开发成人教育课程 实现转化学习

转化学习是成人学习理论新进展的重要方面,通过转化学习,成人能够认清并更正原有扭曲的意义观点,对于成人的持续发展意义重大。但在成人教育的实践中,由于成人存在一定的"自我中心主义",在一定程度上阻碍学习者对根深蒂固的信仰、观念、判断标准等方面进行批判性反思,实现转化学习并非易事,因此成人教育应重视开发转化学习的针对性课程,力求促使成人形成更具包容性、开放性的意义观点,以便更好地适应生活。

转化学习理论是成人学习者通过质疑、批判性反思原有的认知经验、世界观和人生观,学习新经验和适应新环境的成人学习理论。本文通过介绍转化学习理论以及其应用于成人教学的必要性,探究基于转化学习的成人教学策略,以促进我国成人教学发展。     

Both Sides Now: Examining Transformative Learning and Professional Development of Educators

The purpose of this mixed method research is to understand and support educators' continuing learning and growth better by using a lens of transformative learning to examine their experience and professional development practice and responsibility. Data from 58 participants and the course professor are analyzed to consider the occurrence of transformative learning and the related needs that emerged. This article also presents trends across the learning experiences and recommendations for practice and responsibility. Additionally, there are implications of the research for higher education professors, administrators, and developers reflecting on their concepts and planning of formal professional development.     

On Becoming a Qualitative Researcher: A View Through the Lens of Transformative Learning

This article describes a graduate-level qualitative research course informed by transformational learning theory. It presents strategies an interdisciplinary team of instructors used to engage and support students as they entered and moved through the course. The strategies focused on creating a safe, supportive, learner-centered environment, fostering critical reflection, engaging in ongoing discourse, and focusing on the centrality of experience by situating cognition in the personal context of students' lives and the research process itself.

转化学习理论对建构主义理论、哈贝马斯的社会学理论和弗莱雷的解放理论等进行消化和吸收,同时又以生活情境下丰富多彩的成人学习现象为现实基础,形成了较为系统和完善的理论体系。转化学习理论对成人教师的专业发展提供了重要的启示,即专业发展是持续不断的过程,营造专业发展氛围,增强专业发展意识,注重批判性反思,走进生活世界。     

论国外自我导向学习的研究取向

在成人学习领域,自我导向学习理论富有强大的生命力。回顾国外几十年来丰硕的研究成果,自我导向学习的研究可以归结为基于学习过程、个体特性和情境中多维度融合三大取向。鉴于不同的内容体系和方法论基础,它们从不同的视角揭露了自我导向学习的本质。由于不同取向的研究有各自的价值和局限性,因此,客观审视并有机整合不同的研究取向,成为自我导向学习研究的发展趋势。     

近十年来我国成人转化学习研究发展的新方向

通过收集整理近十年来我国成人转化学习的相关文献,本文对关于我国成人转化学习的研究成果进行了系统的总结和归纳。重点对成人学习的认知转化、学习目标转化、学习方式转化、学习问题转化的成果进行了梳理与评价,并对我国成人转化学习的研究趋势进行理性展望,研制中国特色成人转化学习研究的新方向。     

Philosophical Groundings for a Theory of Transformative Experience

In this essay, Kevin Pugh, Dylan Kriescher, Simon Cropp, and Maaly Younis revisit the philosophical roots of transformative experience (TE) theory by explaining how the theory emerged from John Dewey's philosophies of aesthetic experience, intellectual experience, and educative experience. In doing so, the authors clarify the linkage between defining qualities of transformative experience and core Deweyan constructs such as an experience, ideas, and educative experience. They then share some of the empirical findings from research conducted using a TE theory framework, with an emphasis on research dedicated to developing a pedagogy of teaching for transformative experiences. Finally, the authors address the limitations of TE theory as a representation of Dewey's philosophy of aesthetic and educative experience, and they consider how contributions of other theoretical perspectives including the scientific sublime, Romantic science, and critical theory might help to address those shortcomings.     

