在本研究中制备了一系列Cu-Cr-Mo-RE/SiO2和Cu-RE/SiO2催化剂。研究结果表明:在Cu/SiO2催化剂中,引进Cr、Mo和稀土氧化物后能显著延长催化剂寿命。这一结果并用XPS光谱对催化剂表面及用TG对催化剂抗结焦性能进行了分析研究结论为:Cu-Cr-Mo-RE/SiO2和Cu-RE/SiO2催化剂的负荷比Cu/SiO2催化剂显著提高。  相似文献

采用气相流动吸附法制TiO2/γ-Al2O3复合载体,浸渍法担载一定量MoO3或CoO-MoO3.用XRD,LRS和TPR等技术考察了Mo或Co-Mo催化剂的表面结构和还原性能.结果表明,覆盖在γ-Al2O3上的TiO2能减弱MoO3与γ-Al2O3之间的相互作用,明显改善Mo催化剂的表面结构,促进MoO3的还原,适量CoO助剂的加入能促进MoO3在载体表面的分散.  相似文献

Micro-plasma arc surface melting of 0Cr19Ni9 shielded metal arc welding joint with a micro-plasma arc welder produced a thin surface melted layer with a refined microstructure. The surface treatment changed the anodic polarization behavior in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution. The polarization tests showed that for the as-welded joint both the heat-affected zone and the weld metal decreased in resistance to corrosion compared with the as-Received parent material while for the micro-plasma arc surface melted joint the corrosion resistance increased significantly. This increase in corrosion resistance is attributed to the rapid solidification of the melted layer. Rapid solidification of the melted layer refines its microstructure, decreases its microsegregation, and inhibits the precipitation of chromium carbides at the grain boundaries.received parent material while for the micro-plasma arc surface melted joint the corrosion resistance increased significantly. Because of the different ways in which contact materials work, the basic requirements for silver metal oxide contact materials are different. They are anti-welded and anti-erosion when closed, anti-erosion when broken, and arc easily moved and have smaller contact resistance. In this paper, La2O3 is used as a stable oxide in contact material to replace CdO. A new type of Ag/SnO2-La2O3-Bi2O3 contact material is first obtained through using powder metallurgical method. Then electrical contact material parameter tester is used to test the electrical contact performance of the contact material. Through experiments, the arcing voltage and current curves, arcing energy curves, fusion power curves while broken and contact resistance while closed were obtained. Analysis of the results showed that the addition of La2O3 makes the contact material have the following advantages: smaller electrical wear, smaller arc energy, smaller contact resistance and arc is more easily extinguished.  相似文献

The switching arc that occurs in contact gap when contact of low voltage apparatus closes or breaks in electric circuit is harmful to the contacts, insulation, and reliability of electrical gear because of its very high temperature. As arcing time is very short in switching gear, it is very difficult to observe arc phenomena directly for researchers. Therefore, visualization of switching arc is important for understanding arc phenomena, to analyze the arc features, and to improve the design and reliability of switching gear. Based on analyzing the visualization methods proposed by researchers, a new switching arc capturing approach is introduced in this paper. Arc image acquisition, and image processing techniques were studied. A switching arc image acquisition and visual simulation software based on high speed CCD camera hard ware system was designed and implemented to yield en- hanced arc image with good visual effect.  相似文献

Calcium carbide slag, generated in the hydrolysis process of calcium carbide, is an potential carbon capture reagent because its main ingredient is Ca(OH)2. Calcium carbide slag, a by-product of a resin factory was used as carbon capture reagent. The change of pH and electrical conductivity (EC) of the calcium carbide slag slurry with different solid-to-liquid ratios, as well as the capture efficiency and dynamics under different temperatures and flow rates of CO2 were studied. The properties of solid were characterized with XRD, TG-DTA, SEM and FT-IR before and after capturing carbon. The results show that the change of pH and EC were greater with low solid-to-liquid ratio than that with high solid-to-liquid ratio. The analysis of XRD and SEM show that the content of CaCO3 increased significantly, which improved that Ca(OH)2 and free CaO were reacted with CO2. The results of TG-DTA and FT-IR show that the physicochemical properties and microstructure of the slag changed after capturing CO2 because of the increase of CaCO3 content. All the results mentioned above improve the feasibility of utilizing calcium carbide slag to capture CO2 and offer a practical way for carbon emission reduction and disposal of wasted calcium carbide slag.  相似文献

Nominal contact resistance, minimum erosion and material transfer are required with low cost materials working in a wide currents range for DC relays. Ag-Ni contact materials have low contact resistance, but the erosion and material transfer are large at high current level. Ag-SnO2 contact materials have good anti-welding properties and resistance to arc erosion, but they have large contact resistance during working and are easily block SnO2 from flocking together on the surface at low current level. In this paper, the failure mechanisms of Ag-Ce contact material were studied. The surface morphologies of the contacts after electrical endurance test for Ag-Ce contact material were compared with that of Ag-Ni and Ag-SnO2 contact materials. The effect of Ce on the surface morphologies of the contacts after electrical endurance test was analyzed.  相似文献
