论范宁先生的话本研究

范宁先生为《话本选》写的《序言》,是二十世纪五十年代运用马克思列宁主义的文艺观念来分析话本的最有代表性的作品,该文对话本艺术特点的分析,深入到文本内部,探讨了话本作品的民族形式和民族特点,其中关于话本小说中情节偶然性的论述具有启发意义,对《京本通俗小说》的看法也值得重视。     

话本小说文体形态的初步独立－－《清平山堂话本》文体形态论考

通过对《清平山堂话本》中宋元话本文体形态的口头文学属性，民间性和明前期拟话本体小说文体形态案头化，文人化的分析，可以看到话本小说文体形态的发展和初步独立过程；看到话本小说文体形态独立过程中创作主旨的案头化以及《清平山堂话本》的丛集形式对话本小说文体形态独立和定型的推动作用。     

现存最早话本中产生新义的词汇

现存最早四篇话本(S2073《庐山远公话》,S6836《叶净能诗》,S2630(《唐太宗入冥记》,S2144《韩擒虎话本》)是敦煌文献中的一部分.是宋元早期白话小说的源头书目之一.这些话本中保存了大量口语材料及其晚唐五代产生的新词.新义和新兴的语法现象,有较高的语言学价值.

《大唐三藏取经诗话》是一部以“三藏法师”西行求法为题材的通俗文学作品,为著名神魔小说《西游记》的先导,在中国俗文学史和小说史上都有一定的地位。我们所见到的有关论著都称其为宋代话本。如胡士莹《话本小说概论》将其列入“现存宋人话本”,陈汝衡《宋代说书史》将其列为宋代“说经”话本,北京大学中文系五五级编《中国小说史稿》说它是宋元间出现     

关于《两拍》体裁的若干思考

一、关于拟话本的困惑中国文学史上的元明时代,戏剧和小说这两种文学体裁的分化,逐渐明朗成演唱的戏剧和传诵的小说。鲁迅先生称此前此后模拟话本的小说为“拟话本”。这一出自《中国小说史略》中的概念屡经变化,其界限被随意划改,最后变成了如《辞海》所言的很宽的模糊概念:“拟话本是模拟话本形式而作的小说。”其代表作则为如冯梦龙之《三言》:《喻世明言》、《警世通言》、《醒世恒言》;凌濛初的《两拍》:《初刻拍案惊奇》和《二刻拍案惊奇》等。由鲁迅先生这一观点出发,则有种种派生的说法。如胡士莹的《话本小说概论》中说“拟话本则是文人模拟话本形式的书面文学,实际上就是白话短篇小说”;范宁《<话本选>序》中说的“宋文人编‘话本’,目的是预
