英语中的增强语

增强语是增强语义的词语。它从假定的标准出发，在程度上逐步增强语气。因为增强语是一个比假定的标准更强的词语，因此，它要求被修饰的词项或单位是可分等级的。增强语分为最高程度语（表示语义递差度的上限）和提高程度语（表示一种很高的程度，即在语义递差上很高的一点）。许多可作增强语的形容词对它们所修饰的名词是严加限制的，起增强语作用的副词只能和可分等级的动词连用，而有些则只能和某些动词连用。

A richly re-imagined religious education can fashion a context in which young adult women might perceive their experiences of motherhood as an invitation to spiritual growth.     

浅谈高校体育教师的继续教育

随着科学技术的发展 ,人类知识在不断地更新 ,人类需要不断地学习“充电” ,以更新知识 ,调整现有的知识结构。而作为教书育人的高校体育教师现有的知识、技术和技能已落后于时代的发展。高校体育教师应通过继续教育拓宽知识结构 ,进一步丰富体育知识、技术和技能 ,提高综合能力 ,更好地为体育教育服务。     

依托体育发展学生的个性品质

体育在培养与发展学生个性品质中，有着独特作用，即有利于培养学生持久的动机和兴趣，有利于培养学生的自信心，进取心和强烈的求知欲，使学生具有充沛而稳定的情绪，正确地进行自我评价，培养学生吃苦耐劳，勇敢果断和“应激”的能力，培养学生敏锐的感受性和创造性思维，培养学生协调人际关系。

The C.R.E.A.T.E. approach to primary literature shifts undergraduates' self-assessed ability to read and analyze journal articles, attitudes about science, and epistemological beliefs

The C.R.E.A.T.E. (Consider, Read, Elucidate hypotheses, Analyze and interpret data, Think of the next Experiment) method uses intensive analysis of primary literature in the undergraduate classroom to demystify and humanize science. We have reported previously that the method improves students' critical thinking and content integration abilities, while at the same time enhancing their self-reported understanding of "who does science, and why." We report here the results of an assessment that addressed C.R.E.A.T.E. students' attitudes about the nature of science, beliefs about learning, and confidence in their ability to read, analyze, and explain research articles. Using a Likert-style survey administered pre- and postcourse, we found significant changes in students' confidence in their ability to read and analyze primary literature, self-assessed understanding of the nature of science, and epistemological beliefs (e.g., their sense of whether knowledge is certain and scientific talent innate). Thus, within a single semester, the inexpensive C.R.E.A.T.E. method can shift not just students' analytical abilities and understanding of scientists as people, but can also positively affect students' confidence with analysis of primary literature, their insight into the processes of science, and their beliefs about learning.     

对大学普通院系高年级增设体育健康课程的可行性研究

通过对河南师范大学99级学生四年的跟踪、调研和测试，结果显示：学生在接受体育健身教育时的身体机能状况和其毕业前的身体机能状况之间存在着显著性差异。建议针对高校三、四年级的实际情况，增设体育健康课程，以提高高年级学生的身体健康水平。     

浅析二战时期英美在印度问题上的分歧

二战时期，英美结成战时同盟，开始步入特殊关系的成形时期。战争初期，印度独立问题的出现成为试探英美同盟坚固程度的试金石。在印度问题上的小分歧最终还是让步于英美战时同盟的这一大背景．     

Puerto Rican parent'ss understanding of their young children's development: P.I.A.G.E.T. program impacts on family involvement in culturally and linguistically diverse populations

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impacts of a parent involvement program, Project P.I.A.G.E.T., on parents' understanding of their children's development. Subjects were 29 Puerto Rican parents whose Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CLD) children were enrolled in the parent involvement program. With the help of home visiting paraprofessionals provided by the project, parents were trained, for six months, to use various strategies and skills in helping their children learn. The program effects were measured by a commercially available test, Alpern–Boll Developmental Profile II. The study revealed that P.I.A.G.E.T. parent involvement program was effective in improving the involved parents' understanding of their children's various developmental areas. Implications for increasing CLD parents' involvement on educating their children are also presented. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

Family-centered early intervention. The perceptions of professionals.

This paper, based on a nationwide survey, examines the attitudes and opinions of professionals regarding parent-professional involvement in the planning and implementation of goals and services for hearing-impaired infants and toddlers and their families. The implications of the findings are discussed as they pertain to PL 99-457, the new federal mandate for services to young children with special needs and their families.
