高职院校健美操教师师资状况的实证分析及应对措施

健美操运动在高职院校体育教学中的重要地位和作用正日益突出,健美操教师水平与能力直接关系到健美操教学的效果和学生参与的积极性.本次调查运用问卷法和文献资料法对江苏省50所高职院校的健美操教师基本情况、专业情况进行分析,调查结果令人堪忧.笔者针对调查现状特点提出合理化对策,以其推动健美操教师的综合素质的提高.     

高职院校教师科研能力综合评价模型构建

对高职院校教师科研能力的合理、客观、公正评价有利于促进高职教师科研积极性。针对当前高职院校教师科研能力评价体系的不足,通过对相关研究的比较分析,运用模糊层次分析法、专家打分法确定各级指标权重,以14个二级指标构建二个层次高职院校教师科研能力综合评价模型,使评价结果能比较科学地反映高校教师科研综合能力。

运用文献法与分析法,阐述了学习动机的概念与动机形成的动因;提出高职健美操课程教学中运用完善教学设施、创设团体的竞争情境、教师适时表达期望、制定合理的评价机制、树立学习榜样的作用、善用利用校园体育文化环境、教师要以身作则、善用奖励的方法,欣赏学生的创造能力、引导学生正确认识健美操价值等9个方面的途径,旨在为高职健美操课程教学提供参考。

目的：研究浙江省高职院校健美操教学的现状以及改革的对策。方法：对高职院校健美操课程改革的必要性、可行性以及改革的突破口等问题进行专家访谈,查阅搜集整理相关文献资料,给高职院校教师和学生发放问卷,将问卷调查结呆进行数据统计与分析。结果：目前,各高职院校健美操教学还没有统编的教材,在教学内容的安排上表现出随意性,教学工作缺少理论依据和实践依据,教学内容的科学性、系统性、规范性有待加强。
