论产业结构优化升级模型的构建

产业结构优化升级是一个经济系统动态演变的过程。从投入产出角度出发,以经济增长最大化和充分就业为主要目标设计产业结构优化升级模型的目标函数,从高度化、合理化两方面设计模型的约束条件,再利用线性规划、目标规划方法,可以构建较为全面、合理且符合可持续发展要求的产业结构优化升级模型。     

中国产业碳减排驱动因素分析——基于产业结构调整

对中国碳减排研究进行文献回顾,以Ghost投入产出模型为基础,采用LMDI分解法探讨我国产业碳减排驱动因素的影响效应。实证分析表明:1)经济规模扩张和产业关联强化是推动我国碳排放总量快速增长的主要推手,碳减排技术进步是实现碳减排的有效手段;2)产业结构由第一、二产业向第三产业调整拉高了中国产业碳排放总量,但作用效果相对较小,产业结构调整产生正向作用明显高于负向作用。     

外资与中国产业结构升级

中国的产业结构的调整和优化与经济体制改革和对外开放几乎是同步进行的，这一过程主要分为三个阶段。所谓优化产业结构，就是指通过产业结构调整，使各产业实现协调发展，以满足社会不断增长需求的动态过程。     

我国产业结构与对外贸易互动关系实证研究

产业结构的优化调整离不开进出口的因素。本文通过对1979-2008年我国进出口与产业结构的相关数据,利用VAR模型对三者之间的相互关系进行了实证研究。实证结果表明,我国进出口与产业结构之间存在长期的动态均衡关系,三者互为因果,但相互影响的程度并不是太高。主要建议是应该重视进出口对我国产业结构调整的重要意义,不断调整进出口战略,进一步理顺进出口与产业结构优化之间相互作用的通道,从而实现三者长期良好的互动。     

湖南旅游产业结构调整与优化思考

在对旅游产业概念、特点、结构与湖南旅游产业发展的现状与问题的基础上,提出了湖南旅游产业结构调整与优化驱动模型,从旅游产品、旅游目的地、旅游市场、产业结构与管理体制5方面提出了湖南旅游产业结构调整与优化的具体对策。     

论信息化对我国产业结构的优化

调整和优化产业结构是十五期间经济发展的主线。本文认为，世纪之交国际国内经济的重大变化，决定了运用信息化优化产业结构具有客观必要性。信息技术、信息产业所具有的高渗透性、生长性，决定了它对产业结构调整、升级有着不可替代的作用。并提出了加快信息化、优化产业结构的对策建议。

本文研究了“三大项目”的实施对呼和浩特市产业结构的影响,针对这点提出了多目标线性规划问题的优化数模型,并进行了多方案计算及结果分析,对产业结构及发展速度、投入产出平衡分析、资金占用和投资政策、资源消耗和节能节水、交通运输等方面,进行了综合性研究.

二战后中日经济发展的起点相差不多，但经过几十年的时间后，日本却成了世界经济强国，进入了发达国家的行列，而中国还处于发展中国家的行列。本文通过对二战后中日两国产业结构调整的比较分析，提出其中很重要的原因就在于日本政府能够顺应经济发展的客观规律，积极主动地实行产业结构调整政策，促进产业结构的优化升级     

内蒙古产业结构变动对经济增长影响的实证分析

产业结构及其调整会推动或制约经济的发展。在不同时期和不同地区，产业结构调整对经济增长的绩效是不一样的。笔者运用线性回归模型、贡献率等分析方法就内蒙古产业结构变动与经济增长的相互关系及其对国民经济增长的影响效果进行实证分析，结果表明内蒙古产业结构变动对经济增长具有较大促进作用，但内蒙古产业结构也存在着升级速度缓慢、三次产业就业结构和投资结构不尽合理等问题，仍需采取一定对策如实施主导产业选择发展的调整战略、调整投资结构方向等对策使其进一步优化。     

产业结构调整与经济发展

本文从产业发展和演变的角度指出产业结构调整是促进经济发展的重要因素，经济发展反过来又促进产业结构的进一步发展、调整。并根据我国已基本建立社会主义市场经济体制这个前提，试着指出我国产业结构调整的模式选择应主要依靠市场机制，并同时辅之以产业结构调整政策。最后为促进经济的进一步发展。笔者提出了我国产业结构调整的政策导向——产业结构优化，即产业结构合理化、高级化政策。
