The influence of the frontier on American political oratory

This paper discusses three perspectives of intentionality—the encoder, decoder, and interactional—relevant to issues in interpersonal communication. Each perspective provides a different way of both conceptualizing and researching intentionality. The encoder perspective examines various ways in which intentionality manifests itself within human consciousness while the decoder perspective is primarily concerned with the way in which interactants attribute intentions to one another. Finally, the interactional perspective argues that intent manifests itself as part of a negotiated process between interactants and therefore encompasses both the individual encoder and decoder orientations.

IRA码在全息存储系统中的应用研究

前向纠错码(FEC)是全息存储系统提高系统容量的一项关键技术,不规则重复累积码是接近Shannon限且具有线性时间编译码算法的好码。首先研究了全息存储信道,提出了x平方律分布模型与不对称高斯分布模型;并将高性能的IRA码应用于全息存储系统,并进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明:在全息存储系统中,IRA码的性能优于RS码等传统码,而且x平方律信道下的性能优于高斯信道。     

基于电话网的远程控制器的设计与实现

基于深度学习的高分辨率遥感图像海陆分割方法

将高分辨率遥感图像进行像素级海陆分割是遥感应用领域的一项基础性工作,对海岸线提取和海洋近岸目标检测具有重要意义,但传统阈值方法往往由于高分辨率遥感图像覆盖范围广、地物纹理复杂等特点而难以取得预期效果。为了提升高分辨率遥感影像海陆分割精度,改善传统阈值方法的不足,基于深度神经网络模型利用编码器—解码器架构,并在编码层中引入残差块,以更好地对特征图进行高级语义信息提取,通过解码层将编码层生成的特征图还原成与输入尺寸相同的特征图,最后通过Sigmoid层对图像进行像素级海陆分割。在高分辨率遥感图像数据集上的实验结果表明,该网络模型取得良好了分割效果,准确率和Kappa系数分别达到了94.3%和93.7%。与传统方法相比,海陆分割精确度得到了有效提升。

通过斯图尔特.霍尔所提出的3种假设解码立场,即著名的"霍尔模式",将研究从原来的大众传媒"电视文本"研究主题推移至跨文化交际过程中广义文本的信息传递与接受,来解读跨文化交际中外来文化习俗传播与接受状况。文章通过选取有代表性的案例进行调查,得出样本信息并加以分析,从而破解跨文化交际中的意义传递在传送者"制码"与接受者"解码"之间的非直线关系。     

信息焦点模式与语篇听力理解策略

日常外语教学过程中英语语篇听力理解训练的目的主要有两个,一是训练学生信息处理能力;二是训练学生在表达类似信息时对语言的选择。前者是学生的解码能力的培养,后者是学生的编码能力的培养。听力过程中信息解码的处理取决于学生对于关键词汇、词组所传递的信息的把握,而这些信息便是信息结构框架中的焦点信息。本论文试图探讨小句信息焦点的一般分布规律及其在英语语篇听力训练中的作用。
