选用5~7月龄西黄杂一代公牛18头,按营养水平不同随机分成试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三组,进行了为期60天的试验。试验结果表明:在以粗料为主的日粮类型中,高营养水平组(试验Ⅲ)增重最快,日增重分别比中(试验Ⅱ)、低(试验Ⅰ)营养水平组提高了18.15%(P<0.05)和90.21%(P<0.01),差异明显;单位增重饲料成本,以中营养水平组最低,分别比高、低营养水平组降低了14.99%和2.31%。经综合评定以中营养水平组试验效果最好,其经济效益分别比高、低营养水平组提高30.67%和68.76%,差异显著(P<0.05)。  相似文献

采用单因子设计方法,用邵阳县宏达酵母饲料厂生产的酵母蛋白饲料代替代进口鱼粉,对生长肥育猪进行了饲喂效果对比试验试验结果表明,其日增重组间差异不显著(P>0.05)饲料报酬分别为3.14和3.04,每kg增重饲料成分分别为2.96元和3.16元,按每头猪增重70~80kg计算,可增中收入14~16元,为饲料厂及养殖场开发利用蛋白质饲料资源提供了科学的理论依据。  相似文献

选用1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭300只,随机分成三组,每组100只;对照组(CK)仅喂基础日粮(玉米-豆饼-麦麸型),试验Ⅰ(DE1)和Ⅱ(DE2)组分别添加0.1%以β葡聚糖酶、木聚糖酶、蛋白酶与果胶酶为主的酶制剂Ⅰ和以淀粉酶、木聚糖酶与蛋白酶为主的酶制剂Ⅱ,进行47天的饲养对比试验。结果显示,与未加酶CK组相比,DE1和DE2组肉鸭日增重分别提高5.57%(P<0.05)和4.59%(P<0.05),料重比分别下降6.97%(P<0.05)和4.83%(P<0.05),两组稀粪率也均下降显著,各组死亡率未见明显差异;表明酶制剂Ⅰ为最适酶配方组。  相似文献

135只1日龄AA鸡随机分成A、B、C3组,每组设3个重复,每个重复15只。A为空白对照组,饲喂基础日粮,B为抗生素组,在基础日粮中添加50mg/kg洛克沙生和750mg/kg10%金霉素,C为试验组,在基础日粮中添加160mg/kg25%大蒜素,以研究大蒜素对肉鸡生产性能和十二指肠消化酶活性的影响。试验结果表明,A、B、C3组肉鸡平均体重和平均日增重差异不显著(P〉0.05),与A组相比,42日龄时C组料重比差异显著(P〈0.05)。在21日龄和42日龄时,C组淀粉酶活性较A组提高了122.87%(P〈0.01)和40.50%(P〈0.01),脂肪酶活性较A组提高了89.98%(P〉0.05)和33.33%(P〉0.05),总蛋白酶活性较A组提高了10.29%%(P〉0.05)和1.7%(/9〉0.05)。本结果提示在肉鸡饲料中添加大蒜素能够提高饲料效率和肠道淀粉酶活性。  相似文献

本试验用14日龄四川白鹅为供试材料,以能量和粗蛋白质为主要因素,根据体重大小设立区组,采用二因子随机区组试验设计,方要研究不同能量,蛋白质水平补饲对四川白鹅肉用仔鹅增重与耗料的影响,试验分前期(15-42日龄)和后期(43-70日龄)两阶段进行,前期代谢能水平为2900,2750,2600(kcal/kg),粗蛋白质水平为22,20,18(5),后期代谢能水平为2900,2750,2600(kcal/kg)粗蛋白水平为19,17,15(5),饲养管理采用放牧为主,限量补饲的方法,试验结果表明,前期和后期影响增重的主要因素均为粗蛋白质,后期蛋白能量比对增重影响较大,前,后期代谢能在2600-2900kcal/kg之间对增重无显影响(P>0.05),不是主要因素,前期试验组最高平均日增重为34.38克,最好料肉比为1.01:1,最佳代谢能,蛋白水平组合为2600kcal/kg和20%,后期试验组最高平均日增重为47.74克,最好料肉比为1.92L1,,最佳代谢能,粗蛋白水平组合为2900kcal./kg和19%,最佳蛋白能量比为65.2k/mcal。  相似文献

