目的:强身合剂与生理盐水对大鼠血液、生化值及内脏器官(心、肝、脾、肺、肾上腺、胸腺)重量的比较研究.方法:将SD大鼠60只分成3组,给强身合剂10.0和20.0g/kg(指含生药量)剂量,对照组给等量生理盐水,连续给药31天,每周称体重一次,给药结束时采血测定血液指标和生化指标.解剖后,用电子天平称各个脏器器官的重量,并计算脏器系数.结果:SD大鼠的血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞计数(RBC)、白细胞计数(WBC)、与生理盐水组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);血清生化指标天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、ALT、Cr、BUN与生理盐水组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);脏器系数给药组与生理盐水组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:强身合剂10.0、20.0g/kg组连续给药31天,其血液血清生化指标及胜器系数与给生理盐水组比较均无显著差异.  相似文献

直播密度对富锌水稻锌含量及生理生化特性的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了不同直播密度对富锌水稻籽粒中锌含量及茎、叶、籽粒内在生理生化特性(如超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及叶绿素含量等)的影响。试验结果表明,直播密度对富锌水稻籽粒的锌含量有一定影响,随着直播密度的增加,锌含量呈下降趋势,而对各种酶的酶活影响不大。试验还发现,叶中各种酶的活性最高,茎次之,籽粒中最低。从总体来看,富锌水稻以播种量7500-8250 kg/km2为宜,此时富锌水稻植株中各种酶的活性、叶绿素和锌含量都较大。  相似文献

Flow cytometry has been employed as a method to study homogeneity of isolated islet subpopulations. After collagenase digestion of rat pancreas and elutriation of tissue fragments, islets were isolated and dissociated, and cells were analyzed and sorted according to their low forward angle light scattering properties by using automated flow cytometry. A standardized procedure was developed for the preparation of rat islet cell grafts for purification of islet cells. In this process, after collagenase digestion of pancreas, islets were isolated, dissociated, identification by dithizone method and then with enzymatic procedure by DNase and trypsin, the islet cells changed into single cells and beta cells were identified by immunofluorescence method and then assayed by flow cytometry. Methods have been developed for the preparation of suspension of viable rat pancreatic islet cells and their analysis and sorting in the fluorescence activated cell sorter (FACC IV, Becton Dickinson, Sunnyvale, Ca). Flow cytometry of these cells indicated that there were 91% of beta cells in cell suspension. Most of the exocrine particles were lost during digestion. Purified endocrine islet cell grafts were prepared by pure beta-cells, without endocrine non-beta cells. The purified aggregates were devoid of endocrine non-beta cells and damaged cells.  相似文献

A new strategy for magnetically manipulating and isolating adherent cells with extremely high post-collection purity and viability is reported. Micromolded magnetic elements (termed microrafts) were fabricated in an array format and used as culture surfaces and carriers for living, adherent cells. A poly(styrene-co-acrylic acid) polymer containing well dispersed magnetic nanoparticles was developed for creating the microstructures by molding. Nanoparticles of γFe(2)O(3) at concentrations up to 1% wt.∕wt. could be used to fabricate microrafts that were optically transparent, highly magnetic, biocompatible, and minimally fluorescent. To prevent cellular uptake of nanoparticles from the magnetic polymer, a poly(styrene-co-acrylic acid) layer lacking γFe(2)O(3) nanoparticles was placed over the initial magnetic microraft layer to prevent cellular uptake of the γFe(2)O(3) during culture. The microraft surface geometry and physical properties were altered by varying the polymer concentration or layering different polymers during fabrication. Cells plated on the magnetic microrafts were visualized using standard imaging techniques including brightfield, epifluorescence, and confocal microscopy. Magnetic microrafts possessing cells of interest were dislodged from the array and efficiently collected with an external magnet. To demonstrate the feasibility of cell isolation using the magnetic microrafts, a mixed population of wild-type cells and cells stably transfected with a fluorescent protein was plated onto an array. Microrafts possessing single, fluorescent cells were released from the array and magnetically collected. A post-sorting single-cell cloning rate of 92% and a purity of 100% were attained.  相似文献

