目前恐怖袭击事件主要依据人员伤亡与经济损失进行分级,没有准确的量化分析和统一标准.本文以全球恐怖主义数据库(GTD)中1998-2017年的恐怖袭击事件为例,依据危害程度对恐怖袭击事件进行分级.首先挑选恐怖袭击事件的8个主要属性指标,并利用成对比较矩阵给出8个指标在评价事件危害程度的权重,再建立多属性综合评价模型,计算得到该恐怖袭击事件危害程度,并以此制定恐怖袭击事件的分级标准.该模型充分考虑恐怖袭击事件的各种复杂因素,可满足恐怖袭击事件分级要求与级别标准化要求.  相似文献

流程挖掘是从事件日志中自动构建流程模型,并利用其分析、增强、监测实际的业务流程.然而不完整的事件日志会严重影响流程挖掘的结果.因此,修复事件日志是提高过程挖掘结果准确性的举措之一.现有的修复事件日志技术主要修复事件日志中的缺失活动,很少考虑修复日志中多个缺失的属性.现实中日志除了活动缺失,还存在属性缺失现象.针对此问题,提出了一种基于Bert的神经网络模型,用来修复事件中多个属性的缺失.该方法从数据的角度出发,通过Bert模型的预训练任务学习事件中属性之间的依赖关系,根据属性的前后文信息预测缺失的属性值.最后使用公开可用的真实事件日志对所提出的方法进行实验评估,评估结果表明本文所提出方法可以修复事件日志中多属性的缺失,且验证了该方法的准确性.  相似文献

针对GUI软件测试过程中,测试用例优先排序的问题,提出了一种基于多个因素分配权值的优先排序方法.该方法使用模糊逻辑模型,并根据事件类型、事件交互以及基于参数值交互覆盖的标准三个因素来分配优先级.实验结果证明,该方法能有效地进行GUI软件测试用例的优先排序.  相似文献

通过研究概率事件结构图的事件路径,提出了集成系统的关键事件路径分析方法.根据集成系统体系结构描述提取的规则,构造着色Petri网模型对应的概率事件结构图,并给出其循环事件路径、顺序事件路径和关键事件路径的定义.然后利用着色Petri网模型的仿真统计结果,采用灵敏度分析方法找出其关键事件路径.该方法强化了逻辑结构特性,可靠实用,是离散事件系统结构化分析的基础.最后以一个建模实例详细阐述了该方法的应用,结果适用可信.  相似文献

为了实现实验室安全隐患管理知识共享,及增强实验室安全管理决策能力,研究事件本体模型在实验室安全隐患管理中的应用。基于事件本体理论,结合文献分析法和专家经验法,抽象出实验室安全隐患管理本体模型的3个上层事件类,分析事件关系、事件要素等,利用SWRL规则语言定义了推理决策规则集,实现了实验室安全隐患管理事件本体知识库的构建。以某次日常安全管理活动为例,利用本体模型对该次活动进行知识表达及推理决策,验证了模型的知识表达能力和推理决策能力。实践证明,该本体模型能够有效表达实验室安全隐患管理知识,实现了安全隐患管理自动化决策,降低了实验室安全隐患管理知识的认知成本,提高了安全管理队伍的决策能力。  相似文献

提出组件系统的回归测试重点是对更新组件与其他组件之间以事件为单位的交互重新测试.给出了一种基于新的组件测试关联模型(CTAM)的组件系统回归测试方法.首先对需要进行回归测试的组件群体进行波动分析,得出群体中组件受系统改动的影响度,然后根据影响度选择复用先前的测试用例,生成最小回归测试用例集.与传统方法相比,该模型建立在组件间交互事件统计信息的基础上,分析了组件间的复杂关系,更适用于组件系统的回归测试.  相似文献

