关于高校学生综合素质评价的分析研究

高校通过学生综合素质评价,可以据此评价结果,确定学校和学生今后的发展方向,制定今后的工作和学习规划。因此,素质评价对学校和个人都非常重要。在此分析高校学生综合素质评价的作用,并结合其存在问题,提出相应的改进措施。     

论高等教育评估的功能

在高等教育评估功能的研究中出现的问题主要是 :超出高等教育评估的范畴谈论其功能 ;运用逻辑思维推导高等教育评估的功能 ;单纯强调高等教育评估的积极作用而忽略其消极影响。产生这些问题的原因在于 ,人们没有能够认识到高等教育评估的认知性本质特征。从高等教育评估的认知性特征出发进行研究 ,高等教育评估具有鉴定作用、反省作用、参谋作用、批判作用和中介作用等五大功能 ,与此同时 ,它还具有马太效应、认同效应和逆反效应等三大消极影响     

GLOBE in the Czech Republic: a program evaluation

The article presents results of the evaluation of the GLOBE program (Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment) in the Czech Republic. The evaluation explores the implementation of the program in schools and its impact on research skills. Four hundred and sixty six pupils, aged 13, from 28 different schools participated in the evaluation. The evaluation revealed problems with the implementation of the program in schools. The majority of pupils usually collect data and work with worksheets in the program. The other activities, such as the analysis and comparison of collected data or planning GLOBE activities, are done only occasionally or never. Although one of the main goals of the program is to develop pupils' research skills, the program had no measurable effect on this outcome. According to these results, changes in the way the program is implemented are needed. Recommendations for further program development and evaluation are discussed.

教学评估的作用是反馈教学目标是否正确，教学过程的得与失．然后，调控未来教学的指向。当今世界评价的发展趋势是评价向着多目标、多种类、多手段的方向发展，实证性评估方式和人文性评估方式日益结合，评价结果和评价过程日益结合，考试类评价与表现性测验相结合。     

教育部西部地区远程教育（项目）评价体系探究

远程教育的开展当然要有相适应的远程教育评价体系,本文从中国西部地区远程教育开展的背景出发,阐述了远程教育评价的基本内涵。特别探讨了中国西部地区远程教育评价的内容、对象与方法。认为,对远程教育评价系统的研究与探讨对西部地区远程教育的开展将有有益的作用和较大意义。     

Evaluation of the 2000 and 2001 Rhode Island early childhood summer institutes

Abstract

This article presents the theoretical basis and methods for the process and outcome evaluations of the Rhode Island Early Childhood Summer Institutes held in 2000 and 2001. The article also discusses the evaluation results that demonstrated the institutes were received as high‐quality inservice professional development programs in which participants made significant knowledge gains. Additionally, the influence of the evaluations on the institute programs held in 2000 and 2001 as well as the impacts on the planning of future institutes are described. These evaluation studies can serve as models to others planning evaluations of professional development programs. © 2004 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.     

我国品德测评方法的回顾与反思

品德测评是现代教育科学与心理科学研究的一个难点。本文阐述了品德测评的概念,回顾了我国由古至今品德测评的一些方法,并且在对这些方法作出评价的基础上,对学生品德测评工作进行了反思。     

旅游度假区效益评价方法的研究现状与发展

通过对国内外旅游度假区研究文献资料及其效益评价研究分析,发现：近年来对旅游度假区的研究较多,但关于旅游度假区效益评价方法不多,主要是针对具体的度假区的效益评价,且多半仅针对单一效益,如经济效益、生态效益等。在综述了旅游度假区效益评价方法文献的基础上,提出旅游度假区效益评价需建立完善的综合评价体系,做好度假区开发前的效益预测评价和开发后的效益评价并作比较分析等建议。     

以就业为导向规划高职专业设置

通过对全国人才市场专业人才供求信息的数据比较和我国几种高职专业设置模式的归纳与分析,阐述"以就业为导向设置高职专业"的合理性,为适应变革中的就业环境,提出设置高职专业的基本原则及其对专业进行整理的建议.     

美国的研究生教育评估及带给我们的启示

本文作者介绍了美国研究生教育评估的机构、评估指标和评估的基本情况，分析了美国研究生教育评估的特点，指出了我国研究生教育评估今后的努力方向。     

我国居住环境评价的尺度、方法与技术分析(英文)

为了完善我国居住环境评价体系并加强其指导作用,通过对比、归纳与实证应用等方法从研究尺度、评价方法和应用技术3个方面对现有研究成果进行分析与总结.现有宏观尺度评价体系普遍对城市规划建设的指导作用不明显,而中观与微观尺度评价体系对改善住区环境的指导作用则逐渐加强.我国评价体系中确定指标阈值与权重的方法多元化,以AHP法确定权重为例,在实证计算的基础上,分析了该方法的优势与不足.在综合评价过程中,非线性模型比线性模型更能够体现各指标间相互影响的关系;ARCGIS平台下的评价模型具有空间与属性一体化的优势,而且结果直观.我国居住环境评价的方法体系仍未系统建立,学科领域、研究范畴需要拓宽,指导作用有待加强.     

