企业社会责任与和谐社会的构建

企业有力地肩负起社会责任有助于和谐社会的构建,同时和谐社会的建立也将促进企业主动自觉地承担起社会责任。本文指出了我国企业社会责任与和谐社会的悖行,提出企业应如何强化社会责任意识,构建和谐社会。

从三个视角讨论企业社会责任与和谐社会构建的关系,即：强调企业社会责任的核心是保障劳动者权益,它客观上对我国的劳动关系的和谐解决起着推动作用;强调环境保护凸显可持续发展理念,落实企业社会责任有助于实现和谐社会所要求的可持续发展理念;企业反腐败维护社会公正运行,它和构建和谐社会所要求的公平正义相一致。
