协同过滤(Collaborative Filtering)算法一般采用Pearson相关系数、索伦森指数等方法衡量用户之间的相似性。但是,这些方法难以区分个人的习惯和偏好,以至于计算结果准确度低、区分度差。因此提出从评分差异、评分偏好、置信度3个方面衡量用户的评分相似性,结合项目类偏好去衡量用户相似性。真实数据集上的测试结果显示,改进后的算法比传统度量方法获取到的平均绝对误差(MAE)值更小,能够有效地提高推荐质量。  相似文献

协同过滤是个性化推荐系统中使用最为广泛的一种推荐算法之一,分为基于用户和基于项目两种协同过滤算法.本文提出的改进算法将两种方法相结合使用,首先改进了传统的相似度度量方法,再分别利用用户和项目之间的相似度值预测未评分项目值,并将两种预测结果加权平均,根据用户近邻数和项目近邻数动态确定加权系数.实验结果表明,改进后的协同过滤算法可以提高推荐质量.  相似文献

本文首先介绍了当前电子商务个性化推荐的主流技术——协同过滤技术,接着分析了该算法中影响推荐质量的两个主要问题——稀疏性问题和扩展性问题,然后引入聚类算法对传统的协同过滤算法进行改进,最后对之前所提出的改进算法进行了仿真实验.经过实验验证,改进算法的推荐准确性比传统算法的推荐准确性有所提高,特别是在用户评价数据集极端稀疏的情况下改进算法体现出了较好的推荐性能.  相似文献

传统的协同过滤算法难以解决“稀疏性”和“冷启动”等问题。鉴于此,提出一种融合用户相似度和信任度的方法。首先根据用户对共同项目的评分创建初始信任度,通过信任关系的传递规则,建立没有直接信任关系的用户之间的信任关系,然后融合用户相似度与信任度,用于传统的协同过滤推荐系统,找出用户的最近邻居集,进行项目的评分预测,从而产生推荐列表。实验表明,改进后的算法能有效提高系统推荐的准确性。  相似文献

针对高等学校学生选课系统中存在的缺乏个性化课程推荐、选课效率不高的问题,通过对个性化推荐技术的分析研究,提出了基于项目、用户及属性值矩阵的协同过滤算法,并把该算法应用到选课系统中,数据表明,算法解决了个性化推荐技术中的冷启动问题,相关指标有明显提高,实现了课程的个性化推荐和新课程的推荐。  相似文献

Collaborative Filtering (CF) technique has proved to be one of the most successful techniques in recommendation systems in recent years. However, traditional centralized CF system has suffered from its limited scalability as calculation complexity increases rapidly both in time and space when the record in the user database increases. Peer-to-peer (P2P) network has attracted much attention because of its advantage of scalability as an alternative architecture for CF systems. In this paper, authors propose a decentralized CF algorithm, called PipeCF, based on distributed hash table (DHT) method which is the most popular P2P routing algorithm because of its efficiency, scalability, and robustness. Authors also propose two novel approaches: significance refinement (SR) and unanimous amplification (UA), to improve the scalability and prediction accuracy of DHT-based CF algorithm. Beginning teachers are confronted with many issues as they begin their teaching careers, issues, such as classroom management, individual differences, behaviour problems, dealing with parents, and so on. Many beginning teachers take professional development seminars in an attempt to deal with these and other issues. Professional development seminars, however, may not address the specific issues faced by beginning teachers but rather focus on approaches that are more global. In this paper, we argue that the best approach to professional development is through a collaborative action research model. By extending the partnerships established between student teachers, mentor teachers and university supervisors during student teaching into the beginning teachers' career, many of the everyday problems can be confronted within a supportive network. Several recommendations are offered for beginning and maintaining productive CAR relationships.  相似文献

This paper seeks to offer insights into the complexities involved in cross-national collaborative research. It identifies and provides an account of the various issues running through the research process, whilst at the same time derives principles upon which such work should be based. Key narratives were identified by highlighting a number of critical incidents. These narratives were related to issues of ownership, trust, and power, whilst in the course of theorising the research process itself, the metaphors of voice and crossing borders were found to be profoundly empowering and transformative. The complexities of working cross-nationally in the research group, understanding roles, clarifying professional frames and ethical values, at the same time as creating and maintaining a context for effective partnership and participation, made managing and sustaining the research process challenging.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to profile four university science instructors who utilized action research as a means of learning how to develop and integrate a novel curriculum innovation – engineering design – in their science courses. Data included curriculum maps, lesson plans, notes from group meetings, and instructor reflections. Data analysis included document review and content analysis. Findings from this study suggest that action research effectively enabled the instructors to 1) establish shared ownership of the project goal – to improve preservice teachers’ learning of science through engineering design; 2) continuously test, revise, and recalibrate their shared instructional products; and 3) leverage multiple sources of innovation. Knowledge generated and used by the instructors represented different kinds of knowledge and distributed expertise resulting in products that were more useful and of higher quality than products created by individuals working alone. Consequently, this resulted in increased use of the products and increased instructor commitment to improve them over time. By simultaneously engaging in research and consequently taking specific action to inform their practice, science instructors in this study successfully created shared instructional products that both guided and enhanced their classroom teaching.  相似文献

老龄化与少子化的叠加出现,监护权缺失的高龄孤寡、失能失智等困境老人的增多,需要政府和社会机构组织的支持和帮助。借鉴美国的特殊需要信托,日本的意定监护契约,以及我国台湾地区的安养信托等监护模式,结合我国国情,提出建立失能失智老人的政府强制信托和孤寡失独老人的意定监护信托。政府履行监护职责,社会承担监护责任,加强人身照护和财产信托管理,提升社会养老供给能力,推进我国老年事业发展。  相似文献
