前景化理论指导下文学语篇的文体分析 ——以"Forrest Gump"为例

文体分析是语篇教学的主要内容之一.在文学语篇教学中,教师可以利用前景化理论指导文体分析,分析前景化语言相关的文体特征,解读文学语篇中的非常规语言、结构等形式内容安排的文体功能,从中挖掘作者的语用意图和语用效果,以便达到鉴赏的目的.     

华兹华斯诗歌的文体学研究

Geoffrey N．Leech（2001）明确指出研究文学文体就是研究文学文体的语言。Leech将“前景化”看作是文学语言的标志性特征，“前景化”在诗歌语言中的作用不是为语言交流服务的，而是为了把表达的行为（即语言自身的行为）置于最突出的地位。本文以这一主线为主要指导思想，对华兹华斯的部分诗歌进行分析。     

从文体学角度看《夕阳》的人物对话

本文从文体学的角度分析福克纳的短篇小说《夕阳》的人物对话。从重复,疑问句、风格改变等“前景化”手段的使用入手,说明文学形式与内容的密切联系,强化了小说主题,产生了特殊的文体效果。

一、引言 前景化(foregrounding)是文体学的一个重要概念,与背景(background)相对应,最早由俄国形式主义引入到文学分析中.俄国形式主义认为文学的本质在于语言的创造性运用,文学语言与日常语言不同,含有系统性的前景化特征.

互联网的蓬勃发展促进了网络文体的兴起。豆瓣体作为一种新兴的网络文体日渐走红,这一渗透到日常生活中的现代文体值得探寻。本文将从文体学的角度出发,运用文体学的核心概念——偏离,就语音、词汇、句法、书写、方言层面的偏离对网络豆瓣体进行分析,探讨该文体如何通过偏离而达到前景化,从而进一步了解豆瓣体流行的原因及其文体特点。     

《哈克贝利·芬恩历险记》两种汉译本的语言前景化特征对比研究

《哈克贝利·芬恩历险记》可谓是美国文学史上的经典之作。马克·吐温文体风格开创了美国小说新风,奠定了他在世界文坛的崇高的地位。从功能文学文体学的角度出发,分析小说语言的前景化特征,并对该作的两个中译本进行对比分析,着重探讨译者如何再现源文极富艺术感染力的语体特点,从而达到翻译等值。     

功能文体学观照下的翻译研究路向及前景分析

本文从功能文体学的"功能"、"情景语境"、"前景化"三大核心概念出发,归纳了国内功能文体学观照下的翻译研究主要以"功能对等翻译标准"、"前景化突出的文体翻译分析"、"基于情景语境的文本类型翻译策略研究"为重心。结合目前西方解构主义翻译研究范式,提出以功能文体学为基础的翻译研究将依据稳定的功能文体分析模式应用于翻译质量量化分析,同时也将拓宽其情景语境至权力、意识形态等方面,更好地阐释翻译的社会文化功能。     

话语概念在戏剧文体分析中的应用

本文从跨学科的视角出发，在文体学，语用学和语篇分析相结合的基础上提出了基于话语概念的文体分析模式。并以文学批评和文体学研究涉及得最少的文学体裁——戏剧——为研究对象，指出应该重视戏剧文本的多重属性，把长期以来被传统的文学批评、戏剧批评和文学问题研究所忽视的戏剧语言——舞台指令一纳入戏剧文体研究的范围之内。最后，本文还指出，基于话语概念的戏剧文体研究表明了语言学领域的两个发展新趋势：文学与非文学的概念区别趋于模糊；文体学，话语分析以及修辞学的跨学科界限日趋模糊，并互为所用。     

从“孤家寡人”到“万人迷”的飞跃——对新世纪杂文归属及概念的重新确定

新世纪以来,杂文日益呈现出多样化的趋势,杂文在文体形式上的多、新、奇是以往任何时候都无法比拟的。杂文已彻底打破了一切文体的樊篱,形成了无所不包,无体不融的开放与创新的态势。但各种各样的理论专著和教科书中对杂文的归属和概念的确定见仁见智,非常混乱,甚至自相矛盾,难以自圆其说。分析归纳以往代表性杂文归属及概念界定,结合目前杂文的发展现状,定义杂文是一种以批判、刺世、针砭时弊为天职,汲取一切文学的和非文学的各种表现方式和文体形式来行使其职能的文体。     

新时期徐州店铺名称的“前景化”修辞

随着商品经济的发展,店名研究已成为社会语言学的重要课题。"前景化"是近年研究文学语言的一个新的视野与角度,店铺命名本质上是一种语言艺术,"前景化"修辞同样适用对社会语言的阐释。徐州是淮海经济区中心城市,商贾云集,店名棋布。笔者实地考察了徐州市区主干道商业街并用笔和相机忠实记录了600余店铺名称,梳理其中的文字信息,从"前景化"角度探讨其修辞特点、效果、动因及语用策略。"前景化"策略具体有"偏离"和"平行"两种形式:命名者一是通过字型、语音、语义的偏离颠覆传统;二是运用对等原则,在语音、词语、书写三个层面使用"平行"手段。徐州店铺名称"前景化"修辞运作动因主要有语用动因、认知动因及语义动因。     

THE BORDER CROSSED US: EDUCATION, HOSPITALITY POLITICS, AND THE SOCIAL CONSTRUCTION OF THE "ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT"

In this essay, Dennis Carlson explores some of the implications of Derrida's "hospitality politics" in helping articulate a progressive response to a rightist cultural politics in the United States of policing national, linguistic, and other borders. He applies the concept of hospitality politics to a critical analysis of the social construction of the "problem" of "illegal immigrants" in U.S. public schools. This entails a discussion of three interrelated discourses and practices of hospitality: a universalistic discourse of philosophical and religious principles, a legalistic-juridical discourse, and a discourse and practice grounded in the ethos of everyday life. Derrida suggested that a democratic cultural politics must interweave these three discourses and also recognize the limitations of each of them. Moreover, a democratic cultural politics must be most firmly rooted in the praxis of ethos, and in the ethical claims of openness to the other.

The November‐December 1976 issue of this Bulletin gave information on the work of the CEPES Round Table on the Contribution of Higher Education in Europe to the Development of Changing Societies, which was held in Bucharest from 21 to 23 September 1976. In this and the next issues we are publishing resumes of the discussion papers presented by participants at the meeting.

试论莫言小说中的前景化语言

前景化理论是文体学的重要组成部分,同时也是文体分析的有效手段之一。前景化是指超常规的或偏离语言学规范的语言形式。莫言小说运用了大量的前景化语言,取得了很高的艺术成就。本文从偏离和平行两方面来分析莫言小说中的前景化语言,用大量篇幅从偏离角度进入文本,同时还从平行角度探析莫言小说语言的前景化,并简略地谈谈其中的不足。     

THE COURSE OF "CULTURE" IN MULTICULTURALISM

A bstract .  In this essay Tim McDonough analyzes a number of different positions within the ongoing discussion on multicultural education in order to provide a conceptual map of the development of the term "culture." His examination of the discourse begins with liberal multiculturalism; moves through the stages of difference, critical, and poststructural multiculturalism; and ends with what he terms "transfigurative multiculturalism." McDonough describes how a conception of culture as a field of collective symbolic work has been arrived at through a dialectical movement of the concept across these different phases of multicultural discourse. This review does not attempt to provide a comprehensive account of the complex discourse of multiculturalism. Rather, McDonough charts a course representative of the field for the purpose of enhancing the readers' understanding of "transfigurative" multiculturalism, which represents a fresh approach in the continuing inquiry into democratic multicultural education in an increasingly global society.

《古诗十九首》的前景化设置与交际意图

前景化在文学语用学和篇章分析中,是指在具体的篇章中相对突出某个成分,好比在背景上突显出一个人物轮廓。《古诗十九首》中的前景化设置表现为诗歌的作者反复凸显“游子”和“思妇”的形象,将这两类形象置于诗歌中最引人注目的位置,以此实现自己追求仕途和渴盼爱情的交际意图。     

柳宗元诗艺术风格刍议

柳宗元以为数不多的诗而在学史上自成一家,对柳宗元诗的艺术风格似乎已有定评,如近年来通行的几种学史,都用“冷峭简淡”、“清峻简洁”等作柳诗的考语;然而不容忽视的是,宋代以来影响最大的却是苏轼关于柳诗“枯淡”的评论。章着重探讨这两种不同评论如何产生,以及如何看待这二之间的矛盾,并由此引发对如何全面认识和准确把握作家艺术风格的思考。
