中国特色社会主义道路论析

中国特色社会主义道路理论是中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分。在当代中国,必须走中国特色社会主义道路,才能发展社会主义,才能实现中华民族的伟大复兴;而我国政治、经济和社会的深刻变化,以及执政党的优良品质,为我们走中国特色社会主义道路提供了可能性;在实践中,把坚持以经济建设为中心的政治、经济、文化、和谐社会和生态文明等五大建设,坚持四项基本原则和坚持改革开放三者有机统一起来,是成功走上中国特色社会主义道路的可行路径。

十三五"期间,中国经济发展进入新阶段,而此时经济发展所处的国内外环境也出现了新的变化。从世界经济的总体环境来看,在保持和平与发展时代主题的同时,全球经济处于金融危机后阵痛调整期,不确定性因素增多;而从国内经济发展环境来看,经济长期向好的基本趋势没有改变,但是推动经济转型升级所需要的动力因素仍需加强、经济发展缺乏平衡性与持续性的问题依然存在。"十三五"时期中国经济发展的新趋势主要是:经济增速由高速增长向中高速增长转变;资源配置由市场的基础性作用向决定性作用转变;产业发展水平由中低端向中高端转变;经济增长由能源粗放型向环境友好型和资源节约型转变;经济发展福祉由非均衡型向共享型转变。"十三五"时期经济发展新结构主要包括:产业结构由以工业为主导向以服务经济为主导转变;消费结构由传统的物质型消费向现代化服务型消费转变。"十三五"时期经济发展新动力主要是:创新驱动成为推动经济增长的第一动力;人口政策调整集聚人口红利新动力。"十三五"期间经济发展的主要目标包括经济增速保持合理区间、经济结构调整取得突破性进展、创新发展能力显著提高、经济发展成果惠及面更广、绿色文明体系基本建成等方面的内容。"十三五"期间中国经济转型的战略路径主要包括五个方面:实施创新发展战略,走创新型国家发展道路;实施协调发展战略,走促进包容性发展与平衡性发展道路;实施绿色发展战略,走人与自然和谐发展的道路;实施开放发展战略,走内外联动的国际化道路;实施共享发展战略,走全面小康的共同富裕道路。     

马克思主义中国化与中国特色社会主义道路的几点思考

党的十八大报告首先强调了坚定不移走中国特色社会主义道路,道路是方向,道路是途径,建设社会主义现代化,道路问题尤为重要。从马克思主义中国化的角度,解读了中国特色社会主义道路的深刻内涵,试图从另一个角度唤起学术界对道路问题的再关注,为相关理论研究提供帮助,为解决实践中的问题提供参考。
