高血压病的非药物治疗

在未服抗高血压药的情况下，收缩压≥140mmHg或舒张压≥90mmHg（继发性高血压除外）即为高血压病。该病为常见病、多发病，其发病率在我国乃至世界呈上升趋势，这与人们的饮食习惯、生活习惯、食物结构有密切关系。调节饮食结构如食物中少Na^ 、多K^ 、多Ca^ 、增加不饱合脂肪酸及优质蛋白质的摄入，多食蔬菜、水果，限制饮酒、戒烟、减重及调整生活习惯，适当增加运动等，对无高血压病可起预防作用；对已患病，视其病情轻重，有治疗和辅助治疗的作用。     

老年人高血压的特点及其治疗

年龄≥60岁的老年人．动脉收缩压≥160mmHg(21．3kPa)，动脉舒张压≥95mmHg(12．7kPa)，即可认为是高血压．同时伴有心、脑、肾等重要脏器病变，则可确诊为高血压病据调查，目前我国成人高血压患病率为15％—20％，随着年龄的增长，高血压患病率也逐渐上升，60岁以上的老人约40％—45％患有高血压病．人口普查表明，目前我国人口中年龄在60岁以上的老人已逾1亿，我国正步入老龄化国家的行列．随着我国人口平均寿命的延长，     

主要营养素对心血管疾病影响的研究进展

营养素（脂肪、维生素、矿物质、蛋白质等）影响着高血压、高血脂、冠心病等心血管疾病.肥胖、甘油三酯（TG）水平与高血压病的发生率密切相关;钠对高血压的作用强度大,钾与钠的比例以及钙的摄入量直接影响血压的高低;维生素C、维生素E可改善高血压患者受损的内皮依赖性血管舒张功能.VitC与VitE、食物纤维具有良好的降低血脂的作用;缺锌可引起血脂代谢异常.高脂肪和高胆固醇能增加冠心病的发病率;VitE具有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用;多钠能促进冠心病的发生,镁能阻止或者延缓动脉粥样硬化的发生及发展.     

超声对高血压病患者颈动脉声像图的分析

目的探讨各级高血压病与颈动脉硬化之间的关系。方法对558例高血压病患者的颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）、斑块发生率进行检查分析,并与209例健康成人对照。结果各级高血压患者颈动脉IMT与对照组相比均有明显增加;各级高血压病患者颈动脉IMT之间进行比较亦显示出显著性差异;颈动脉IMT随高血压分级增加而逐渐增厚。结论血压增高与高血压病患者颈动脉变化密切相关,颈动脉超声检测对于防治高血压及其并发症具有重要意义。     

功能社区高血压规范管理的实践研究

目的 探讨社区高血压规范管理的实施效果及存在的问题.方法 分析80例高血压病人进行规范化管理的临床资料.结果 本组80例高血压病病人规范管理后的治疗率、控制率及不良生活习惯改善程度明显提高.结论 通过高血压规范管理,有效提高了治疗率和控制率,同时改善了患者的不良生活习惯,减少了危险因素.
