在互联网时代,随着数字技术的不断发展和市场全球化的加速普及,商业模式对企业经营绩效的影响日益显现,尤其是它在高新技术商业化进程中所具有的价值获取功能,成为影响高新技术企业发展轨迹的重要因素,然而该因素产生作用的机制和条件迄今尚未明确。本文以Zott模型（2008）为基础,将商业模式和竞争战略因素纳入同一模型中,构建了一个整合商业模式与竞争战略的匹配模型。研究表明,在高新技术企业样本分析中,二者的匹配性与盈利性业绩指标呈显著性线性正相关关系,与成长性业绩指标则呈非显著性相关关系。据此扩展了Henry Chesbrouch＆Richard S.Rosebloom（2002）的研究结论,为进一步研究提供了新的依据和方向。

I present a series of anecdotes illustrating the friendship and cooperation I have experienced with German scientists. As the sun's rays can be refracted in a tiny drop of water while a whole organism can be cloned from a single somatic cell, my own experiences depict the fruitful past, an encouraging present and a promising future for the flourishing long-term cooperation between the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Max Planck Society (MRS).