团体心理辅导在专业调剂生学习动机干预中的作用

目的探讨团体心理辅导对专业调剂生学习动机的干预效果。方法设置实验组、对照组大一专业调剂生各25名,对实验组进行8次为期8周的团体心理辅导,干预前后分别评估各组专业调剂生学习动机的2个维度。结果接受团体辅导后,实验组在后测中学习动机两个维度的分数显著高于前测,对照组在学习动机前后测的分数上没有显著差异。实验组、对照组后测分数上存在显著差异。结论团体心理辅导能有效提高专业调剂生的学习动机。     

学习领域课程开发及其教学实施系统化研究

学习领域课程从开发到教学实施都与职业活动紧密相连,它以工作过程为逻辑进行开发设计和实施课程教学,与传统学科逻辑课程相比更适合职业院校的教育教学目标。文章根据学习领域课程开发设计及其教学实施的内在逻辑,对学习领域课程开发及其教学实施作为一个整体进行了系统化研究,构建了学习领域课程开发与实施系统,并提出＂职业活动-学习活动-职业活动＂所包含的两次转换是学习领域课程开发与教学实施能否成功的关键。     

国外职业教育中值得借鉴的课程体系

根据理论和实践整合的程序,高职课程体系设计可采取三段型、工学交替型、实践渗透型和双元型4种模式.德国、英国、美国、加拿大以及日本等国的高职课程体系根植于不同的政治、经济和文化土壤,分别采取了不同的模式,我国大多数地区在较长时期内将继续维持以第二、三产业为主的产业结构,因此应大力借鉴德国的"双元型"模式,并同时借鉴其他国家高职教育的优点.     

Becoming Counselors Through Growth and Learning: The Entry Transition Process

This article explored counselor development within the entry transition into counselor education programs using 4 interviews and interpretive dialogues with 8 beginning counselors. Six categories resulted from the authors' grounded theory analysis: Anticipation, Evolving Identity, Growth and Learning, Coping, Choosing to Trust the Process, and Interacting With Feedback.

我国新一轮基础教育课程改革对教师提出了新的更高的要求。本文试图从树立终身学习理念、实现专业化发展、做学习型教师以适应课程改革要求的角度,阐述新形势下教师学习的意义、内容和主要方式。     

国内外大学生就业指导工作比较研究

我国大学生就业指导工作处于起步阶段，与毕业生的需求仍存在一定的距离、国外大学的就业指导体系完备，内容丰富，形式多样。借鉴他们的成功经验，我们的就业指导工作应从丰富就业指导内容、改进就业指导方式、建立高效的信息网络、提高就业指导人员的业务素质等几方面入手，使就业指导工作科学化、专业化、规范化。

介绍了课程资源的界定及类型。论述了学生利用课程资源学习能力培养的必要性。从教师和学生两个方面分析了影响学生利用课程资源学习能力的原因。提出教师要转变观念、提高自身开发利用课程资源的能力,学生要正确认识课程资源、努力提高利用课程资源的能力等对策。     

Providing Career Counseling for Collegiate Student-Athletes: A Learning Theory Approach

Collegiate student-athletes present unique issues regarding career development. Career counselors who infuse the Learning Theory of Career Counseling (Krumboltz, 1996) into their work with collegiate student-athletes can help these clients learn new ways to explore career possibilities. By co-creating learning opportunities with student-athletes, counselors can help promote expansion of clients' interests, skills, beliefs, values, and personal qualities. Such growth can help members of this population deal with issues like identity foreclosure and social isolation en route to establishing a set of problem-solving and decision-making skills that will serve them well over the course of their lives.     

College/University Counseling Centers Supporting Study Away: Challenges and Opportunities

Research points to significant numbers of students on college campuses experiencing mental health distress and an ever increasing number of college students who are choosing to make an off-campus educational experience a part of their college careers. When we consider both of these trends together, it is quite apparent that a significant number of students with mental health concerns will spend periods of time studying away from campus, with converging concerns among college mental health and study away professionals about how to best support these students. This article seeks to outline both challenges and opportunities inherent in the collaboration between campus professionals in supporting students with mental health issues before and during their study away experiences.

解构与重构:将小学科学课程转换为移动学习课程

移动通讯技术可以支持随时随地的无缝学习,而传统的教学材料没有为学生成为自我导向的社会学习者做好充分准备。文章主要介绍新加坡某小学三年级和四年级将科学课程转换为学生使用移动设备可以在课堂情境中使用的移动课程的一种方法。作者通过与实验班教师合作改造已有的课程,总结了解构和重构课程过程中使用的方法以及经验。第一个三年级实验班通过实施该课程一年的研究结果表明,实验班的教师和学生通过重新设计的课堂在思想认识和实践方面都产生了预期的变化,而且学生的期末考试成绩也有了明显的进步。文章通过分享一种移动课程设计的方法以期为国内的移动课程开发和实施方面的研究提供参考和借鉴。