本文以2007-2014年沪深A股上市公司为样本,考察了信任文化对公司创新的影响以及信任文化与薪酬差距对公司创新的交互影响。实证研究发现:信任文化对公司创新水平有显著的促进作用,即与不存在信任导向企业文化的公司相比,存在信任导向企业文化的公司创新会有8.56%的提高;扩大高管团队/员工内部薪酬差距对公司创新水平有正向激励作用,且增强了信任文化与公司创新之间的正相关关系。本文不仅考察了文化力量如何影响公司创新行为,丰富和拓展了相关研究文献,而且对公司创新战略实施,乃至对提高国家文化软实力、推动中国优秀文化的创造性转化与创新性发展显得尤为重要。  相似文献

光合细菌HZPSB株分离自淡水养殖池塘底泥,经富集与纯化培养,菌落形态、培养特征和菌体形态学观察,细胞吸收光谱及生理生化特性测定,鉴定为类球红细菌(Rhodobactersphaeroides)。用分光光度计测定菌液的OD530值,与用平板计数法测得的细菌浓度相对照,推导出细菌浓度与光密度的直线回归方程:Y=(-0.1445 12.065×OD530)×D(D为稀释倍数),相关系数r=0.9994。测定了HZPSB株的生长规律及最佳培养条件,其最佳培养条件为29℃、3000lx、pH7.0、千分之十盐度和1∶4的接种量。  相似文献

当创意从相关产业分离出来并进行独立生产和交易时,形成了新的产业形态即创意产业。创意产业被视为区域经济能否持续增长的关键性产业,一定程度上反映一个国家或地区经济活力和潜力。创意是创意产业的核心生产要素,创意与文化、创新既相互联系又相互区别,创意是介于两者之间的变量,具有明显的二向性特征,这一典型特征奠定了分析创意价值属性及创意产业价值结构的基础。创意的其它特征决定了创意产业的规模报酬递增性、外部性及价值演化规律。最后,本文根据创意产业经济特征提出了相应的产业政策。  相似文献

This study describes the development and testing of a magnetic microfluidic chip (MMC) for trapping and isolating cells tagged with superparamagnetic beads (SPBs) in a microfluidic environment for selective treatment and analysis. The trapping and isolation are done in two separate steps; first, the trapping of the tagged cells in a main channel is achieved by soft ferromagnetic disks and second, the transportation of the cells into side chambers for isolation is executed by tapered conductive paths made of Gold (Au). Numerical simulations were performed to analyze the magnetic flux and force distributions of the disks and conducting paths, for trapping and transporting SPBs. The MMC was fabricated using standard microfabrication processes. Experiments were performed with E. coli (K12 strand) tagged with 2.8 μm SPBs. The results showed that E. coli can be separated from a sample solution by trapping them at the disk sites, and then isolated into chambers by transporting them along the tapered conducting paths. Once the E. coli was trapped inside the side chambers, two selective treatments were performed. In one chamber, a solution with minimal nutrition content was added and, in another chamber, a solution with essential nutrition was added. The results showed that the growth of bacteria cultured in the second chamber containing nutrient was significantly higher, demonstrating that the E. coli was not affected by the magnetically driven transportation and the feasibility of performing different treatments on selectively isolated cells on a single microfluidic platform.  相似文献

A possible explanation for the numerous failures in the implementation and use of work-life balance (WLB) practices may relate to the fact that the majority of companies have introduced them without exploring the nature and extent of their founders’ or owners’ prior knowledge of WLB and WLB practices. This paper analyses the relationships between congenital learning and WLB culture and tries to identify whether WLB culture impacts on business performance through an empirical study of 229 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Spanish metal industry. Our findings show that in order to create positive attitudes toward WLB, managers need to create and support a learning process. These findings provide interesting insights into the drivers of organisational performance for SMEs that develop and support a WLB-supporting culture.  相似文献

摘要:科研人员成长是科研领导者、科研机构文化环境以及科研人员个体特征交互作用的结果。借鉴服务型领导(SL)理论、利他导向型文化,构建影响科研人员成长的理论模型。统计结果表明(N=223):①SL的促进作用非常明显;②不同利他导向型文化组合,成长绩效各维度呈显著区别;③因利他导向型文化组合不同,SL的影响呈现“全面性、选择性、反向性”3种模式。研究证明了利他导向型文化的调节效应,揭示了SL影响过程的微观机理与适用条件。  相似文献
