蛇胆川贝液中苦杏仁甙的HPLC分析

目的:测定蛇胆川贝液中苦杏仁甙的含量。方法:用甲醇提取苦杏仁甙,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分离,紫外可变波长检测器检测。结果:蛇胆川贝液中苦杏仁甙的含量为14.10％(mg/ml),即1.41mg/瓶。结论:本文所用方法稳定性高,重现性好,操作简单,耗时较短,是生产蛇胆川贝液较理想的质量监控方法。     

漂浮沉下和悬浮实验

我的实验设计思想与窦玉山同志不同,玉山同志对悬浮实验的结果不够满意,原因是所配混和液的密度上下不均,导致悬浮不能在任意深度处出现。我用一物(一支蛇胆川贝液药瓶)一液(水)演示上述实验物理现象明显,效果好,器材简单易得。具体做法如下:
