德国应用科技大学办学模式及其启示

德国应用科技大学(FH)对我国高等职业教育发展的启示——以黄冈职业技术学院为例

首先分析了德国应用科技大学(FH)在德国教育体系中的地位,然后详细阐述了德国应用科技大学的办学特色,在上述分析、梳理的基础上,结合我国高等职业技术教育发展的实际,以黄冈职业技术学院为例,从树立并坚持"为职业实践进行技术教育"的办学理念、提高人才培养的应用性和实践性,企业参与人才培养、加强师资队伍建设等方面,提出了我国高等职业技术教育发展过程中如何学习、借鉴德国应用科技大学的办学特色模式。

FH是德国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,其在内涵和本质上是一种面向实际、面向应用的高等工程、技术教育,在性质上区别于我国目前的高职高专教育,与我国倡导的技术应用型本科教育相似。FH的“3 1”学制、专业设置、教学改革、与企业紧密结合及国际化合作,显示出其极强的灵活性、实用性和生命力。其对我国的启示在于,明确技术应用型本科教育的重要性及其定位,构建有利于技术本科教育发展的体制与机制,在法律上确立技术本科教育的地位。

德国应用技术大学取得了巨大的成绩。当前,我国正在开展应用型本科高校试点工作。在应用型本科人才培养方面,我们存在师资不足和实践教育环节不足等问题。本研究试图借鉴德国应用技术大学的经验,结合校企合作、事业单位养老改革和“双师型”教师队伍培养,探讨应用型财务管理本科教育在这些方面的解决思路。     

德国应用科技大学与我国应用型本科的比较研究

德国应用科技大学(Fachhochshule),简称FH，此前在我国关于它的研究很多，但由于翻译上的误解，多是把它跟我国的高职、高专放在一起。实际上，FH不是专科层次的教育，而是4年制的本科，与我国刚提出不久的应用型本科极为相似，本在介绍、分析德国应用科技大学的概况和特点的基础上，把它与我国的应用型本科进行了比较，得出若干有益的借鉴与启示。
