基于健康第一、终身体育和职业特色三维视角的高职体育课程改革与思考

为适应现代社会高速发展和高职教育改革不断深化的需要,高职体育必须基于"健康第一"指导思想、"终身体育"理念和"职业特色"取向的三维视角来进行课程构建,以实现培养身心健康且可持续发展的高素质实用型技术人才的高职教育目标.     

“示范性建设”视野下高职公共体育课程改革的探索

文章结合国家示范性高职院校建设的有关精神和深化高职体育课程的改革现状,遵循"健康第一"的学校体育工作指导思想,为满足学生"个性发挥、生活需要、就业需求"的现代职业健康教育理念,提出包括课程指导思想、课程目标设计、课程体系设计等体育课程建设的探索性意见,以期为我国高等职业院校公共体育课程改革,提供理论借鉴.     

高职体育课改及教学策略

高职体育课程设置及实施是培养"同"新的整体健康观,依据《全国普通高等院校体育课程教学指导纲要》和《学生体质健康标准》,把握"健康第一、终身体育"的指导思想,进行高职体育课程教学改革.本文分析高职体育课程改革思路、课改设计,以及课改的教学策略,并提出建议.     

对高职体育课程改革滞后的思考

高职体育课程改革仍然处于起步阶段,不仅研究者对其的分析和探索较少,其自身也存在指导思想不统一、未形成权威的改革理论依据等问题.与高职课程体系改革相比,高职体育课程改革明显滞后.丈章深入分析了改革滞后的原因,提出坚持“健康第一”的指导思想、拓展与学生专业技能相关的体育课程内容、改革体育课程评价办法等进一步改革的方向.     

对普通高职院校体育课程体系的探讨

采用文献资料、问卷调查法等研究方法,对普通高职院校体育课程的体系进行了探讨。结果显示：《学校体育工作条例》等文件是构建普通高职院校体育课程体系的主要依据;＂健康第一＂是普通高职院校体育要树立的指导思想;体育健康理论目标、健康教育发展目标、体质发展目标、运动技能目标和思想品德教育目标构成普通高职院校体育课程的目标体系;体育课、课外体育活动、体育竞赛活动和体质健康标准测试活动这4个方面基本构成了普通高职院校体育课程体系的框架。     

高职院校体育教学贯彻"健康第一"指导思想的途径与方法

本文分析了"健康第一"的概念,阐述了"健康第一"的现实意义,明确提出体育教学要贯彻"健康第一"的指导思想,树立了"健康第一"思想是培养技术应用型人才的保证.通过文献资料、专家访谈对高职院校体育教学现状的调查,分析了高职院校现设体育教学存在的问题,提出了高职院校在体育教学中贯彻"健康第一"指导思想的途径与方法,从师资建设、学生、体育成绩考核评价、体育文化、课程结构、教材等方面着手,对它们进行概括总结并进行分析,为高职院校体育教学的改革提供借鉴.     

高职体育现状调查分析与对策研究

采用文献资料研究法。对高职体育教育现状及教学内容、方法、组织形式和教学评价进行了相关研究。指出当前高职体育教育的不足和影响体育教学的主要因素,并在此基础上提出：体育教学应以“健康第一”为指导思想,以育人为目标,以终身体育为主线,推进当前高职体育教育教学改革。

在“健康第一”理念的背景下对高校公共体育课程设置的改革进行研究,形成以“健康第一”为指导思想,以“发展体育素养”为教学中心的课程设置目标。通过高校体育课程设置的改革使学生达到增强体质、增进身心健康和提高体育素养的目的。