岗位胜任力模型的构建与应用已成为企业人力资源管理研究的新亮点.本文运用行为事件访谈法和问卷调查法构建了关键岗位胜任力模型的初型,通过运用因素分析法将总结出的胜任力因子进行归类而得到一个初步的通用胜任力模型,并对该模型进一步完善,使其具有更好的可操作性.希望通过本文能够对胜任力的研究提出一个新的视角,在胜任力模型的进一步开发和应用方面做些有益的尝试.  相似文献

职业学校要提高教学水平,必须创造出适合自身需要的教学模式,这种模式必须体现职业性与活动性.理论教学可以采用集体的、个人的或小组的问题探究模式,技能教学则可运用以活动为核心的项目式、任务式教学模式,而非智力素质的培养则更应偏重渗透于活动情境的情境体验模式、行为训练模式等.要推进职业教学改革,还需进行教学制度、教育资源管理、教学组织方式的相应变革.  相似文献

Typical university‐wide course evaluations do not provide instructors with sufficient information on the effectiveness of their courses. This article describes a course assessment and enhancement model where student feedback can be used to improve courses and/or programs. The model employs an assessment tool that measures student perceptions of importance and their current competence in course‐specific learning objectives both pre‐ and post‐course. Information gained from this assessment enables course improvement over time and also allows for modification in delivery and/or content of the current course. This model is intended to augment traditional course evaluation mechanisms based on specific and actionable feedback on learning objectives.  相似文献

The externality‐tangibility model of human performance is a human performance technology (HPT) model that categorizes nine all‐inclusive elements of HPT into families of elements that can be external or internal to a performer and tangible or intangible. This third of three installments looks at the two factors that are external to a performer and are intangible: management and leadership. Applying the externality‐tangibility model consistently entails a six‐step process. This article is situated in a growing body of literature, focusing on higher education reforms in countries which emerged, or re-emerged, 25 years ago as the Soviet Union dissolved. With the focus specifically on Kazakhstan, this paper examines how the leadership of universities in this country views a higher education funding model– the state grants. The paper applies the lenses of stability, performance and innovation orientation to the examination of the state grants-based higher education funding model in Kazakhstan. This paper finds that despite recognition of the limitations of the existing funding model, there is limited interest to push for changes. This can be explained by the complex higher education policy environment which is also discussed in this paper.  相似文献

This paper presents a new theoretical model which conceptualizes inter-professional and multi-agency collaborative working, at the level of the individual within a group. This arises from a review of the literature around joint working, and is based on social psychological theories which refer to shared goals. The model assumes that collective commitment, collective efficacy, and process and outcome beliefs interact and feed into the development and maintenance of collaborative processes and outcomes. This is situated within an ecological framework that summarizes the context of inter-professional and multi-agency collaboration. The model illustrates working resolutions of specific inter-professional dilemmas around identity, role and control. This paper extends the literature around theoretical approaches to collaborative work in a multi-agency or inter-professional context, with its specific social-psychological focus on the motivations of the individual within the group.  相似文献

This grounded study examined the process of acclimatization or the process of changing perspectives of a person so as to get used to or feel “at home” among a select group of Filipino elderly in a nursing care facility. As institutionalization of the elderly is not typical in the Philippine context, varied responses were analyzed to understand the factors and the course that an elderly person undergoes over a set period of time to achieve acclimatization. Twenty elderly (n = 20) residents were purposively recruited and subjected to an in-depth interview that chronicled their experiences on their previous and present lives and on the process by which they were able to adjust to a relatively new setting. Preliminarily, a robotfoto was devised to obtain demographic data including visitation frequencies and familial relationships, and this was followed by an in-depth interview. Through the constant comparison method, an interesting model called the Hourglass of Acclimatization emerged. This model yielded two distinct phases contributing to successful acclimatization. One is the Conversion phase, or imbibing the main notion of transforming one's perspectives of him or herself and his or her environment; there is also the Immersion phase, which describes how an elderly involves him or herself completely into the life he or she is supposed to live. This emerged model can contribute to the development of nursing interventions focusing on elderly experiences in the entire course of relocation to a new environment other than what they call “home.”  相似文献
