两种CCDD型野生稻的基因组原位杂交比较分析

采用基因组原位杂交（GISH）技术研究稻属药用野生稻复合体中宽叶野生稻（CCDD基因组）和高杆野生稻（CCDD基因组）基因组之间的关系.用这两种野生稻基因组总DNA作为探针分别对宽叶野生稻中期染色体进行原位杂交，杂交结果显示宽叶野生稻和高杆野生稻同源性非常高，说明这两种亲缘关系十分接近，但区别也非常明显，为宽叶野生稻和高杆野生稻是不同物种提供依据，同时根据同源染色体上的相似信号带型进行核型的同源性聚类.

Abstract

How many students with epilepsy need help in basic skills, and if so, how much? This paper looks at communicating with those outside the school who are concerned with the student, those within the school, and with the most underrated resource ‐ the student himself/herself.

However helpful these resources are, the teacher has to cope alone at least some of the time. Most students with epilepsy who are in mainstream classes also cope alone. Regarding academic learning, some students have to cope with the effects of epilepsy and/or medication on alertness, on the processing of information, on attention and memory, and on distractibility.

The resulting teaching strategies are similar to those applying to students without epilepsy, whether of greater or less ability.

A Stylistic Analysis of E. E. Cummings' O Sweet Spontaneous

E. E. Cummings is a well-known 20th century American poet,whose unique writing style makes him a controvercial poet.This paper,from the perspective of stylistics,tries to analyze one of his poems "O Sweet Spontaneous" from five aspects,that is,phonology,graphology,lexis,syntax and rhetorics,so as to give readers a general knowledge of the characteristcs of Cummings poetry and to show to readers that Cummings is a great poet with special talent in poetry writing.     

Teaching Culture: Imagined Communities and National Fantasies in the O. J. Simpson Case

This article argues for a complex and contradictory presentation of culture in the language classroom. To demonstrate the possibilities, it uses theories of nationalism to examine treatment of the O. J. Simpson case-a murder trial in the United States. Coverage from popular news magazines is read through the lens of anthropology (Benedict Anderson's Imagined Communities, 1991) and of literary and social theory (Lauren Berlant's National Fantasies, 1991). The focus of these readings is the transformation of the race-neutral citizen Simpson into the racialized and criminalized defendant, then the "cultural work" (Tompkins, 1985) that once again attains a national perspective. As the media transformed Simpson, the individual reader was enfolded into an "us" that (re)built the nation at the moment of its disturbance. Exploring the cultural work that produced these transformations exposes the complex raw material from which cultural presentations can be drawn. The article argues that language students require a similarly nuanced sense of cultural events and artifacts if they are to avoid essentialist and anachronistic conceptions of "target cultures." The discussion ends with reflections on classroom practice. It begins with the author's early experience in the language classroom.
