记得初为人师的我,总是不能转换角色,自己还是带着学生的态度对待我的学生,所以没有等级观念的层级关系始终还是出了问题,虽然当时很难过,但之后变成了我的财富。教师与学生不应该是一个层级的关系,可以与学生是朋友,但教师是成人,有教育学生的义务和能力,而我,把他们看成是一个层级关系,所谓和学生打成一片,其实是不对的。班主任经验必须从失败中吸取教训,并坚持下去。
