This paper addresses the distributed adaptive output-feedback tracking control problem of uncertain multi-agent systems in non-affine pure-feedback form under a directed communication topology. Since the control input is implicit for each non-affine agent, we introduce an auxiliary first-order dynamics to circumvent the difficulty in control protocol design and avoid the algebraic loop problem in control inputs and the unknown control gain problem. A decentralized input-driven observer is applied to reconstruct state information of each agent, which makes the design and synthesis extremely simplified. Based on the dynamic surface control technique and neural network approximators, a distributed output-feedback control protocol with prescribed tracking performance is derived. Compared with the existing results, the restrictive assumptions on the partial derivative of non-affine functions are removed. Moreover, it is proved that the output tracking errors always stay in a prescribed performance bound. The simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the robust finite-time consensus problem for second-order multi-agent systems (MASs) with limited sensing range and weak communication ability. As a stepping stone, a novel distributed finite-time sliding mode manifold is developed for MASs. Then, by combining artificial potential function technique with the presented sliding mode manifold, a robust distributed control scheme is proposed to enable the finite-time consensus of MASs while preserving the prescribed communication connectivity. Furthermore, the sampling frequency and implementation burden of the proposed controller can be reduced with resort to the event-triggered methodology. Finally, numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper concentrates on proposing a novel finite-time tracking control algorithm for a kind of nonlinear systems with input quantization and unknown control directions. The nonlinear functions in the system are approximated by the means of strong approximation capability of the fuzzy logic systems. Firstly, the nonlinear system with unknown control directions is transformed into an equivalent system with known control gains by coordinate transformation. Secondly, the unknown system states are estimated by a designed fuzzy state observer, and the disturbance observer is constructed to track the external disturbances. The command filtering method is proposed to approach the problem of “explosion of complexity” existed in the conventional backstepping design process. In this system, the difficulties caused by unknown control directions are solved via the Nussbaum gain approach. Finally, based on the fuzzy state observer, the controller of the original system is obtained via using the transformed system by the backstepping method. The boundedness of all signals and the convergence of tracking and observer errors at the origin are ensured for the closed-loop system, and demonstrated by the simulation result in this paper.  相似文献

This paper proposes a robust adaptive control strategy for a class of state-constrained uncertain nonlinear systems with prescribed transient and steady-state behavior. The prescribed tracking performance can be characterized by constraints on an output tracking error. Both state and output constraints are achieved by bounding integral barrier Lyapunov functions in the backstepping procedure. A robust adaptive term is designed to compress auxiliary system uncertainties without the knowledge of their bounds. The satisfaction of control constraints and tracking error convergence are verified by theoretical analysis and are illustrated by simulation results.  相似文献

A novel adaptive event-triggered control protocol is developed to investigate the tracking control problem of multi-agent systems with general linear dynamics. By introducing the event-triggered control strategy, each agent can decide when to transfer its state to its neighbors at its own triggering instants, which can greatly reduce communication burden of agents. It is shown that the “Zeno phenomenon” does not occur by verifying that there exists a positive lower bound on the inter-event time intervals of agents under the proposed adaptive event-triggered control algorithm. Finally, an example is provided to testify the effectiveness of the obtained theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper deals with the containment control problem for multi-agent systems with exogenous disturbances. A disturbance observer-based control approach is employed to estimate the disturbances generated by an exogenous system. Consequently, distributed disturbance observer-based containment control protocols are proposed by using the state feedback control and the output feedback control, respectively. Furthermore, with the help of algebraic graph theory and Lyapunov stability theory, sufficient conditions are established to ensure that multi-agent systems with exogenous disturbances can achieve containment control via the disturbance observer-based approach. Finally, the effectiveness of our theoretical results is verified by providing numerical simulation examples.  相似文献

In this paper, we address the problem of output containment control of general linear multi-agent systems (MASs). The MAS under consideration is comprised by multiple followers and multiple leaders, all with heterogeneous dynamics. In particular, the leaders’ dynamics are subject to heterogeneous non-zero (possibly persistent) but bounded inputs, which are not measurable for any follower agent, making the associated distributed control design problem rather challenging. A new distributed observer-based containment control protocol is proposed to overcome associated challenges. It consists of two hierarchical layers including (i) the first layer of adaptive finite-time cooperative observer responsible for estimating the convex-hull signals formed by multiple leaders’ states through inter-agent collaboration; and (ii) the second layer of distributed state-feedback controller responsible for local tracking control through a modified output regulation technique. Important novelties of the proposed protocol are that (i) it deals with MASs with not only heterogeneous followers but also heterogeneous leaders; (ii) exact output containment control performance can be achieved in the presence of unmeasurable leaders’ inputs and unknown connectivity of communication network; and (iii) associated solvability conditions are formulated as linear matrix inequalities plus linear algebraic equations, which can be tested and solved effectively via efficient semi-definite programming. The developed theoretical results are demonstrated both rigorously using Lyapunov methods and through numerical simulations.  相似文献

