In the modern history of China, there was a renowned man called Liang Qichao (1873-1929), who is celebrated both as a politician, a thinker and a scholar in China. Even since his early years, Liang had been engaged in the "modern bibliotheca movement" and had initiated the "new library movement". In 1925, he proposed the thought of "Chinese library science", the systematic framework of which may be concluded with the following 5 categories:1) The nature of the Chinese library science; 2) Conditions that make the Chinese library science come into being;3)The research content of the Chinese library science;4)The ways and means of establishing the Chinese library science;5)The position and function of the Chinese library science in that of the world.Liang had made great contributions both to the thoery and the practice of the library science in China.

文化IP视域下公共图书馆文创产品设计开发策略研究

随着社会经济的迅速发展,我国文化事业建设得到更加广泛的关注。信息化时代,文创产品开发已成为传承优秀传统文化的重要方式。公共图书馆作为文化资源的重要载体,其文创产品的设计开发是对图书馆特色文献的充分挖掘、提取相关文化元素、融入审美特征、突显创意创新的整个过程。文化IP的出现,为公共图书馆文创产品的设计提供了新思路,带来了更多的创意表达。本文基于我国公共图书馆文创产品开发现状,分析了文化IP和文创产品之间的关系,提出当前公共图书馆文创产品开发中存在的问题,指出了文化IP在公共图书馆文创产品开发中重要作用,论述了文化IP视域下公共图书馆文创产品开发的几点策略,旨在推动我国公共图书馆文创产业的创新发展。     

从档案看清代道光二十二年新疆巴里坤大地震的赈灾对策

巴里坤地处新疆天山北路东部地区,被誉为“新疆咽喉”。巴里坤是清代新疆地震多发区。其中,清代道光二十二年五月初三至初五巴里坤爆发了7.5级大地震。中国第一历史档案馆的宫中朱批奏折档、台北故宫博物院的宫中朱批奏折档、道光朝上谕档、军机处录副奏折等至少14份清宫藏地震档案极为翔实地记载了此次大地震的相关事宜。这在清代新疆地震史乃至清代全国地震史上堪称罕见。笔者据以上档案等概述了新疆巴里坤大地震的情况,论述了清廷采取的抚恤灾民、官员捐廉、借贷银两、捐款修城、派拨兵遣、起用废员、提拔官员等赈灾对策,进而剖析这些对策的利弊,从而使我们借鉴其合理对策且警惕其不妥对策,这对当今的防灾减灾工作有重要的现实意义。     

新时代图书馆专业性的追问与思考--以武汉地区公共图书馆的抗疫实践为例

图书馆专业性是保证图书馆事业可持续发展的关键因素。随着新时代图书馆事业的发展和转型,新的图书馆专业性亟待构建。文章以新冠肺炎疫情防控期间图书馆的行动实践为切入点,从图书馆体系、图书馆服务和图书馆资源三个方面考察了武汉地区公共图书馆在抗疫工作中的专业表现。在此基础上,又进一步将观察视域拓宽到中国和世界各地图书馆的抗疫工作之中,从图书馆行业在响应速度、资源供给、长远布局和应变思维等方面呈现了图书馆的专业面相。通过抗疫实践中的追问与思考,作者对新时代图书馆的专业性问题做出了回答,认为图书馆员职业应该拥有一个更积极、主动的内核,成为重大社会事件的积极反应者、图书馆生态系统的方向引领者、培育阅读习惯的专业推广者、弥合社会鸿沟的信息赋能者和服务创新与终身学习的坚定践行者。参考文献27。     

生命科学专业期刊引文分析

用生命科学的二级学科诸如生态学、生理学、生物化学与生物物理学、形态学、分类学、细胞遗传学为样本,选择了１４种具有代表性的中文核心期刊,收集其引用文献进行研究。统计分析了这六个学科文献使用情况、老化速度、中值引文年龄、普赖斯指数等量度指标。其中普赖斯指数最大、中值引文年龄最短的是生物化学与生物物理学,并且这门学科的外文期刊引用比例也是最大的;普赖斯指数最小、中值引文年龄最长的是分类学。这表明这六个领域中最活跃、发展速度最快的是生物化学与生物物理学,生理学、形态学、细胞遗传学以及生态学正处于稳定成熟阶段,发展速度较为缓慢,至于分类学,由于其学科的特殊性,不能简单地认为其发展速度最慢,而应做进一步的研究。     

微信在真人图书馆服务中的应用研究

真人图书馆存在着宣传力度不到位、真人图书难以招募、读者与真人图书交流不够等问题。文章结合微信用户数量庞大、信息交流即时性和互动性强、信息传播方式多元化、资费低等特点,从加强宣传力度、活动开展前的调查分析与信息的发布、活动中的交流讨论等方面探讨了微信在真人图书馆中的应用,并提出了应用微信的注意事项。

web2.0是一种以用户为中心的网络技术与服务,图书馆2.0是web2.0在图书馆的应用。该文通过对国内外网络媒体关于web2.0和图书馆2.0的调研,介绍了图书馆2.0的起源与发展。Talis公司的白皮书和“高等教育博客会议筹备网”提出了图书馆2.0的基本理论。目前图书馆2.0的应用包括维基、博客、RSS、开源软件、应用集成和用户参与资源建设等方面,存在着信息技术应用的适用性、数据资源建设与利用的扩展性、图书馆员的适应性和研发方向的目标性等问题。     

Forty-Five Years of LIS Research Evolution, 1971–2015: An Informetrics Study of the Author-Supplied Keywords

This article sought to investigate the evolution of library and information science by tracking the author-supplied keywords in the research articles published in the domain between 1971 and 2015. Data was extracted from Thomson Reuters’ citation mainstream indexes and analysed using the VosViewer computer-aided software to obtain author-supplied keyword frequencies in each decade since 1971. We identified the most salient and common research themes in LIS and how the themes have evolved, by delving into the author-supplied keywords to proxy research themes in the field domain. Results indicate that the field of LIS has evolved in terms of its subject focus from information systems design and management in the 1970s to scientific communication, information storage and retrieval, information access, information and knowledge management, and user education in 2015. The application of ICTs in LIS practice and education, too, has emerged as a prominent topic in the field. These issues have the potential of shaping or have shaped the LIS curriculum in some LIS schools in the continent.
