数字经济与共同富裕——基于276个地级市的实证检验

文本使用熵权法求得地级市数字经济发展指数，运用中国276个地级市2011-2019年的面板数据，以城乡居民收入差距为切入点，研究数字经济发展对共同富裕的影响。研究发现：数字经济发展对城乡居民收入差距的影响呈现先缩小后扩大的U型特征，即数字经济发展对共同富裕产生先促进后抑制的效果；从拐点值看，东部地区最大、中部地区次之、西部地区最小；与高行政等级城市相比，这种U型特征在低行政等级城市更为明显。同时，“宽带中国”示范城市政策对城镇居民的增收效果优于农村居民，拉大了城乡居民收入差距。未来，既要鼓励数字技术创新催生助农新模式，发挥数字经济的共同富裕效应，又要加强数字农民培育弥合城乡“数字鸿沟”，防范数字经济发展抑制共同富裕的风险。
