1-偶氮苯-3-(3-硝基-5-氯-2-吡啶)-三氮烯的合成及其与镉的显色反应

合成了新显色剂1-偶氮苯-3-(3-硝基-5-氯-2-吡啶)-三氮烯(ABNCPDT),并研究了它与镉的显色反应。在pH 10.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,Triton X-100表面活性剂存在下,试剂与镉生成2:1型红色配合物。配合物的最大吸收峰位于530 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.48×105L.mol-1.cm-1。Cd2 浓度在0~480μg/L范围内符合比尔定律。用拟定方法测定废水中微量镉。     

1-吡啶-3-[4-(苯基偶氮)苯基]-三氮烯-溴化十六烷基三甲铵-阴离子表面活性剂显色反应的研究及应用

在硼砂—氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中 ,1 -吡啶 -3-[4 -(苯基偶氮 )苯基 ] -三氮烯 -溴化十六烷基三甲铵 ( CTMAB)和阴离子表面活性剂 ( AS)形成紫红色配合物 ,配合物在 60 0 nm处有最大吸收。测定阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠表观摩尔吸光系数 ε60 0 分别为 1 .64× 1 0 4 ,1 .2 2×1 0 4 ,1 .1 5× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1。研究的新方法已应用于合成水样及环境水样中阴离子表面活性剂的测定 ,结果满意     

1-（4-硝基苯基）-3-（5-溴-吡啶）-三氮烯的合成及其与铜的显色反应

报道了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(5-溴-吡啶)三氮烯(NPBPDT)的合成及其与铜的显色反应．在NP-10的存在下，pH11．0的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中，该试剂能与铜发生显色反应，铜与NPBPDT形成摩尔比为1：2型的黄色配合物，在440m处有一最大正吸收峰，在540nm处有一最大负吸收．以440nm为参比波长，540nm为测量波长进行双波长测定，表观摩尔吸光系数为1．91×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1，铜的浓度在0-12μg／25mL范围内遵守比尔定律．用拟定方法测定铝合金中的微量铜，结果满意．     

1-吡啶-3-[4-(苯基偶氮)苯基]-三氮烯与镍的显色反应研究

研究了1-吡啶-3-[4(苯基偶氮苯基]-三氮烯(PYPAPT).在NaOH碱性条件中,非离子表面活性剂Tween存在下,与金属镍离子(Ni~(2+))的显色反应。Ni~(2+)与PYPAPT形成1:3的红色配合物,配合物最大吸收位于536nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为9.00×10~1,Ni~(2+)离子含量在0～0.32mg/L符合比尔定律。研究的新方法用于测定铝合金中的镍,结果满意。     

浊点萃取-分光光度法测定水中的痕量铜

在表面活性剂Triton X-114存在下,利用Cu(Ⅱ)与2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)反应生成疏水性配合物,建立了浊点萃取分光光度法测定痕量铜的方法.在pH=7的磷酸体系缓冲液中,该配合物的最大吸收波长λ_(max)=560nm,ε=2.7×10⁵ L·mol5 L·mol^(-1)·cm(-1)·cm^(-1),测定铜的线性范围是0.01(-1),测定铜的线性范围是0.01⁰.4μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.5%,加标回收率在95%0.4μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.5%,加标回收率在95%¹02%之间.此法用于实际水样中铜含量的测定,结果令人满意.     

反相高效液相色谱法测定1-(对偶氮苯)-3-(5-溴-2-吡啶)-三氮烯

采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8(4.6mmi.d.×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈流动相,流速0.70mL.min-1,检测波长406nm,建立了测定1-(对偶氮苯)-3-(5-溴-2-吡啶)-三氮烯的反相高效液相色谱法。该方法线性范围是0.5~8.0μg.mL-1,相对标准偏差为2.5%(C=5.0μg.mL-1,n=5),回收率在98.4%~101.8%之间。     

1-（4-硝基苯基）-3-（2-吡啶）三氮烯的合成及其与镉的显色反应

文章研究了新显色剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡啶)三氮烯NPPDT的合成及其与镉的显色反应的适宜条件.结果表明,在Tween-80的存在下,Ph=9.23的Na2B2O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂能与镉发生显色反应,镉与NPPDT形成橙黄色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于464nm处.该方法测定微量镉灵敏度较高,选择性较好.     

一种新三氮烯类试剂的合成

镉试剂是光度法测定镉、汞、银、铜等金属离子的优良显色剂,为了改善其分析性能,对其分子结构进行了改造,将其分子中的强吸电子基-NO2换成强给电子基-N(CH3)2,合成了一种新的三氮烯试剂1-(p-N,N-二甲基氨基苯基)-3-(p-苯基偶氮苯)三氮烯,其结构经红外光谱得到了证实.     

2-羟基-4-磺酰氨基苯-3-(4-硝基苯)-三氮烯的合成及与汞的显色反应

合成了新的三氮烯试剂———2-羟基-4-磺酰氨基苯-3-(4-硝基苯)-三氮烯。研究了在TritonX-100表面活性剂存在下与汞的显色反应。在pH=10.0~11.0的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂与汞形成2:1型浅黄色配合物。配合物的最大吸收峰位于λ=535nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.21×105L?mol-1?cm-1。Hg2+的浓度在0~12μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律,相关系数r=0.9994。该方法的检出限量为0.5μg/25mL。用拟定方法测定工业废水中的汞,五次测定的RSD<3%,加标回收率为98.2%~102.5%。     

新喹啉偶氮显色剂DBQADHP的合成及其分析性能的研究

报道了5-(5,7-二溴-8-喹啉偶氮)-2,3-二羟基吡啶(DBQADHP)新试剂的合成、提纯和鉴定,研究了新试剂与Co(Ⅱ)的显色反应,其配合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为7.6×104L·mol-1·cm-1.
