[目的/意义] 以对研究生的学术资源需求和学科服务需求的调研分析为基础,构建基于研究生学习和科研活动周期的学科服务体系,深化学科服务模式,为高校图书馆向研究生提供全面且有针对性的学科服务提出对策性建议。[方法/过程]采用访谈和问卷调查相结合的调研方式,针对不同年级和学历层次的研究生群体特点,分析完整的研究生学习和科研活动周期,掌握不同阶段研究生的学术资源需求和学科服务需求。[结果/结论]提出基于研究生需求的学科服务策略性建议:立足研究生完整的学习和科研周期,制定有针对性的学科服务方案,构建专业的研究生信息素养培训体系;设立论文写作中心、学习研讨空间和创意活动空间,满足研究生各方面的科研和活动需求;完善以研究生需求为导向的学科服务模式,推进高校图书馆全面学科服务的改革。  相似文献

Reuters established a picture service after its competitors. So why did it enter the picture market when it did? What advantage did late entry give it? How did this new technologically driven business model based on pictures offer the key bridge to the contemporary multimedia company Reuters is today? In this article, the story of the Reuters picture service is told for the first time since it was officially established in 1985. Using Reuters archive, it begins with the purchase of UPI's US pictures service and ends with the contemporary business. It explores the ways Reuters managed to finance the production of pictures; build a new network for the picture service; invest in (and develop) new technologies of distribution, consumption and operation while being constantly on guard through research; study its markets, its competitors and clients; make room for new product lines in the form of news pictures within an already fully operational organisation, and deal with difficulties that resulted from such structural changes. Establishing its picture service during the 1980s not only helped Reuters make a strong entry into the international image market at a time when international news had just entered a new digital era, it also helped Reuters build a strong business and technological model during a period of media industry upheaval. And it used its picture operations to establish an elaborative infrastructure, enabling this forward-looking multimedia business to become a powerful international news agency ready for the future.  相似文献

Responding to a staffing shortage and assessment of usage data, eight of Hale Library's nine service desks were consolidated into one service point. Fourteen months later, the Libraries conducted an assessment of the consolidation using reference transaction data, responses to a survey administered to Libraries’ staff, and responses from a student focus group. The assessment revealed many logistical and staffing challenges with the new desk. As a result, a separate service point for reference was created directly outside the consolidated desk. 采用光沉积-液相化学法调节电子流向,构建了直接Z型TiO2/Ag/Ag3PO(4 )(TAAPO)光催化材料.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱仪以及光致发光(PL)光谱仪等手段对其进行表征,并对其在可见光照射下催化降解环丙沙星(CIP)的性能进行了研究.结果表明,当水体pH为3.0,催化剂分散浓度为0.3 g/L,CIP的初始浓度为15 mg/L时,光催化降解体系能够取得最佳的去除效果.在该组条件下,光照120 min CIP的降解率约为99%,并且在经历4个循环后仍然保持了良好的降解效果.在光催化降解CIP的过程中,主要反应活性物种为超氧自由基(·O2  相似文献

[目的/意义]针对当前创客空间提供创新创业服务不足的现状,研究大学生创客服务需求,以期为创客空间服务提供参考。[方法/过程]以扎根理论为调研方法,通过初期访谈整理编码得到大学生创客服务需求模型。根据大学生创客服务需求模型设置问卷,通过发放网络问卷,验证模型是否合理。[结果/结论]大学生创客服务需求模型主要包括两个核心服务需求,即信息知识情报服务需求和创新创业环境服务需求,前者具体包含双创基础知识、信息服务需求、知识服务需求、情报服务需求;后者则包含环境氛围、运行模式、宣传推广、保护机制和专业指导。对回收问卷数据进行整理,通过SPSS探索性因子分析,最终验证该模型合理。  相似文献

This paper aims to discuss the incorporation of reference services into a trending service point model called the Unified Service Point (USP). Driven by organizational shift, the model was recently adopted by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library of San Jose State University. An anonymous survey was conducted to understand student perspectives on reference services, including the USP. The survey also asked questions about student motivation for seeking help from a librarian, and their level of satisfaction with the reference services. The authors offer recommendations to improve reference services at the USP based on the results of the study.  相似文献

Most libraries have fully integrated cadres of student assistants into their daily operations, including helping at points of service. As libraries rely more and more on student assistants, we must maintain exceptional customer service to our users. This requires our student assistants to possess information literacy skills that exceed those of our users. This assessment investigates the information literacy skills of first-year library student assistants when compared to the general first-year student population, and it examines if first-year library student assistants’ information literacy skills increase more than those of their peers during their first semester at college.  相似文献

[目的/意义] 大学生志愿者参与阅读推广服务已成为扩展推广人力资源、提升推广活动绩效的重要途径。[方法/过程] 通过探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析,研究大学生志愿者参与阅读推广服务的内在动机及其与参与服务行为、参与满意度之间的关联关系。[结果/结论] 大学生志愿者参与阅读推广服务的动机包括"自我发展"质量控制"社会认同"社会遵从"社会交往"5个因素。5个动机因素对参与行为与满意度的作用各不相同。"质量控制"社会认同"社会遵从"社会交往"4个因素对志愿者参与阅读推广服务的行为起到正向积极影响,"自我发展"质量控制"社会认同"3个因素则与志愿者参与阅读服务的满意度形成了正向关联。  相似文献

Throughout the nation, training students for leadership roles is a primary cross-disciplinary bridge from coursework to career or from service learning to community service. Student leadership training has been linked to communication traits of goal setting, decision making, conflict resolution, concern for community, and increased understanding of diversity. Researchers interviewed student leadership training group representatives across a three-institution consortium and found limited assessment procedures. To illustrate relevance, a content analysis was conducted on three pertinent journals. Assessment offers the communicative ammunition needed to build programs in tough economic times and the necessary knowledge to assist students in becoming strong employee-leaders.  相似文献

The authors discuss methods and challenges of supporting branch academic libraries overseas that are not staffed onsite by librarians or permanent staff. The authors present their two-pronged approach of creating a virtual presence carefully customized to the needs of the students studying abroad along with specially and highly trained student workers. The new program, grounded partly in theories from education and business management, is shown to have substantially improved both library services for our study abroad students as well as library student workers’ performance.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The library implemented a new service model focusing on improved expertise, efficiency, and morale during a period of leadership change and workforce reduction. Implementation of a Disney-type service model helped identify skill sets for departmental reorganization. Hiring methods targeted candidates that best fit expectations for the changing needs of the library. New service goals led to improved skills, better personnel matches, and increased dedication. Results included several University Library monetary awards, as well as patron comments that directly related to the changes. The goal-oriented plan implemented by the library addressed a work-force reduction and created a new, highly appreciated service model.  相似文献
