军队医学院校援外培训教学情况调查研究

通过对军队医学院校援外培训教学中授课形式、教学方法和教学评价等方面的调查,提出医学援外培训教育应注意合理安排授课形式、采取灵活的教学方法、提高教师的授课技能、采取适当的学习评价方式,以提高教学质量。     

泰国本土汉语教师培训现状及对策分析

中职学校学前教育专业师资培训现状及对策研究

对参加中职学前教育专业培训的教师进行调查,结果显示:培训计划脱离实际需求,重形式轻实质;培训内容部分重复,理论课与技能课划分界限模糊;培训方式以单一的集体教学为主,缺乏吸引力;授课师资多为学前教育专业教师,对于中职发展的相关背景缺乏了解;考核方式无法体现培训效果,评价机制不完善。对此,应在培训开始之前发放需求问卷,针对培训教师的实际情况制订计划;将培训课程依据五大领域划分,分类别培训;分小组上课,增加研讨互动环节;按照行政管理、高校、中职、幼儿园人员分级分层丰富授课师资,体现多样性;建立追踪评估机制,改进考核方式。     

混合学习环境下智慧型教师培训模式研究

学习过程中需要根据环境的变化选择合适的学习组织方式解决问题,达成学习任务目标,借助多种更高效的信息技术与媒体传播方式获得更好的学习效果。本文主要研究混合学习环境下智慧型教师的培训模式,就混合学习环境与智慧型教师的深刻内涵进行了讨论,在此基础上,对混合学习环境下智慧型教师的培训模式进行了探讨。笔者认为,智慧型教师能够在教学活动中充分发挥自身能力,利用自身的经验与创造力,获得更加高效的师生互动,取得更好的教学效果。而对智慧型教师的培训应通过集中面授、网络在线教学等多种学习环境,采用参与式组织策略开展教育培训,启发教师智慧,提升教师培养学生自主解决问题的能力。在专家集中授课的环境下,可以进行专家与教师之间的面对面学习,组织开展集中授课、名校观摩、教学活动,通过大纲、实例、比喻、图表等方式增强学习效果。本文将智慧型教师培训活动根据学习环境的不同划分为网络培训与集中授课两种不同的学习场景,并给出了两种不同学习环境下的对应培训策略与课程设置方案。