This article investigates the leader-following successive lag consensus (SLC) for nonlinear multi-agent systems (NMASs) via the observer-based event-triggered control (OBETC), in which two scenarios including constant consensus delay and time-varying consensus delay are considered. Since the system states might not be directly available in actual scenes, the state estimation method is utilized for followers to track their full information. Based on the relative state, a class of distributed event-triggered control protocols is constructed, where the event-triggered strategy is introduced such that each follower can determine the broadcasting time to its neighbors. Obviously, these designed control protocols considerably lessen the expense over communication networks and the frequency of protocol updates. Furthermore, with the aid of the Lyapunov function method, a series of sufficient conditions for guaranteeing the leader-following SLC of NMASs is obtained. Meanwhile, it is proved that no Zeno behavior is exhibited. Finally, several numerical examples are given to illustrate the validity of our theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper investigates finite-time formation control problems of heterogeneous multi-agent systems subject to mismatched and matched disturbances. The studied agents are modelled with both different orders and dimensions. To achieve the desired finite-time formation control goal, a novel signal generator based finite-time formation control scheme is proposed, which is composed of two parts. In the first part, a distributed finite-time signal generator is established to produce formation references for the agents in finite time. In the second part, based on finite-time observer technique and homogeneous systems theory, a kind of composite anti-disturbance controllers are constructed for the agents to track the formation references in finite time. In this way, the studied multi-agent system completes the desired finite-time formation control task. Compared with the existing results, the proposed control scheme solves the disturbed finite-time formation control problems with both different agents’ orders and dimensions, simplifies the formation controller design by using a modular design philosophy, and makes the agents have a plug and play feature. A simulation example is shown to validate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, the affine formation control problem for multi-agent systems with prescribed convergence time is investigated. Firstly, on the basis of a time-varying scaling function, a distributed continuous control algorithm is designed, under which a stationary affine formation of the nominal configuration is able to be achieved within a prescribed time. Secondly, to track a time-varying formation within the prescribed time, a distributed control protocol is proposed by employing a leader–follower control strategy. Furthermore, the boundary layer technique is adopted to avoid chattering effect. Finally, simulation examples are provided to demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed design.  相似文献

This paper investigates the decentralized tracking control problem for a class of strict-feedback interconnected nonlinear systems with unknown parameters, where the system states are unmeasurable and the interconnections are unknown. Different from the existing results, where the output is available all the time, we consider the case that the output is only available at the sampled instants, which means the failure of existing methods. By introducing a kind of sampled observer for each subsystem, the system states and unknown parameters are jointly estimated. Based on which, a totally decentralized output feedback control scheme is developed to achieve the desired tracking performance by applying backstepping technique, where a compensation mechanism is utilized to address the unknown interconnections from other subsystems. Subsequently, by using Lyapunov stability theory, it is proved that all the signals in the closed-loop system are bounded and the tracking errors converge to an adjustable neighbourhood of the origin. Finally, an example is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

The existing studies on prescribed-time control cannot directly deal with nonlinear functions which don’t satisfy Lipschitz growth conditions. No results are available for prescribed-time containment control of pure-feedback UNMASs with prescribed performance. Therefore, completely unknown nonlinear function, prescribed-time tracking of system states and prescribed performance of containment errors are simultaneously considered in this paper. Fuzzy logic systems are utilized to approximate completely unknown nonlinear function. Prescribed-performance function is introduced and further incorporated into a novel speed function. Combining the proposed speed function and barrier Lyapunov function, this article presents a novel adaptive fuzzy prescribed-time containment control method which can guarantee, under prescribed performance, all followers converge to a convex formed by dynamic leaders in a prescribed time. Moreover, all tracking errors converge to predefined regions in a prescribed time. The effectiveness of the proposed prescribed-time containment control method are confirmed by strict proof and simulation.  相似文献

