大学生对课堂教学评教的认知度调查分析--以某学院大学生为调查对象

学生课堂教学评教是高等教育教学过程的重要环节,对教学质量的监督具有非常重要的作用,更有利于在校大学生获得教师改进后的更高水平的教学。通过对高校学生的多形式调查,发现学生对课堂教学评价的目的意义、评教方式的合理性、评教体系的科学性、评教结果反馈运用等方面有一定的认知,但存在着差异。对此,高校教学质量管理部门、教师、学生要积极行动起来,提升师生对课堂教学评价的认知度,提高课堂教学评教体系的科学性,增强师生的获得感。     

关于县级中小学教师绩效工资问题的研究

义务教育阶段学校实施绩效工资分配制度,能够深化中小学事业单位人事制度改革,建立科学合理的激励机制,促进教师的自身发展及学生的全面进步,也推进了素质教育的继续发展。但是现如今县级中小学教师绩效工资体系并不健全,对县级中小学教师绩效评价的研究相当薄弱,缺乏公正科学的绩效评估方法。因此,如何更好地完善对县级教师绩效工资的考核成为目前研究的重点。     

小学课堂教学管理有效性探析

课堂教学管理是学校管理的核心,有效的课堂教学管理能极大地提高课堂教学效率,融洽师生关系。小学课堂教学管理有其特殊性,它的特殊性来源于教学对象的特殊性和师生关系的特殊性。基础教育课程改革要求转变与提升教师的教学理念,转变教学行为模式,改革和完善评价方式等。要提高小学课堂教学管理的有效性,必须从构建和谐的师生关系着手,建立完善课堂规范,引导学生进行自主管理,建立合理的评价体系,不断提高教师自身素质,把握课堂教学管理的一般规律。     

课堂教学质量评价体系的建立与实践

教学质量评价是对教学质量进行过程控制的重要手段。近年来,河海大学常州校区依据客观公正、定量定性等评价原则,采用学生评教、督导听课等多种评价方式,将全面质量管理理念引入到本科教学管理中,构建了一套科学合理的教学质量评价体系,实践证明该评价体系对稳步提高和保证学校的教学质量起到了积极的作用。     

The Effectiveness of an Initial Teacher Training Partnership in Preparing Students to Teach Art in the Primary School

Recent government reform of initial teacher education has increased teachers’ responsibility for training students in schools, bringing about some fundamental changes in the professional relationship between the schools, higher education institutions (HEIs), teachers and students. This paper reports on primary undergraduate student teachers’ and their class teachers’ perceptions of school-based training to teach art. Class teachers were interviewed about their preparedness to train students and questionnaires and interviews were used to gauge students’ views of the effectiveness of university-based courses and the support given to them by teachers. The findings indicate that teachers were able to support students in matters of classroom management and resources but that they were mostly unable to assist them in developing subject knowledge and understanding of art teaching and learning. This raises concerns about teachers’ subject knowledge and their confidence in training students. Our findings suggest that there is significant room for improvement in the partnership arrangements between schools and HEIs in order to better support students’ teaching of art.     

新世纪英国教师教育改革取向与现实启示

英国教师教育进入新世纪以来,在教育全球化、新自由主义的背景下,进行了一系列的适应性改革。这些改革本质上是以原有政策为基础的改良,具有温和坚定的特点。这些改革取向主要包括加强教师教育质量的评估,实施管理与评估分离的政策,引入第三方的专业化评估,激励各方教师教育主体的活力,使得教师教育机构与实习生质量得以改善,以反思性培养为教师教育价值取向等。这些方面的改革与调整,使得英国教师质量状况有了明显改善。英国教师教育改革对于我国目前的教师教育制度建设与教育实践具有现实的意义。     

优化高师艺术实践课程——民乐合奏课

据了解,目前高师类艺术实践课程民乐合奏课的开展面临着诸多问题,如:学生重视不足、生源质量参差不齐,师资不足和教学落伍,硬件设施不完善等问题。优化民乐合奏课的教学应当立足问题根源对症下药,而重点应当突出民乐合奏课教师的作用,比如学生价值观念偏颇的解决有赖于任课教师的引导;生源质量作为课程难以开展的硬伤是长期存在的事实,这个问题有赖于学生在老师的指引下实现自己专业技能的突破,提升专业技能的过程是师生戮力合作的重心;硬件设施的改良有赖于国家和院校的共同努力,短时间内无法满足民乐合奏课的需求,这考验着老师教学的能动性,笔者就此提出以下建议。     

Effectiveness of a satellite educational television program for Ethiopian secondary education

This study examined the actual practice and effectiveness of a satellite educational TV program in Ethiopian secondary schools. Participants in the survey were 228 students and 63 teachers from secondary schools. The results of the data analysis indicate that Ethiopian students and teachers scored highly in the evaluation areas. Levels of students’ general satisfaction with the satellite educational TV program were not equal for the variables of location and gender. It was also found that for students, learning demand, learning content, and class management were factors affecting their satisfaction with the satellite educational TV programs. For teachers, learning content and class management were the factors. The statistical mean difference in the satisfaction with the satellite educational TV program was between students and teachers. These findings suggest that the satellite educational TV program has the possibility of improving the quality of education in Ethiopian secondary schools.

爱学生既是班主任一种职业高尚品质的表现,也是搞好班级管理工作的前提。只有用爱,才能凝聚起班集体,体现出班级管理的魅力。在班级教育与管理中教师学无止境,是师爱来源;为人师表,是师爱基础;宽容博爱,是师爱的关键;要因人施爱,对后进生、中等生、优等生分别给以"偏爱"、关爱和严爱。     

基于微信小程序的教学评价平台设计与实现

目前,玉溪师范学院使用PC机进行教学质量评价时,在学生评价和教师查询上存在诸多不便。根据玉溪师范学院教师教学质量评价需求,结合学校评教实际情况,运用微信小程序、Spring Boot、Spring Security等技术设计并实现一套规范、高效、易于扩展且实用性强的教学评价平台。在玉溪师范学院推广使用教学评价平台小程序,学生评价参与度和教师对教学评价结果的查询率均有较大提升,为学校教学质量改革、教学部门管理和教师教学工作开展提供了重要数据支撑。