研究了HP-118磁化液对柑桔的增产增质效果与生理效应。结果表明:(1)HP-118磁化液能显著提高产量,增产20%以上,经济效益达1:23.06;(2)对改善果实品质有明显效果,单果重提高8.6 ̄6.9g,果皮变薄,果面光滑,并提高了可溶性固形物和Vc含量;(3)能促进叶片生长发育,叶片增厚增重,叶绿素含量明显提高;(4)能抑制疮痂病菌对果实的侵染,病果减少32.28%。  相似文献

采用对比的方法,研究了用球虫疫苗替代抗球虫药对肉用母鸡养殖效果的影响。试验结果表明:球虫疫苗组与抗球虫药组的平均日增重差异不显著(P〉0.05);球虫疫苗组0-6周龄的相对增重率提高3.35%,但差异不显著(P〉0.05);球虫疫苗组与抗球虫药组的料肉比均为1.97,无差异;球虫疫苗组的成活率比抗球虫药组高2.81%;球虫疫苗组与抗球虫药组相比平均每羽多收入0.08元.相对经济效益高2.33%。试验表明用球虫疫苗替代抗球虫药不会降低肉用母鸡的养殖效果,并且采用球虫疫苗替代抗球虫药的使用,避免了药物残留,对于生产“绿色食品”具有重要意义。  相似文献

通过体外实验和断奶仔猪饲养试验研究了包被复合酸化剂(简称复合酸化剂)的抑菌效果及其对断奶仔猪抗腹泻效果和生产性能的影响.体外试验结果表明,采用抑菌圈法对不同浓度的复合酸化剂进行比较时,以0.2%的浓度显示出较强的抑菌效果,对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和乳酸杆菌的抑菌圈直径分别达到了15.0、16.8和13.0 mm.仔猪饲养实验结果表明:与不合酸化剂的对照组或有机酸化剂组相比,在基础日粮中添加了0.2%的包被复合酸化剂可以进一步提高仔猪的生长速度及饲料转化率,同时可以降低仔猪的腹泻率.  相似文献

为探索EM菌在淡水水质净化处理中的作用,以不同的EM菌液浓度(VEM/V污水为0‰、0.1‰、0.5‰、1‰、5‰)在有氧通风、常温条件下处理天心湖水样,通过测定湖水样处理前后的pH、SS、色度、COD和氨氨水平变化,评价EM菌对淡水水质的处理效果,研究结果表明:浓度为0.1‰的EM菌液处理对天心湖水的COD去除效果最佳;浓度为1‰的EM菌液对天心湖水的氨氮去除效果最佳;浓度为5‰的EM菌液处理使湖水COD、氨氮水平升高,水质反而受到污染.通过选择EM浓度、处理时间、处理温度三个影响因素,按L9(34)正交表进行正交实验,结果表明EM处理天心湖水的最佳工艺条件是:处理时间7d、处理温度30℃、EM浓度0.2‰,对COD的去除率达到36.52%;按上述正交实验最佳工艺条件进行验证实验,结果表明,对天心湖水中COD的去除率可达到35.47%,对生活污水处理COD去除率可达41.18%.本实验可为进一步研究EM在水质处理上的应用提供参考.  相似文献

以盆栽春兰为材料,研究不同浓度 EM 菌剂稀释液对春兰生长发育和若干生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:一定浓度的 EM 菌剂处理可显著促进叶片生长,提高叶片蛋白质、可溶性糖和光合色素含量。其中以400倍的 EM 菌剂稀释液处理效果最好,与对照组相比,叶绿素、叶黄素、蛋白质和可溶性糖含量分别提高了31.04%、27.23%、0.628%和0.146%。EM 菌剂可能通过改善春兰根系微环境,促进其生长发育。本研究为进一步探索 EM 菌剂在兰花栽培中的应用提供依据。  相似文献

