the scheme on literacy policy in the English city where it was introduced. We bring four lenses to bear on the case study. First, we analyse the operation of the scheme in the community it was intended to serve; second, we consider the case study as an early literacy intervention aimed at promoting reading development; then we consider it from the perspective of theories about marketing and branding; and finally, we analyse it from the perspective of new philanthropy theory. We use these lenses to help us make sense of the current pressures on educational policy‐making in English cities, as city officials struggle to manage competing political agendas, to initiate reforms in situations where they have significant responsibilities but reduced power, and to maintain the distinctiveness of the places they represent. We argue for the need to reassess our understandings of the ways that literacy policies are made at the local level within this rapidly changing context.     

Critical policy sociology: key underlying assumptions and their implications for educational policy research

In recent decades, educational policy researchers have considered critical policy sociology, mostly known as ‘policy sociology’, as a useful research methodology for analysing educational policies. However, despite its increasing popularity, policy sociology has been a confusing concept hence it is often used interchangeably with other terms such as policy analysis. In the main, there is a dearth of literature outlining its key underlying assumptions and how this methodology helps policy researchers to analyse social, political and economic issues related to educational policy. By reviewing current body of literature in the field, this paper identifies policy sociology as one of the four major traditions in the policy analysis field. The paper presents six key underlying assumptions of policy sociology – value based study, political study, historical study, multidisciplinary study, assemblage study, and discourse study – and discusses how researchers have used policy sociology as a research methodology for analysing educational policies.     

从旨趣的变迁看我国教育政策研究的演进

不同时期教育政策研究有着不同的研究旨趣或意图,旨趣的变迁又直接影响着教育政策研究的基本内涵、内容取向与研究范式。比照国际教育政策研究的三次旨趣变迁,三十多年来,我国教育政策研究也逐步发展了从政府管理取向到学科科学取向到综合理解取向的研究线索,并在这一过程中形成了我国教育政策研究的本土特征,暴露出政府主导性、结构性失衡和基础性薄弱等问题。本文希望通过对我国教育政策研究的旨趣变迁及其本土特征的解读,获得有关我国教育政策研究现状的基本认识,并以此为基础关照我国教育政策研究的未来发展。     

The intellectual landscape of critical policy analysis

What counts as critical policy analysis in education? Over the past 30 years, a tightening of national educational policies can be seen in the USA and across the globe. Over this same period of time, a growing number of educational policy scholars, dissatisfied with traditional frameworks, have used critical frameworks in their analyses. Their critical educational policy work has contributed to a unique intellectual landscape within education: critical policy analysis. This article presents a qualitative exploration of the critical policy analysis approach to educational policy studies. Participants included scholars known to utilize critical theoretical frameworks and methods in their research. Through a historical approach that makes use of oral history interviews with educational policy, we developed an understanding of the critical approach to policy studies, its appeal among critical education policy scholars, and the rationales driving its use.     

论四库馆臣的《诗》学观

《四库全书总目》＂诗类＂共收《诗经》书目147部。在提要中,四库馆臣强调《诗经》的经学地位,反对删改《诗经》,主张在研究《诗经》时兼收并蓄,消除门户之见,同时强烈反对从文学角度解读《诗经》。     

教育政策文本的类型及其生产——以民办高校学历文凭考试试点政策为例

政策文本研究以文本生产的作者、类型、生产过程及与其他政策文本的关联为研究重点,是教育政策研究的一个重要视角.本文以我国民办高校学历文凭考试试点政策为例,分析指出相关教育政策文本的生产表现出类型多元、作者之间利益不一致以及权威层级模糊的状态.本文认为,这种状态对预测政策文本的实践效果带来了困难,也增加了政策制订和执行的复杂性,但同时也给人们带来了更多可争辩的问题及推动政策变迁的机会.这种政策现象彰显出中国教育政策所具有的多元价值和多目的的特征与意义.
