澳大利亚TAFE学院校企合作实践过程浅析

澳大利亚TAFE学院校企合作是TAFE学院在行业的引领下,以行业需求为导向,与企业为达到双赢的目的而进行的合作。校企合作经历着发起合作意愿、商讨合作计划、参与合作和合作效果评估四个阶段。该合作以执行培训包为依据,展开了TAFE特色的职业教育与培训。

以湖南铁道职业技术学院与宁波大学合作办学为案例,分析了区域行业背景下高职院校与本科院校合作办学的动因,探索了行业高职院校与地方本科院校合作办学的模式,并针对合作办学过程中存在的主要问题提出了相应的对策和建议,试图为行业高职院校和地方本科院校的校际合作办学提供参考。