综合评价方法在防砂方式优选中的应用

为解决油田疏松砂岩油藏油井出砂问题,发展了多种防砂技术,然而每种防砂方式有各自的适应性及优缺点．针对目前油井防砂方法优选存在的问题和不足,拟采用模糊数学原理,初选技术上可行的防砂方法,然后利用经济评价模型给出经济有效的防砂方法,再结合两种方法的计算结果,进行综合评价,优选出技术上科学合理、经济高效的防砂方法．为油田防砂方法的选择提供决策依据．应用综合评价方法对两口井进行了计算分析,通过综合评价模型给出了适合该井的技术合理、经济有效的防砂方法;另外,当模糊数学评价模型与经济评价模型计算结果有差别时,要结合综合因素进行选择．     

六十余年来大陆学者关于唐代虚、实钱与虚、实估问题的研究

虚、实钱与虚、实估是唐代经济史中的重点和难点问题之一,许多学者从不同角度对此问题作了探讨,探究领域涉及虚、实钱与虚、实估的概念、成因、关系及省估、时估等方面,研究硕果累累。本文就六十余年来该领域的主要研究成果作一综述,希图方便读者,进益研究。     

地方院校毕业生质量评估研究

建立和健全毕业生质量评估体系，对更好地指导和完善高校的学科设置、发展方向、招生结构、培养工作，甚至整个国家的高等教育发展都产生重要的影响。文章就毕业生质量评估体系建立的主要内容和方法、针对评估方法的选用与评价中应遵循的一般原则作了初步的介绍。     

Analysis and evaluation of enterprise risk management capability elements

Research on enterprise risk management capability is conducted with a view of discerning and processing risks, in which an evaluation index system and an evaluation model of enterprise risk management capabilities are constructed. The risk management capability consists of four aspects, i.e. risk identification capability, risk assessment capability, risk planning capability and risk control capability. Risk identification and assessment capabilities reflect the level of enterprises on finding and analyzing risks efficiently, while risk planning and control capabilities reflect the level of enterprises on resolving risks effectively. Each of capabilities is then further divided into more detailed elements based on the characteristics of enterprise development for a quantitative analysis of enterprise risk management capability. The approach adopted is a quantitative technique based on the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, a case is pulled in to illustrate the feasibility of the method from an empirical perspective. This study is expected to be helpful for enterprises in cultivating their core capabilities.     

An exploratory product evaluation of the Manchester Motor Skills Programme

This study is an exploratory product evaluation of the Manchester Motor Skills Programme (MMSP). A mixed methodology was used to explore intended, unintended, positive and negative outcomes for four Key Stage 2 (KS2) children with motor skills difficulties who participated in the MMSP. The children’s motor skills, social skills and self-esteem were assessed using standardised measures pre- and post-intervention and at follow-up. Semi-structured interviews and a focus group were used to elicit the views of pupils, the class teacher and the group leader. Results indicated positive yet variable improvements in motor skill domains which were sustained at three month follow-up. Qualitative data highlights some perceived improvement in children’s social skills, confidence and use of meta-cognitive strategies and an unexpected perceived outcome for one child with co-existing speech and language difficulties. The responses of this group highlight some individual factors which practitioner educational psychologists (EPs) should consider when planning motor skills interventions with schools.     

学生评教对课堂教学质量影响的研究

文章首先分析了我国学生评教产生的宏观背景,然后根据学校学生评教情况,通过数据分析来说明学生评教对课堂教学质量的影响。同时,针对学校学生评教中存在的问题,参考其他高校的成功经验,对如何改进学校学生评教,发挥其在促进教学改革,提高教学质量方面的作用提出建议。     

企业可持续发展评价体系与方法研究

对企业可持续发展水平的评价体系和评价方法进行了研究。采用了一种新的评价方法—网络层次分析法(ANP)建立企业可持续发展的评价指标体系,对各指标作了比较详细的解释,分析了指标之间的相互影响和依存关系。分别用AHP和ANP两种方法来确定指标权重,比较分析表明,ANP方法得出的指标权重趋向均衡化,增加了指标权重的可行性和合理性。给出了对现实评价问题的处理方法,为企业和政府相关部门提供了决策方法和依据。     

电大中期评估的阶段性回顾与前瞻

根据教育部的统一部署与安排，对“‘中央电大人才培养模式改革试点项目’中期评估”已经告一段落，即将进入新阶段，文章作者以该次评估亲历者身份，对在第一阶段评估中所检查到的试点工作的成绩，进展以及不足作了较全面的回顾，并对即将开始的下一阶段评估中将形成的新重点，新热点作了预期，对即将迎评的学校有较强的实战指导价值。
