校企合作人才培养方式的实践与研究

高等职业教育是培养高技能型人才的教育,为行业、为区域经济培养一线高技能型人才.如何培养高技能型人才是摆在各学校面前的一个既现实又根本的问题,探索出一条适合本校甚至本专业的人才培养之路,既是学校发展的动力又是学校的社会责任.     

中职数控专业教育之现状及教学改革初探

根据中职学校数控专业技能型人才培养模式和要求,结合自身在实际教学中的一些看法与感受,探讨了中职学校以技能型人才培养为目的的实际情况提出了一些改革方向及具体做法.

1.《唐山师专学报》创刊于1979年9月,从1979年到1985年间,共出版26期。 2.《唐山教育学院学报》创刊于1983年5月,初名为《唐山市教师进修学院学刊》,1984年随着学校更名为“唐山教育学院”而改称《唐山教育学院学刊》。从1983年到1985年间,共出版8期。 3.自1986年始,《唐山师专学报》与《唐山教育学院学刊》合刊出版,刊名为《唐山师专·唐山教育学院学报》,按社会科学版和自然科学版分别出版季刊。到1990年共出版社会科学版20期,自然科学版14期。     

大力发展具有区域特色的服务型职业教育

近年来,我们根据2002年全国职业教育工作会议精神和省市战略部署,大力发展与宁波市社会发展相适应、与产业发展相衔接、具有区域特色的服务型职业教育.全市现有独立设置的中等职业学校41所,其中省级以上重点职业学校26所;成人文化技术学校164所;高职院校7所.近三年,我市职业院校毕业生就业率达到95%以上,培养了一大批急需的技能型人才,为我市经济社会发展做出了重要贡献.     

加强骨干专业建设提升职校竞争力

晋江市安海职校是一所新兴的中等职业学校.数控技术应用专业是我校骨干品牌专业,该专业从建校初期即开始创办,1996年首办"机电一体化专业",随着机械制造业的技术进步及产业变革,2000年秋,学校把"机电一体化专业"调整改造为"数控技术应用专业".2002年又把它列为特色骨干专业加以重点发展,2003年6月根据国家制造业技能型紧缺人才的培养规划,我们又把它定为示范专业,去年底又与浙江大学合作建立"国家制造业技能型紧缺人才培养培训基地".在今年的招生计划中,学校又增设"模具设计与制造专业",进一步拓展专业路子.在该专业建设和发展中,我们始终坚持以就业市场为导向,以人才需求为目标,注重学生技能锻炼和综合素质的培养,深化教学改革,逐渐形成了"宽基础、强能力、重实用"的校本教学特色,在本地区产生了一定影响.在着力建设骨干专业的过程中,学校积极探索专业建设的路子与方法,积极探索技能型人才的培养模式,优化专业结构,明确专业发展思路.

建立技能型课程教学评估体系,全面提高教学质量

研究中职学校技能型课程教学评估体系建立的问题,有利于中职学校进一步强化职业教育办学特色,有利于中职学校为社会培养更多高质量技能型人才,有助于中职学校的教学改革,有利于职业教育事业的发展。本文通过对我国普通中等职业学校师资队伍现状和存在问题的分析,探讨实现"课程内容与职业标准对接、教学过程与生产过程对接"的教学管理办法。从中职学校强化对技能型课程教学质量的监管等方面,提出中职学校建立和实施技能型课程教学评估体系,以确保教学质量的对策。
