溶剂型单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂的研制

:本文合成了溶剂型单组分PU胶粘剂 ,考察了聚酯多元醇的品种、分子量以及PU的分子量等对胶粘剂性能的影响 ,结果表明 :聚酯软段的结构对胶粘剂的性能影响较大。提高聚氨酯的结晶度可以增大其粘接性能 ,特别是初始粘接性能。     

聚氨酯弹性体的合成研究

以己二酸（AA）,1,4-丁二醇（BDO）,乙二醇（EG）分别采用一步法、二步法合成分子量为3000的聚酯PAEB-R和聚酯PAEB-A。再分别与二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯（MDI）、扩链剂1,4-丁二醇（BDO）,乙二醇（EG）反应合成固含量30%与粘度为20000的聚氨酯PU-PAEB-R和聚氨酯PU-PAEB-A。FTIR、1H-NMR表明聚氨酯合成存在二次反应,有支链结构-NHCONCOOR-、-NHCONCONH-生成;且PAEB-A与MDI反应程度较高,游离的异氰酸酯基较少。     

固体超强酸催化合成马来酸二丁酯的研究

研究了用固体超强酸SO42-/Fe2O3-TiO2为催化剂,由马来酸和正丁醇反应合成马来酸二丁酯的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,当n(酸):n(醇)=1:3.5,催化剂用量为马来酸质量的5%,带水剂环己烷为15ml(马来酸用量为0.1mol时),反应时间为3h,酯的产率可达96%。该工艺产率高,反应时间短,无腐蚀无污染。     

PEG催化对硝基苯甲醚的合成研究

通过实验,研究了PEG用于对硝基氯苯合成对硝基苯甲醚.对催化剂的用量、种类、原料配比、碱浓度进行研究,发现对硝基氯苯/甲醇/氢氧化钠(摩尔比)为1:6:2,PEG—400作催化剂,用量为甲醇用量的2%(摩尔百分数),碱浓度为35%时,可获87.5%收率的对硝基苯甲醚.     

顺丁烯二酸聚乙二醇单酯合成影响因素分析

以顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH)和聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料,对甲苯磺酸(PTSA)为催化剂,利用酯化反应制备了顺丁烯二酸聚乙二醇单酯(MPEGM)并利用正交试验法优化了合成条件.探讨了反应物摩尔比、PTSA用量、反应温度和反应时间对MPEGM产率的影响,并用傅里叶变换红外光谱表征产物结构.结果表明:当PTSA用量为3%,n(MAH)∶n(PEG)为1.2∶1,反应温度为95℃时,反应时间4 h制备的MPEGM单酯产率最高.     

丝网印刷用聚氨酯弹性体的研制

以聚酯多元醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为主要原料,采用半预聚物法制备了邵A硬度为60⁹0A的聚氨酯弹性体.考察了聚酯多元醇、硬段含量、扩链剂用量及固化温度对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响.所制弹性体具有良好的耐溶剂性能、力学性能和切削加工等性能,可用于丝网印刷胶刮.     

酸性功能化离子液体1-(3-磺酸基)丙基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸盐的制备及在Mannich反应中的应用

探索了酸性功能化离子液体1-(3-磺酸基)丙基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸盐的微波合成及在Mannich反应中的催化活性.利用正交实验的方法,考察了反应条件对产率的影响,结果表明,当n(对硝基苯甲醛)∶n(环已酮)∶n(苯胺)=1∶1∶1.5,催化剂用量为0.7g,微波辐射功率为400W,辐射10min时,产率可达84.56％.     

SO_4~(2-)/TiO_2-SnO_2催化剂的制备及其催化合成己酸异戊酯

以催化合成己酸异戊酯为探针反应,探究了SO2-4/TiO_2-SnO_2催化剂的制备条件.实验结果表明,当焙烧温度为500℃、n(Ti O2):n(Sn O2)=2∶1、H2SO4浸渍浓度为0.75mol/L时制得的催化剂催化效果较佳.通过正交实验得到了己酸异戊酯的优化合成条件,当醇酸比为1∶1.5、催化剂用量为0.50g、反应时间2.0h时,酯化率最高可达到91.32%.     

硫酸氢钠催化加压合成水杨酸乙酯

以硫酸氢钠为催化剂在高压釜中合成水杨酸乙酯,产品经IR定性分析得以确认,经气相色谱检测其纯度;采用单因素试验研究了醇酸摩尔比、温度、时间、催化剂用量等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,比较适宜的反应条件为:催化剂用量为反应物总质量的4%,n(乙醇)∶n(水杨酸)=5∶1,反应时间4h,反应温度140℃,反应压力171kPa。在此反应条件下,产品收率可达85%,产品纯度大于99%。     

环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的研究

采用环氧树脂E-44交联对水性PU胶粘剂进行改性,并经红外光谱测定其结构.文中采用正交试验方法探索环氧树脂含量、异氰酸根与羟基摩尔比、乙醇浓度等因素对改性PU胶粘剂性能的影响,结果表明组合A3B3C1D2E4是最佳条件,并对最佳条件进行分析,乳化过程采用室温条件下用50%乙醇分散同时中和、TDI/PEG2000摩尔比(―NCO:―OH)为2.3:1、交联剂SaC-100用量为2.5%,固化时间为60 h,可以得到最佳的性能.
