"互联网+教育"时代下信息化评价对于提高高校实验室信息化建设水平至关重要。依据信息化评价指标体系的构建原则,建立高校实验室信息化水平评价指标体系;运用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,进而构建高校实验室信息化水平模糊综合评价模型。通过实例验证该评价方法的有效性和可行性,实例分析表明该研究可以为高校实验室制定信息化发展策略提供参考依据。     

实验室智能化水平评价方法

对智能实验室相关概念进行了阐述,包括定义、功能模型和实现方式;其次在美国ARC对数字工厂描述的基础上构建了用于评价实验室智能化水平的3级指标体系,并运用灰色多层次评价法对其智能化水平进行评价,得到影响智能化水平评价的各指标权重,通过构建的指标权重树可快速定位影响智能化水平的关键因素;最后用该模型对某航天遥感实验室进行了智能化水平评价,评价结果F=1.4(初级智能),通过对评价结果分析为其向更高智能化升级提供了理论基础和技术途径。     

生态城市灰色综合评价支持系统研究与实现

本文根据生态城市的基本内涵和设计原则 ,构建了相对完整的生态城市指标体系 .同时运用多层次灰色综合评价方法 ,建立了生态城市多层次灰色综合评价模型 ,并开发了综合评价支持系统 ,为生态城市的建设提供了理论指导     

高校教师远程教学胜任力评估体系构建——基于灰色系统方法

灰色系统分析是对"部分信息已知,部分信息未知"的不确定对象进行量化,通过少数据建模实现对系统运行规律的正确描述。利用灰色系统分析方法,能够很好地解决教师胜任力评估面临的"小样本"、"贫信息"的难题。基于高校教师远程教学胜任力模型,通过灰色关联聚类提取远程教学胜任力评估指标的层级,利用层次分析法确定评估指标的单一权重和组合权重,构建了远程教学胜任力评估指标体系。在此基础上,通过评估案例,说明了模拟行为测试、公文筐测试和案例分析3种情境化测评工具的设计方法,展示了利用灰色关联分析和灰色综合评价方法分析群体胜任力排序与等级评定的基本过程,阐释了胜任力评估报告的构成及其含义。     

涨渡湖湿地旅游资源的多层次灰色评价

以涨渡湖湿地自然保护区为研究对象,根据湿地旅游资源的特点构建湿地旅游资源开发潜力评价指标体系,运用层次熵分析法确定各指标权重。通过该评价指标体系,运用多层次灰色评价方法,对涨渡湖湿地自然保护区拟开发的5个景点（区）进行实证分析。结果显示马驿湖湿地森林公园和南山湿地生态示范区开发潜力最大,为优先开发区域。     

基于灰色聚类分析的教师课堂教学质量评价

构建了教师课堂教学质量评价指标体系(学生用),用层次分析法确定出各级评价指标的客观权重,再采用灰色聚类综合分析法给出参评对象的课堂教学质量优、良、中、差等级。实例分析表明将层次分析法与灰色聚类分析法有机结合,用于教师课堂教学质量综合评价完全可行,得出的结论符合实际,该评价指标体系和所用方法有借鉴意义。     

基于改进灰色关联分析模型的高职院校“双师型”教师绩效评价——以江苏旅游职业学院为例

"双师型"教师的绩效评价是高职院校的一项重要工作,需要建立一套科学、合理、实用性强的绩效评价体系。从师德师风、教学工作、专业能力、科研工作、社会认可、个人发展6个方面建立高职院校"双师型"教师绩效评价指标体系,运用灰色关联分析方法构建高职院校"双师型"教师绩效评价模型,并结合改进的AHP与CRITIC法确定各指标的综合权重。通过应用提出的评价方法对江苏旅游职业学院的8位"双师型"教师进行绩效评价,证明综合两种权重方法的评价模型得出的评价结果更加客观、准确。     

职业教育竞争力综合评价与分析

通过对影响职业教育竞争力的因素进行分析,构建了由规模竞争力、基础竞争力、管理竞争力、发展竞争力组成的职业教育竞争力评价指标体系的"钻石模型",用Delphi法和AHP法确定指标权重,并基于灰色关联度的模糊综合评判法建立职业教育综合实力评估模型。以三个院校为例进行评价分析发现,为从根本上提升教育竞争力水平,职业院校需要夯实基础,扩大规模,提高教育教学水平;实施全面质量管理,提高管理竞争力;与时俱进,进行未来发展战略规划。     

模糊灰色层次决策的教学设备购置方案评价

教学设备购置方案评价属于复杂的多目标多层次综合决策问题。结合模糊理论、灰色系统理论和层次分析法,构建了教学设备购置方案的评价指标体系,针对层次分析法的不足,改进的层次分析法体现在采用五标度(1-9)法更简便地构造构建模糊互补判断矩阵,极大减少了评判专家的判断难度和权重计算的复杂度,根据灰色理论的灰色关联度分析,对教学设备购置方案的评价指标进行模糊综合群决策评价,为设备选型决策提供科学依据。算例分析表明,提出的模糊灰色层次决策对设备购置方案评价是可靠有效的。     

应用型大学专业实验室创新绩效评价研究

应用型大学专业实验室是培养高素质创新型专业人才的重要基地。为了客观科学地评价专业实验室的创新绩效,进一步促进实验室建设与管理工作,在以往相关研究的基础上,构建了专业实验室创新绩效的评价指标体系,使用层次分析法确定指标权重,运用二元语义多属性决策方法进行综合评价,然后以某高校实验室为例验证了该指标体系和评价方法,结果表明该指标体系与评价方法是可行有效的。
