关于"地球科学概论"的教学指导思想

“地球科学概论”是地质学基础教育的一门启蒙课程,也是对本科生进行素质教育的一门通用基础课程。它不是地球科学的一门分支学科,它重要的作用在于进行科学普及,使学生对地球科学有一个概略的、全面的了解。其教学内容“宜少不宜多”,应大力加强感性认识与现场的教学,努力培养学生的学习兴趣。深入浅出是此课程的主要教学方法。应该以培养地质思维为主,大力加强素质教育,而不是以传授知识、技能为主,也不宜去搞应试教育。对于地质类专业与非地质类专业的“地球科学概论”的教学,它们既有相类似的要求,也有它不同的地方。     

周口店野外地质教学实习中环境地质教学之我见

素有“龙的故乡”美称的北京周口店地区环境污染严重、地质灾害频发, 本文在剖析其形成原因基础上提出在该区从事野外地质教学过程中不仅要注重学生基本地质知识、方法和技能的培养, 而且要对学生开展经常性的环境保护法律法规教育, 引导和帮助学生树立正确的环保意识。     

如何实现快乐体悟学习方式

快乐体悟学习策略是指学生在学习过程中自觉、自主而愉快地体验和感悟知识的教学策略．也就是说,学生在教师依据教学目标和内容营造的、身临其境的教学氛同作用下,主动、自觉地通过体验和内省进行自主学习,实现知识的内化．让学生快乐体悟学习是实施广东省教育厅“十一五”规划科研课题“快乐体悟学习策略研究”的重要内容,经过几年的实验,我们取得了初步的成果．     

从基础地质学教学入手培养大学新生学地质的兴趣

本文从基础地质学的教学方法、教学手段和教学环节出发对如何培养大学新生学地质的兴趣进行了一定的探讨。笔者认为通过灵活多样的教学方法可以激发学生的学习兴趣,能使学生切实地掌握地质知识。理论联系实际,加强实践教学环节是培养学生兴趣的关键所在和重中之重。培养学生的地质思维能力也是基础地质实习的重要任务。     

“科教融合，思政贯穿”的教学模式探索与实践——以西北大学“支挡结构”课程为例

科研与教学是高等院校的两个重要任务,而教学不仅仅是简单的知识灌输,更需要的是培养学生正确的价值观。针对教学目标及教学改革中存在的问题,以西北大学地质工程本科专业“支挡结构”课程教学为例,通过在课程教学环节中引入科研案例、教师科研成果和野外科研实践等方式,尝试教学中培养学生的科学思维和兴趣以及科研创新意识,使科教融合理念促进教学,并充分挖掘地质工程专业的思政教育元素,探索性地将思政教育贯穿到相关教学内容中,最终形成“科教融合,思政贯穿”的教学模式,以期为地质类相关课程的教学提供借鉴。     

瓦斯地质专业野外实习教学探讨

《瓦斯地质学》是瓦斯地质专业的一门专业必修课程,瓦斯地质专业的学生缺乏必要的地质基础,野外地质实习可以增加学生对地质专业知识的理解,使得抽象的地质知识更加形象地展现在学生面前。作者探讨了如何对瓦斯地质专业学生进行野外地质实习,提出了野外地质实习基地建设的要求:充分调动学生的积极性、做好实习路线和实习任务的规划、教师集体备课统一教学的知识点、将地质实习和瓦斯地质专业相结合。通过采取以上措施,使得学生的野外地质实习取得了良好的效果。

北戴河地质认识实习是中国地质大学(武汉)地学专业本科生的第一次野外实践教学,其效果好坏直接影响学生以后专业学习的态度和积极性。文章从快乐教育和快乐教学重要性出发,介绍了中国地质大学(武汉)北戴河教学团队一贯坚持的"快乐地质"理念及实施举措,同时结合自己的野外实践教学经历,对实践"快乐地质"的"快乐教学法"进行了探讨。     

如何提高地质类大学生实习质量

在地质教学过程中,野外地质实习是一个十分重要的环节。如何高质量地完成实习,是每个教师必须要考虑的问题。笔者根据多年参加教学实习的经验,从实习模式的转变、实习基地的建设、师资力量的完善和实习前期知识的储备四个方面探讨了如何在基础地质实习过程中提高实习质量,激发学生学习地质科学的兴趣以及如何培养地质思维能力。

创设快乐的教学情景。让学生“心动”。历史教学的最终目的,并不仅仅在于让学生掌握多少历史知识,而应该在掌握知识的基础上培养学生的学习方法,为学生的终身发展铺路奠基。学生学习的过程实际上就是学生从提出问题、分析问题到解决问题的过程,学生的参与程度是学习能否成功的重要因素。在历史教学实践中,让学生成为历史学习的真正主人,就要采用多种途径、形式和方法,让学生真正地“心动”起来。     

地质实习课程的建设与探索

地质实习是地质类专业培养体系中必不可少的环节,对培养学生综合地质知识和实践能力至关重要。地质实习课程建设是一项系统工作,既包含课程组织和教师队伍建设,又涉及实习基地建设。本文以贵州大学乌当地质实习为例,总结近10年来学校在课程组织、实习基地建设和教师队伍建设方面,对地质实习课程的探索和改革,并结合作者多年野外教学经验,从实习基地和教师队伍建设方面对课程的进一步完善和发展作出探讨,以期更好地发挥地质实习在地质专业人才培养中的作用。
