运用问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等方法,对湖北省12所地方院校体育校本课程开发现状进行了调查,分析和探讨制约湖北省地方院校体育校本课程开发的制约因素及化解对策。研究表明：湖北省地方院校体育校本课程开发仍处于探索发展阶段,制约湖北省地方院校体育校本课程开发的主要因素是体育教师素质、管理者和管理和环境因素。构建适合湖北省地方院校发展的体育校本课程开发体系,必须提高体育教师综合素质,完善体育管理机制,合理调配利用现有体育资源和健全多元化的体育校本课程评价系统。
