试论新闻媒体报道之“曲解人意”——以倪萍两会提案被新闻媒体曲解为例

随着我国新闻媒体行业的快速发展,一场激烈的信息争夺战给我国新闻媒体行业造成了巨大冲击。然而我国部分新闻媒体及新闻从业人员未能恪守职业素养,以至于我国部分网络媒体在报道时不以事实为基础"胡说八道"、肆意曲解人意,给新闻媒体和新闻对象两个主体造成了不同程度的影响。本文以倪萍两会提案被新闻媒体曲解为例,对当下我国新闻媒体行业存在的"曲解人意"现象进行了深入阐述,目的在于引起相关部门注意,及时纠正新闻媒体曲解人意的陋习。     

“走转改”环境下的新闻媒体职业化建设分析

目前,我国新闻媒体的传播过程中,正在实施"走转改"活动。在"走转改"措施的实施过程中,新闻媒体中的优秀作品数量逐渐上升。因此,在新闻媒体中落实"走转改"措施,可以有效地提高新闻媒体工作者的业务素质和专业能力,对我国新闻媒体的发展有着重要的作用和意义。

略论互联网与传统新闻媒体的多重关系

中央重点新闻媒体"行进中国·精彩故事"开栏近日,中央各重点新闻媒体相继推出"行进中国·精彩故事"专栏,一个个普通老百姓的故事登上了"高大上"的媒体平台,拉开了全国新闻战线"走转改"的新一轮序幕。在人民日报、新华社、光明日报、央视网、央广网、中国青年报、工人日报、经济日报等8家中央重点新闻媒体的开栏故事里,主人公有创业成功而转战公益的科技     

“松绑”后的媒体“应急”之变

6月24日,全国人大常委会在对《突发事件应对法(草案)》进行二审时做出了5处修改,其中涉及信息发布和新闻管理的有两处,最引人瞩目的是删除了有关新闻媒体不得"违规擅自发布"突发事件信息的规定,为媒体的突发事件报道"松了绑"。笔者认为,"松绑"如同一把"双刃剑",在使新闻媒体获得突发事件信息报道权的同时,也对新闻媒体报道突发事件提出了新的要求。     

落实“三贴近”“三服务” 提高媒体舆论引导水平——全国新闻专业期刊新闻研究所年会召开

本刊讯3月17日至20日,第七届全国新闻专业期刊、新闻媒体研究所年会在海南省海口市召开。来自中央、地方新闻媒体研究所、新闻专业期刊社的近70名代表,就如何贯彻全国宣传部长会议精神,推进新闻专业期刊和新闻媒体研究所落实"三贴近"要求, 为新闻媒体提高舆论引导水平服务,为新闻媒体改革创新服务,为加强新闻队伍建设服务等问题展开了热烈、深入的讨论。     

转企改制背景下“三农”图书出版的路径选择

分析我国出版业转企改制前后“三秘’图书出版环境的变化,认为目前“三农”图书出版依然没有跳出对政府的路径依赖,并对该路径依赖下“三农”图书出版中存在的问题进行探讨。

This study focuses on collection development in the library of the University of Agriculture from 1983 through 1993. The metamorphosis through which the university has passed is highlighted to show the effects of policy instability on collection development efforts. Methods used for gathering facts and figures for the study included a questionnaire distributed to staff and students, interviews, and official records searches. The study showed that over the years, resources for collection development have been declining in real terms leading to a reduction in the student-book ratio from 1:40 in 1983 to 1:9 in 1993. Problems confronting collection development such as escalating costs of foreign currency, import restrictions, and the politics of resource allocation are also highlighted. Strict compliance with the National Universities Commission's (NUC) funding standard for university libraries is recommended.

Yer Doin’ it Wrong: How NOT to Interact with Vendors,Publishers, or Librarians

Three librarians who have extensive experience working in libraries or for publishers, vendors, or consortia presented an informal discussion on librarian–vendor relationships. The audience was encouraged to participate. Problems were articulated; speakers and audience members contributed suggestions for better approaches or behaviors when handling difficult situations.     

面向农村的政策信息服务模式研究

为把农村政策信息服务工作做好,满足农民的政策信息需求,重点研究以下几种政策信息服务模式:①中央政府各级部门的"三农"政策信息服务;②农村组织的"三农"政策信息服务;③档案、公共图书馆系统的"三农"政策信息服务;④以现代通信与信息技术为支撑的"三农"政策信息服务;⑤基于人际网络的政策信息传播服务。     

博士学位论文引文分析与文献需求趋势研究——以山东农业大学农业经济管理博士学位论文为例

本文以文献计量学中的引文分析法为研究方法,以2003-2012年山东农业大学农业经济管理专业博士学位论文所附参考文献为研究对象,分析了10年间本专业博士学位论文引文的总体状况及对文献的需求情况,以期通过以上分析为本专业的文献资源建设和读者服务工作提供参考依据。     

The Thai Vernacular Press and the Woman Politician: Stereotypical Reporting and Innovative Response

Thai women who want to participate in politics find that one of the obstacles they face is the representation created by mass media, especially vernacular newspapers. The objective of this study is to demonstrate the conflict in the representation of a woman politician in Thailand. The study focuses on news reports relating to Khunying Sudarat Keyuraphan, currently the Minister of Agriculture and Agriculture Cooperatives of Thailand. The news reports from the two largest-circulated local newspapers in Thailand were analyzed to highlight the representation created for Sudarat, and her response strategy. The analysis showed the representational dilemma Sudarat faced to which she creatively responded yet found herself on the losing side.