This paper studies the event-triggered consensus control problem for high-order uncertain nonlinear multi-agent systems with actuator saturation. By using a smooth Lipschitz function to approximate the saturation nonlinearity, an augment system and the Nussbaum function are adopted to deal with the residual terms of saturation nonlinearity based on adaptive backstepping method. Since excessive energy and communication resources will be consumed during the procedure to handle actuator saturation, two event-triggered mechanisms are proposed to save the communication resources and reduce the controllers’ update frequency. Whenever the triggered conditions are satisfied, the control signals transmitted to the actuators are updated and broadcasted to the neighboring area. A ’disturbance-like’ term is integrated so that the event-triggered control problem with actuator saturation can be transformed into a robust problem while the unknown disturbances are tackled by adaptive update laws. Moreover, the requirement for global communication topology known by all the agents is relaxed by introducing new estimators. All the signals in the closed-loop system are uniformly bounded and the consensus tracking errors are exponentially converged to a bounded set. Meanwhile, the Zeno behavior is excluded. Simulation results are employed to validate the advantages of our proposed methods.  相似文献

Aiming at the consensus tracking control problem of multiple autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) with state constraints, a new neural network (NN) and barrier Lyapunov function based finite-time command filtered backstepping control scheme is proposed. The finite-time command filter is utilized to filtering the virtual control signal, the error compensation signal is constructed to eliminate filtering error due to the use of filter, and the NN approximation technology is used to deal with the unknown nonlinear dynamics. The control scheme can guarantee that the consensus tracking errors of position states converge into the desired neighborhood of the origin in finite-time while not exceeding the predefined constraints. Finally, simulation studies prove the feasibility of proposed control algorithm.  相似文献

In this paper, the containment control problem of heterogeneous uncertain high-order linear Multi-Agent Systems (MASs) is addressed and solved via a novel fully-Distributed Model Reference Adaptive Control (DMRAC) approach, where each follower computes its adaptive control action on the basis of local measurements, information shared with neighbors (within the communication range) and the matching errors w.r.t. its own reference model, without requiring any previous knowledge of the global directed communication topology structure. The approach inherits the robustness of the direct model reference adaptive control (MRAC) scheme and allows all agents converging towards the convex hull spanned by leaders while fulfilling at the same time local additional performance requirements at single-agent level, such as prescribed settling time, overshoot, etc. The asymptotic stability of the whole closed-loop network is analytically derived by exploiting the Lyapunov theory and the Barbalat lemma, hence proving that each follower converges to the convex hull spanned by the leaders, as well as the boundedness of the adaptive gains. Extensive numerical analysis for heterogeneous MAS composed of stable, unstable and oscillating agent dynamics are presented to validate the theoretical framework and to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this paper, a protocol is proposed for fixed-time consensus of the high-order chained-form multi-agent systems subject to non-holonomic constraints. By employing the backstepping structure and a power integrator, the distributed fixed-time protocol is designed to guarantee that system states reach consensus before a fixed time. The fixed settling time can be calculated explicitly, and it is independent of initial conditions. The proposed protocol is applied to multi-agent wheeled mobile robots to support the theoretical result.  相似文献

In this paper, a distributed adaptive optimization-based formation tracking strategy with double parameter projections for multi-agent systems is addressed under a centralized task allocation and distributed task execution (CTA-DTE) framework. Since a pre-described formation strategy is unable to adapt to a complex and dynamic environment, an optimization-based approach is proposed to transfer the formation tracking problem into a time-varying optimization one, subject to some constraints with several time-varying parameters which determine the rule of formation configuration change adaptively. These parameters are computed by a centralized unit and allocated to each agent as a global mission. Furthermore, each agent cooperates with others to execute this mission under a distributed optimization-based strategy, which combines a geometric center observer technology and a novel double parameter projections technology. The former ensures accurate tracking of a continuous reference trajectory. The latter guarantees that all agents enter into a time-varying security region and never escape from it, and meanwhile, all agents are attracted towards the best time-varying formation configuration via a gradient descent with a compensation. Finally, some simulation results are illustrated to verify the effectiveness of the strategy.  相似文献

This paper studies the leader–follower consensus problem of second-order multi-agent dynamical systems with fixed and stochastic switching topologies in a sampled-data setting. A distributed linear consensus protocol is designed to track an active leader, where the current position information of neighbor agents and self-velocity data are utilized. A necessary and sufficient condition is established under fixed and directed topology for reaching consensus, which depends on the sampling period and control gain parameters. A sufficient condition is obtained under the Markov switching topology case. Finally, some numerical simulations are provided to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献
