在基础教育阶段的英语教学中，充分运用信息技术，培养学生创造性及创新能力，是新一轮课程改革的目标之一。高一英语新教材，贴近现代生活，富有时代气息，注重培养创新精神，提高实践能力。我鼓励学生主动参与、大胆想象、动手实践，以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为出发点，利用信息技术，从以下几方面进行了探索和实践。     

《数字电子线路》课程设计探索

列举了学生在《数字电子线路》课程设计中暴露的问题，提出了必须加强学生硬件基础训练，协作精神和故障排除能力的培养，并阐述对课程设计及相关实践环节的改革实践。     

基于模型挖掘机的实践平台设计与教学应用

基于与三一重工共建的工程机器人联合创新实验室，开发了电动挖掘机模型实验教学平台。通过平台自身软硬件设计和一系列教学实验设计，能够培养学生综合运用知识的能力、实践动手能力及创新思维。教学实践表明，该平台的开发和教学应用大大调动了学生的学习积极性，促进了学生的专业知识掌握和实践技能培养。     

探寻培养方式的多元化增强学生的实践与创新能力

旨在通过探寻实践教学内在的规律性，采取多元化培养方式，辅之有效措施，提升学生实践与创新能力。介绍了实践方法及效果。

分析高职专业学生特点，阐述形式多样的社会实践活动对提高学生的实践能力及综合素质的作用。提出了高职专业学生开展社会实践活动应注意的问题。     

小学数学实验教学特点及方法研究

新课标下，小学数学教学应重视学生数学核心素养的培养，根据教材特征设计“综合与实践”活动，组织学生进行“数学实验”，丰富学生的学习形式，促进学生能力及素养的发展。众多实践研究证明，小学数学实验教学的开展能够有效提升学生的认知水平，充分锻炼学生的逻辑思维能力。因此，文章简要分析了小学数学实验教学的特点、意义及常见类型，结合教学实例阐述了在小学数学课堂中应用数学实验的原则及策略，旨在以高质量的实验教学解放学生的身心，激活其思维，推动学生数学核心素养的发展。

创建“同心圆”教学新模式的几点尝试

文章针对近年高校大幅度扩招、实践教学资源短缺等现状，创建形成了“同心圆”实践教学新模式。该模式通过多种形式组织学生参与科研实践，形成了以教师及其科研为圆心，程度不同的研究生及本科学生参与实践为一系列半径不同的“同心圆”，进而发挥科研促进教学的作用。通过多年、多专业的实践，取得了良好的效果。     

改革毕业实践的探索

面对近年来中专毕业生人数的增加，就业形势严峻，我校在学生毕业实践与就业教育相结合方面，进行了一些探讨。一、多方关心毕业实践为适应新的形势，从97年开始，学校在学生毕业实践方面，推广了“学校统一安排与学生自主安排相结合、完成教学任务与学生联系就业相结合”的新方法。除继续由专业科统一安排部分毕业生完成毕业实践之外，还充分调动学生、家长、亲友、老师及招生分配部门的积极性，多渠道联系实践单位。鼓励学生在联系单位时，与今后的就业结合起来。使毕业实践成为学校多个部门共同关心的工作。学生也变被动地接受学校的安排…
