化学教学中有效落实自主、合作、探究学习方式初探

新课改要求教学以学生为中心，在课堂教学中有效落实自主、合作、探究学习。通过具体分析，优化化学教学。让学生主动学习化学，让学生在合作中学习化学，让学生在探究中学习化学，使学生的化学学习成为有效学习，进而在化学课堂教学中有效落实自主、合作、探究学习的学习方式。

一、教学理念：学生学习方式的转变——网络型探究学习的学习方式 普通高中化学课程的教学设计要有利于学生学习方式的转变，倡导学生主动学习，在多样化、开放式的学习环境中，特别是信息获取手段的不断扩大，充分发挥学生的主体性、积极性和参与性，为学生的自主学习、探究学习、交流与合作创造必要的前提，从而提高学生创新意识和实践能力。在现代化环境下，网络的出现使学生在学习方法上有所创新，本着学生主体式教学的真正落实，建构主义的实施，为学生树立终身学习的习惯，网络课开始应用于教学。

“教是为了不教”“教学就是教着学生自己去学”，271高效课堂的核心在于“授人以渔”，在于让教师走下讲台，融入学生之中，实现教师帮助学生学习、学生自己主动学习以及学生与学生、学生与教师合作学习，从而让学生在学习中学会学习、高效学习，最终实现终身学习。我的课堂我做主，把学习的主动权、创造权还给学生，讲堂变学堂，教室变学室。

所谓自主学习，就是学生在教师指导下．有目的、有计划、大胆地、主动地去学习。在学习过程中，教师可根据学习内容和学生实际，灵活运用教学方法，适时地给学生指导点拨，启发诱导，充分调动学生学习的积极性、主动性与创造性，让学生在学习中积极思考，主动探究，发现问题，分析问题和解决问题，使学生在学习过程中构建新知、提高能力和形成良好的品德。[第一段]

自主学习是指学生在学习过程中主动地学，对自己的学习负责。它强调形成学生积极主动的学习态度，关注学生的学习兴趣，倡导学生主动参与，注重培养学生的独立性和主动性，促进学生在教师指导下主动地、富有个性地学习。因此，在强调培养学生自主学习能力的新课程标准理念下，教学更应在教师的组织和引导下，让学生掌握学习的主动权，激发学生的主体意识，为实现自找发展而主动地、积极地参与学习。

学生自主学习能力的培养，就是要根据学生自身实际，抓住学生思维活动的热点和焦点，通过各种途径创设与教学有关的使学生感到真实、新奇、有趣的教学情境，激发学生的学习兴趣，并培养学生在自主学习活动中学会发现、学会探索、学会学习、学会创新。通过改进语文教学教法，确立学生在语文学习中的主体地位，变教学为导学，激发学生自主学习语文的兴趣，通过创设各种语文活动，开拓学生自主学习语文的时间和空间，从而不断提高学生自主学习语文的能力。     

“双减”政策下如何提升学生的“学习力”

学生的“学习力”包括学习动力、学习能力、学习毅力，对学生的终身发展具有重要作用。其中，学习动力是学生学习的“触发器”；学习能力是学生学习的“助推器”；学习毅力是学生学习的“加速器”。提升学生的“学习力”，是“双减”时代数学教学的必然诉求。在小学数学教学中，教师要想提升学生的“学习力”，就要激发学生的学习动力、提升学生的学习能力、增强学生的学习毅力。     

要“放手”但不“放任”

语文课程标准中指出：“学生是语文学习的主人。”就学生的主体地位而言，教师要尊重学生的个体差异，尊重学生个性化的学习方式，在避免脱离教材的前提下，给予学生选择学习内容、学习方式、学习伙伴等权利。尤其在学习讨论中，学生应有质疑、发问、争辩、     

教师在学生自主学习中的五个主导点

学生自主学习时，教师应该怎么办？在教学实践中，我认为：教师不能置身事外，不能让学生自主发现问题、提出问题、讨论和解决问题的过程处于无序状态，又不能干预过多，而局限学生思维。教师应该是学生的组织者、指挥者和评定者，同时又是学生对知识意义的构建者、促进者，还应该立足于对学生自主学习的思维能力及习惯的帮助和培养。在学生学习的动机上，促使学生想学；在学生学习的意义上，要帮助扶持学生能学；在学习策略上，教给学生一定的学习方法，让学生会学；在学习的意识上，培养学生坚持学。因此，在学生自主学习过程中，教师应发挥以下五个“主导点”：