在水温28℃的条件下,配制3种饲料(饲料I:猪心35%、牛心35%、虾肉30%;饲料II:猪心70%、虾肉30%;饵料III:牛心70%、虾肉30%),进行摄食-生长实验(实验周期为31d),实验鱼47.83-68.26g,测定其最大摄食率(Cmax)、特定生长率(SGR)、转化效率(K)和表观消化率(D)。方差分析表明:不同饲料对七彩神仙鱼的Cmax,SGR和K均无显著影响(p>0.05),其Cmax(湿),K,SGR的平均值是分别为3.00%,7.80%,0.24;而对D有显著的影响(p<0.05),饲料(Ⅰ)和(Ⅲ)的消化率相近,分别为95.58%和95.11%,饲料(Ⅱ)的消化率最低,为93.64%。  相似文献

Results from the present study indicate that a majority of Norwegian 8th grade students experience satisfactory support from teachers and relations with peers. However, about 6% of the sample reported being harassed on a weekly basis. Moreover, results indicate that there is room for improvement, especially regarding the teachers’ emotional support of students, as well as their ability to prevent students from being harassed. Twelve per cent of the sample reported more severe emotional complaints, whereas 10% of 8th grade students reported more severe musculoskeletal complaints. Results showed significant associations of teacher support and peer relations with emotional as well as musculoskeletal complaints (EM complaints). Exposure to harassment at school and a perceived lack of academic support from teachers showed the strongest associations with EM complaints. Associations were stronger for students reporting learning difficulties than for students not reporting learning difficulties. This was mainly due to stronger associations between exposure to harassment and EM complaints among students reporting learning difficulties.  相似文献

Objective

Although there is growing evidence that the emotional dimensions of child maltreatment are particularly damaging, the feasibility and appropriateness of including emotional maltreatment (EM) in child welfare statutes continues to be questioned. Unlike physical and sexual abuse where investigations focus on discreet incidents of maltreatment, EM is not as easily defined and delimited. Through a review of legislation and child welfare investigation practices in Canada, this paper examines (1) whether Canadian child welfare services respond to EM with the same level of perseverance as with other forms of maltreatment and (2) the extent to which the introduction in 2008 of a more specific EM taxonomy distinguishes between EM and family problems that could lead to EM.

Method

Following an analysis of the legislative framework for EM across Canada, investigations practices in Canada are examined using data from the 1998, 2003 and 2008 cycles of the Canadian Incidence Study of Reported Child Abuse and Neglect (CIS). Using data from the 2008 cycle, EM investigations are compared to other maltreatment investigations for all of Canada (N = 15,980). Changes in EM investigations over time are then compared using data from the three cycles of the study, excluding Québec because of limited data availability in 2003 (N = 5,360 in 1998, 11,562 in 2003 and 14,050 in 2008).

Results

EM is included as a form of reportable maltreatment in all provincial and territorial statutes in Canada. Over 11,000 cases of EM were substantiated in Canada in 2008, at a rate of 1.86 cases per 1,000 children. While EM investigations were substantiated at a lower rate as other forms of maltreatment, a higher proportion of EM cases were referred for specialized services, kept open for on-going child welfare services, lead to an out of home placement, and lead to an application to child welfare court. Using a broad definition of EM the number of investigations classified as EM in Canada, excluding Québec, nearly tripled from 1998 to 2003. In 2008, using more specific definitions focusing on caregiver definitions, the number of investigations classified as EM nearly returned to their 1998 level, with nearly twice as many cases being classified as risk of future maltreatment.

Conclusion

EM is a well established category for child welfare intervention in Canada, however, more emphasis should be given to distinguishing between EM and family problems that place children at risk of EM.  相似文献
