理科硕士研究生创新性人才培养模式的探索

随着科学技术和社会的发展,改革理科研究生人才培养模式,培养更多创新性人才具有十分重要的意义,为此,本文在分析改革理科研究生人才培养模式面临的问题之后,从进一步完善学分制、增设"三创"教育、培养工作前移、增加培养环节、各培养环节统筹交又、建立奖惩机制营造良好的创新人才成长的人文环境、提高导师自身的创新意识和平等意识等7个方面对理科硕士研究生创新性人才的培养模式进行了探索.

分析了我国工科研究生培养中存在的若干问题 ,探讨了影响其跨越式发展的诸项因素并与欧美国家进行了对比分析。在工科研究生教育的创新性与跨越式培养、国际接轨、研究生选拔、导师队伍建设等方面提出了具体思路和对策。
